The room is clean and spacious, warmly decorated, and the bed is soft and comfortable. I had a good rest at night. The bathroom is clean, with complete toiletries, and the water pressure and hot water are stable. The view outside the window is also beautiful, which makes people feel happy.

When you open the hotel window, you can see the castle, and below is Edinburgh's garden fountain. The room is very new and has complete facilities. It will feel a little far to drag your luggage back from Aibo Railway Station. There is another Premier Inn hotel slightly closer to the train station. But the unexpected bonus is that it is very close to the rural village of Dean, and it takes 10-13 minutes to walk there through navigation. Stayed 2 nights in total. Most of the guests here are local British citizens, and I have never met any Chinese.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right on Princes Street. When you look up, you can see Edinburgh Castle. It is only a 5-minute walk away. It is the junction of the old and new towns. The hotel environment is good, but the cleaning service can't keep up. No one cleaned up after staying for two days.

Convenient transportation and easy access to various attractions. It is a relatively cost-effective hotel.

The location of the hotel is okay, the lighting in the room is very dark, there is a small piece of glass in the corner that cannot be opened, so there are almost no windows, the hotel has two price options for breakfast, the breakfast sold at the front desk (9 pounds) can only eat bread + drinks, other categories cannot be selected

I booked 6 hotels in the UK this time. This one is the one I am most satisfied with. The location is excellent, just on Princes Street, and it is easy to find. The breakfast provided by the hotel is an authentic English breakfast, which is very rich and tastes good ,recommend.

Attention to basic maintenance and cleanliness needs to be addressed. The room was large and was great for a family of four. We checked in very late, almost 1:00 AM, since we were in so late and only there two nights I did not want to try and get a new room. The bathroom ceiling has visible black mold throughout, absolutely unacceptable for any establishment. The management should be embarrassed and ashamed. That being said, the view of Edinburgh castle was beautiful, and the location was perfect.

Upon check-in, we found the room in an unacceptable condition. There were food crumbs on the carpet, and the service table still had a used table salt container left behind by a previous guest. We were only provided with one hand towel for two people, and the curtains were nearly falling off the rail. For the amount paid—£590 for 2 nights and 3 days—I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations, and the stay did not reflect value for money. Very disappointing for what’s considered a premium price.

A very well located hotel with magnificent views of the castle. Modern exterior and great associated restaurant and bar. Cheerful reception staff and efficient check in. Our premium room had a great view but was very tired requiring renovation. The bathroom emitted the most unpleasant smell which, when brought to the hotel’s reception, was rectified by a large treatment of bleach. Obviously a common problem. Finally a price of £887 for 3 nights was absolutely ludicrous for the standard of both property and service provided. You even have to ask for your room to be serviced on a daily basis for that price!

Been using Premier Inns for many years, (from Cornwall to Inverness), and almost every stay was more than satisfactory: Welcoming, Good Value, Clean and Good Quality Bed Linen, (to mention just a few!). The Edinburgh Premier - First of all, having to pay: £203.00 for an average Bed-Room is extremely Poor Value, The Bed Linen looked tired and not terribly clean, the Bed not very comfortable, the Bath-room has seen better days and not very clean! The only saving-grace at this Premier Inn are the Reception's Staff!

After seeing some reviews we were worried about the accommodation. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was really quiet and no complaints whatsoever. It was exactly what we expected of a Premier Inn. The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was next door and was of a good standard. We also ate there one evening which was also a good experience. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were all very polite pleasant and helpful so would happily stay there again if returning to Edinburgh. Parking isn’t available on site but we parked nearby at an NCP car park with a discount from Premier Inn.

I had booked into a Premier Plus room which had a very distinct sewer smell. There were no other rooms available and I had to sleep the night in that room. Very unpleasant. I was given a new room the next day. However, no offer of compensation or refund for that night. Which, I believe is poor. Air-conditioning was also poor. Continually switching itself off. I would not stay there again.

This hotel is AMAZING. You will not find a better hotel for the price, location, and value. We had Nespresso in our room with little chocolates, they have staff 24/7, the check in was a breeze, and our room was huge. We had a view of the castle too and that was incredible.

The rooms are large one minor issue is that there are NO CUPBOARDS so we had to pur anything that would not hang up in the suitcase which was balanced on a chair as there is also no case rack.Breakfast is exceptional which is obtained from the adjoining restaurant. We went for a long weekend the staff were very helpful and there is even a direct call taxi phone in the foyer.
