Hotels with Parking in Tegalsari

The room and bathroom were clean, but since I've stayed here before, I was a bit surprised there's no longer a fridge. 🤭 Please fix the shower; the water pressure was really low, so not much water came out.

Exceeded expectations! For such an affordable price, I felt like I received 5-star service. Breakfast was included and quite satisfying, and the welcome drink was really refreshing after a long trip. I dropped my luggage before check-in, and it was super convenient, I even got early check-in, which allowed me to explore the city right away and save both time and money. After check-out, I also left my luggage at the hotel and enjoyed a nearby café before my departure. So helpful! The facilities were excellent: power outlets conveniently placed for charging, fresh towels and linens replaced daily, complimentary bottled water, and reliable hot water for showers. There’s also a dispenser for hot and cold water refills. The view from my room was a bonus, I could see Tunjungan Plaza right from the window. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Surabaya. Absolutely loved my stay at Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya. Definitely staying here again!

You can always count on Amaris hotels! Even though it's a budget hotel, the cleanliness, comfortable beds, staff and front desk service, location, parking, you name it... everything was excellent. My mom and aunt all loved it. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. No regrets choosing Amaris in Surabaya! Even the breakfast was quite varied and delicious. I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Good job Amaris, keep up the good work!

It’s a decent hotel located in center of Surabaya near to Tunjungan Plaza and Jalan Tunjungan. The room is very standard to everything one person need for few nights stay… nothing fancy. I was assigned room with amazing view from 6th floor. The room is clean and neat and I love that they have smart TV. Wifi is pretty fast and reliable too. One thing for improvement is foul smell on the hallway. I think it’s due to the aging building. However, staffs clean the hallway carpet regularly. I would surely return to this hotel if I go back to Surabaya.

kokkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

New hotel, when I stayed maybe just a few weeks opening so for the facilities still good and new. Overall it is very good including service, but there are some things that need to be improved, especially for motorbike parking where the access is very steep and leaning and narrow road, which I think can harm guests. Then for the cleanliness of the room, the floor was so dirty that made me keep lifting slippers when in the room because I didn't get a sliper, for the bathroom also the water was bounced. but more plus for this price, because there is a balcony and the room is soundproofed too.

Very old hotel. Room dark and has the smell of oldness. first thing i saw when entering room is a lizard. Carpets has stains and burn marks (looks like electric iron). Not a single soul spotted the whole night. bath room cracks observed around the bathtub. Toilet bowl emits a strange manure smell when flushed. Will not be staying there again.
