A beautiful hotel in Bali. The balcony won my love for this hotel. The hotel is a bit old but very comfortable. The wifi works well in the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff working there were very polite and helpful. Always smiling and greeting you everyday. I would come back here and stay in this hotel again. Really enjoy it. The balcony and the traditional style doors are wonderful when the air is blowing. The hotel is located by many restaurants and shops. Lots of temples. Near the monkey sanctuary. The hotel does not have toiletries, come prepare with your own. Thank you again! Looking forward to seeing you again.

We’ve booked this hotel according to reviews and pictures but when we arrived we were in pure shock! I’m not sure who wrote good review about the hotel. The room was nothing as the room in the pictures. There was mold under the sink, which is super bad for your health, the bedsheets weere dirty with some stains on it, the light in the bathroom wasn’t working. It didn’t look good, we didn’t even stay there. We had to look for another place and fast, which was also very inconvenient since we had plans on that day, and instead of doing our things we had to spend time looking for another place. We of course asked for the refund, but the hotel refused, falling to provide us with what was promised they kindly agreed to pay us 13 $ while we payed around 90$ for this place. I think this is unfair, anyways, policy or not policy if you are providing such services as hotel rooms you have to make sure it’s safe for people to stay in it. A place that has mold isn’t safe! I would definitely recommend to avoid this place. Unfortunately we had really bad experience here.

1. attentive & polite staff throughout the stay, daily cleaning your room. 2. great scenery at backyard surrounding, you may view it from balcony or staircase area. 3. suitable for small family residence, got a small pool, but good enough to cool off after a long day travel under hot sun. 4. strategic location, inside road valley at Ubud downtown, accessible to outside main road shops & bus stop for Trans Metro Dewata - KB4 line & Gojek rider meet up point, walkable to Ubud town attraction on North & Monkey Forest at South

Very nice cozy place to stay. Strategic location for those who want to explore Ubud on foot. The place was more than i expected. Definitely worth the price.

Amazing location- center of Ubud yet tucked away from the noise and the crowds. Besutiful garden with cosy swimming pool. Amenities are basic and need touches of renovation. But you can't expect luxury when you are paying so little. Breakfast is resonable. Family-owned business, Mr Iwayan is friendly and helpful. When in Bali, will stay in this facility again.

was nice stay for a night

Checked in at 1am, despite the fact that check-in time is until 11.30pm (the plane was delayed). Hot water and air conditioning work. Everything is a bit old, but very clean and tidy. Clean pool.

The facilities weren't great, but it was okay considering the location and price. The sky view from the veranda isn't bad :)

Cheap and cheerful. Thanks for the 4 pillows. But the air conditioning is installed horribly, it is impossible to sleep when cold air is blowing on you, and without it it is hot. The biggest disadvantage is the dead Internet. It’s impossible to work, watch a movie, the speed is incredibly low, and there are constant disconnects

It is located in downtown Ubud. The view is so good. just good view

Located in the city center, there is a cafe and souvenir shop right outside the hotel, so the location is very good. Breakfast was delivered to my room and it was delicious. The staff was also very kind and easy to talk to.
