Rooms are cleaner and spacious; however, I didn't see any difference with a one star hotel: there is no kettle, no mini fridge, no ironing board, no room service, ... and there were signs of mold in the bathroom! Pretty basic to be classified as a four stars! I complained to the reception and got an answer that the only manager was on holiday so nobody else could handle my complaint until her return, which was another more week apart... Shocking! There is not even a delegate management in a four star facility!! The only good note was the beautiful Christmas decorations and the breakfast which was truly outstanding (but it is paid separately). For the rest a very disappointing experience for a four Stars! The manager has not yet addressed my complaint which is already longer overdue... I have to send a big thank you to Trip.com for helping to resolve the issue for me despite several unsuccessful attempts also from their side to contact the hotel... I've never experienced such poor management and customer service from a four star hotel!

Quite good as a standard business hotel for conference. Room is clean.

The hotel is located in a nice area (see picture attached), neat Prater with some cafes around. Room is equipped with basic facilities needed for your stay. Still, no cattle available. I needed a cup of hot water for had to ask for it at the reception.

Really nice room！

The rooms were very dusty, my wife had to cough because she is allergic to dust...!  In the bathroom the paint is already peeling off and the plaster is coming off...! The bed was very hard, I got a backache. But the breakfast staff were very nice...!! 

His service is bad. He refused to let us in an hour before check-in time, even though the room was ready. They forced us to pay. There was no drinking water in the room, no slippers, and no bathroom items. We asked for an iron, and you need a 50 euro deposit. You go down and get it and bring it back. If you are late for an hour and don’t bring it back, they deduct it from the deposit.

The room was nice, but the entrance was hard to find. The hotel location on C Trip was in the wrong place, and you still need to walk for about half an hour.

Excellent breakfast and stay.

Perfect cleaning and air conditioning. Convenient location for transport and airport connections. Large, comfortable and well-furnished rooms. Negative notes for a four-star hotel are the lack of a minibar and kettle for coffee/herbal tea. The bar staff could be quicker and more competent

Highly recommended!!! The hotel is in a quiet and modern area. The subway station is only a 5-minute walk away. The room was large and modern. Breakfast was also great!

The breakfast was good, the service was good, the staff was very nice, the location was good, only 10 minutes walk from the train station. But there was no refrigerator in the room, and I asked the hotel for 1 cup of hot water, and the restaurant charged 4.5 euros, which was a sky-high price for hot water, and I only got 1 cup, and I had to pay another 4.5 euros for the second cup! Yuan!
