TV not working well, small room, do not correspond to the photos. Constant and annoying ventilation noise in the bathroom impossible to turn off. The central heat of the hotel is unbearable, impossible to sleep well because of the heat. Only one cup of tea for 2…It was the only hotel that did not bother to leave a message at least saying congratulations to the newlywed when I wrote in the reservation that we were in our honeymoon. Not even a perk or upgrade, nothing. The location is good. The parking staff is really nice, can’t say the same thing about the registration staff…The valet parking is, 65+tax for midsize car and even more for big size vehicle, Breakfast 25 +tax and the restaurant is expensive too. I will not comeback,  disappointing experience.

The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious with a simple yet tasteful interior design. I also liked how big their bathroom was. There is free coffee and water, which was convenient. The courtyard has fire pits and couches for guests to cozy up, and there are smores that you can make during the evening.

The room is clean. There is no complimentary bottled of water from the hotel. Instead, they ask you to go to the water fountain to get the water supply. There is a usd 15 credit per room if you want to have meal at the restaurant.

Nice area and great staff. Its just there is a bit of restrictions like using certain parts of the hotel aren’t 24/7.

This Hotel has great customer service all the way through. It is in a prime location basically a block from Fisherman’s Wharf. The rooms are a little small, the bathroom is as well. They have a vanity outside of the room with the only bathroom switch which I thought was weird. I requested a quiet room and I got exactly that so beggars can’t be choosers. All in all it’s a good hotel especially when you are out and about in the City.

The Junior King Suite was a little smaller than expected, but was clean and cozy. Parking with Valet only, at $65. Getting our car was fast and easy. Children had fun with smores. Free 1-hour bike rental available. Boardgames are also available to rent. One minor thing - there was a used and stained plastic fork inside the microwave that was sent to our room upon request. Would come back to stay again.

Very good location. Fisherman wharf is 2 steps away with all its places. Very expensive parking - $75 per day for valet (only one option), in-n-out. The car is delivered quite fast, but both time I asked for it it was not within promised 10 minutes. Resort fee (there is a resort fee, pay attention while booking) includes $15 per day restaurant credit, coffee on the morning and free marshmallows in the evening (they have nice fireplaces in the courtyard, but pretty busy). Water refill station also present. Room (junior suit) was quite spacious. It was clean, only bathroom had small "issues". Safe and fridge in the room were very handy. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a guard in the evening in front of the main door - nice option for San Francisco.

Great hotel great location great staff all in all Great!

I booked a deluxe queen double bed room. It is smaller than expected. Washing basin is located outside of the bathroom. Good thing is that it has $15 credit per day to use in the restaurant downstairs and free coffee in the morning.

The Hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The kids loved the stores. I appreciated that they held our bags before and after our reservation.
