"The front desk staff at the JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya are friendly, professional, and truly accommodating. I needed to leave the hotel by 6:00 a.m. to catch an early flight, and they assisted me in booking a taxi on time, making the entire process seamless. The housekeeping department was very attentive to my comfort during my stay. I appreciated the lovely fruit, excellent decor, and the generous selection of amenities provided. Additionally, the food at Uppercut Steak House was outstanding. The staff there were exceptional, especially the assistant manager, Erna. She provided professional service and attentively addressed all my needs, which made me eager to return to Indonesia and stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya again. Thank you once more for everything you did for me during my stay!"

"The room has a moldy smell likely from the old carpet and the furniture a little run down. However, the breakfast spread was more than we expected for the price we paid for the room. Convenient location close to shopping malls and really value for money."

"New hotel, when I stayed maybe just a few weeks opening so for the facilities still good and new. Overall it is very good including service, but there are some things that need to be improved, especially for motorbike parking where the access is very steep and leaning and narrow road, which I think can harm guests. Then for the cleanliness of the room, the floor was so dirty that made me keep lifting slippers when in the room because I didn't get a sliper, for the bathroom also the water was bounced. but more plus for this price,because there is a balcony and the room is soundproofed too."

"I was pleased with my experience staying at Hotel Bisanta Bidakara. The building is kinda old, but the room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, closet for hanging clothes, refrigerator, and a relaxing bathtub. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a diverse range of dishes, including nasi goreng, pecel, bubur ayam, spaghetti, nasi kuning, and many more. However, there were a few issues that arose during my stay. The air conditioning unit failed to turn on for about 20 minutes, the remote control screen was blurry, and there was a noticeable noise from the machine. Fortunately, the AC was able to function again after a short while. While there is room for improvement, the hotel's comfortable rooms, the wonderful breakfast experience and responsive staff make it a good choice for those looking for accommodation in Surabaya."

"Was suggested to upgrade to junior suite by a very pleasant lady at the front desk. I decided to go ahead with the suggestion, which was so worth it . The junior suite grants access to the executive lounge. Upon reaching there , I was served by an extremely welcoming , warm and friendly chef name Alfred. He takes the time to really introduce the dishes with so much passion and warmth . He ensure that I was well taken care of. Had an extremely pleasant time at Sheraton thanks to him. His service is one of the reason which makes Sheraton the top choice for subsequent stays whenever in Surabaya ( not to mention the delicious Rawon that both the executive lounge and lobby restaurant serve) The other staff at the hotel are really friendly , always greeting customers with a smile. The amenities provided at the hotel are really sufficient too"
