First things first, this hotel isn’t easy to access. There is a very confusing system in place needing 2 elevators spaced 50 metres and 2 sets of doors apart. Signage is minimal and the building its in is just odd. That being said, the room itself was good. Clean, modern, and with a feeling of luxury. There were huge windows running the length of the room, including the toilet and shower. If you are shy there are blinds and curtains. The view itself was good, not great and the best view was from the toilet. Excellent location and near a subway stop. I liked this place and would stay again.

I recently stayed at JiaYi Hotel near Jiefangbei (People’s Liberation Monument) and loved it. The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk from the pedestrian street, Hongyadong, and lots of local eateries . The rooms are clean, well‑designed, and reasonably spacious. I especially appreciated the in‑room projector—a fun way to unwind after a busy sightseeing day . The staff, at the front desk, were friendly, attentive, and even helped plan my local route . With excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and ideal surroundings, I’d happily stay here again.

Though the experience started out rough. With a room description on trip that didn’t quite deliver on what was promised. Any issues we had were quickly resolved by a very attentive staff. And we had an excellent stay in Chongqing. Best just book the room with bathtub and excellent city views. You won’t regret it.

Bare minimum hotel, in a decent location. Return after 10pm and you'll have to detour through a very dark and eerie school; leave before 8am and you're wandering through another lobby - very awkward if you're lugging suitcases and unfamiliar with the route. All rooms promise "city views" but I was given a room that faced other apartments with perfect visibility into their rooms and vice versa. Staff corrected this and have me a room with a window that opened into a wall - no view but at least no prying eyes. Disposable towels provided are paper thin, and just barely does the job. Cinema rooms have a cool projector but no easy/accessible way to plug in your own media, seemingly no way to connect to any local channels or shows. Water pressure in the shower was dismal, somehow the toilet kept smelling like cigarette smoke.

Very cheap compare to what we get. Comfortable bed, smart toilet. Best hotel....

Choosing this hotel near Jiefangbei in Chongqing was a stroke of luck! Jiefangbei is just around the corner, and Hongyadong and the Yangtze River Cableway are both within a 10-minute walk. No need to squeeze into the subway during the day to visit attractions, and at night, you can easily stroll into the snack street. The location is so convenient I give it a perfect score! 💯 The room was surprisingly clean. The sheets had a subtle fragrance, and the desks, windowsills, and even the corners were spotless. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a real treat, leaving the outside dry and refreshing after a shower. The sink was so bright you could even see your reflection in it! 💦 The projection in the room was incredibly clear, making it incredibly comfortable to curl up on the sofa and watch a show. The mini-fridge was stocked with cold drinks, so grab a bottle and your travel fatigue would melt away instantly. In the evening, opening the curtains, the night view of Chongqing came crashing into my eyes. The neon lights of Jiefangbei and the river view in the distance intertwined into a breathtaking painting! 🌃 I have to give a special shout-out to [Xiao Li]! During check-in, he proactively introduced the surrounding area and even hand-drew a dining route. When I needed to borrow a charger, he trotted over to deliver it. During check-out, he thoughtfully reminded me to bring my ID. His warm smile was even more memorable than the beautiful scenery. 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing!

Choosing the right hotel for your Chongqing trip is crucial! They were truly amazing! The bedding was as soft as clouds! ☁ After visiting Jiefangbei and Hongyadong every day, I'd just lie down on the bed and all my fatigue would instantly vanish. The air conditioning in the room was both quick and quiet, allowing for a truly restful night's sleep. The ensuite bathroom had plenty of hot water with consistent pressure, making a hot shower incredibly relaxing! 🛁 The cleanliness was impeccable, and I was completely assured! 👍 Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a polished, dust-free floor. The sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were all brand new, with no odors or stains. And my favorite thing about the hotel is its prime location! 🌟 It's only a three-minute walk to Jiefangbei, making it a convenient spot for enjoying the nightlife of Jiefangbei without rushing. Hongyadong is just two subway stops away, or a ten-minute walk. There are also tons of restaurants nearby, offering everything from small noodles to hot pot and hot and sour noodles, so you can enjoy a feast right out of the door! It's incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining, and I'll definitely choose this place next time I'm in Chongqing!

Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was incredibly well-equipped and practical! The bed was the perfect size, comfortable for two people, and the mattress was just the right amount of firmness. After visiting the sights each day, I could easily fall asleep and enjoy a fantastic sleep. The cleanliness was absolutely perfect, making for a truly peaceful stay! The room was immediately clean and tidy, with absolutely no clutter. The sheets and duvet were incredibly comfortable, with no stains or odors, and even the corners of the quilt were neatly arranged. The location is also fantastic—it's the perfect base for any adventure! It's only a few hundred meters from Jiefangbei, a few minutes' walk away, making it a great place to stroll and take photos during the day and enjoy the stunning night view of Jiefangbei at night. Numerous bus and subway stations are nearby, making it easy to get to attractions like Hongyadong, Chaotianmen, and Liziba without spending too much time traveling. There are many snack shops and supermarkets around, which makes shopping and eating very convenient. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Chongqing!

She patiently explained the food and drink options around Jiefangbei and even explained the best photo spots at Hongyadong. So thoughtful! 🥰! The first thing I noticed about the room was how clean it was. The sheets were perfectly crisp, the bathroom tiles were polished to a shine, and even the corners were dust-free. It felt so safe! ✨! The projector in the room was a real surprise; the picture quality was incredibly clear and the colors were vibrant. Watching movies in bed at night felt like watching a movie in my own private theater! 🎬! The location is amazing; it's only a three- or four-minute walk to Jiefangbei and about ten minutes to Hongyadong. It's so convenient to stroll back home after enjoying the night view! 🚶♀️! The amenities were also excellent, with 24-hour hot water and a self-service laundry room. The washer-dryer was incredibly useful, making laundry a breeze when traveling! 👕! Every day when we go out, Miss Xiaofang greets us with a smile. She even helped me out quickly when I forgot my room card. Such thoughtful service! 😊 The overall experience was perfect. The cleanliness, location, and service were all excellent. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Chongqing. I've already recommended it to friends who are going there!👍

This time during my trip to Chongqing, I chose this hotel on the central section of Jiefangbei Road, which was absolutely fantastic! The location is impeccable. Just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, you can reach Jiefangbei and experience the bustling city atmosphere. Nearby attractions like Hongyadong and Bayi Food Street make it easy to explore and eat anytime, making it incredibly convenient for travel. 🥳🥳🥳The room was warmly decorated, clean, and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and soft. I slept soundly, completely relieving the fatigue of the day. 👩🏻🦰The front desk staff, Xiaoqian, was warm and attentive. We checked in quickly and patiently. She also provided information about nearby attractions and delicious food, which was truly heartwarming. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻What really surprised me was the hotel's self-service laundry! When I'm away from home, the accumulation of dirty clothes is always a headache, but with a laundry service, I don't have to worry about it at all. It is fully equipped with washing machines and dryers, and laundry detergent is provided. It is simple and convenient to operate. You can dry and wear the clothes directly after washing. It is really practical and brings a lot of convenience to my journey.
