"Parking space is a bit limited. Overall, everything else was great! The TV was excellent with plenty of channels. We were assigned a room on the 11th floor, and the view was amazing! Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices (from 6:30 am to 10 am). They provided a complete set of toiletries—toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, soap, and shampoo—so you don't have to worry about buying any if you're only staying one night. Gym access is free, but the spa costs extra. Oh, and their garlic buns were really delicious! If you have a bit more budget, this place is highly recommended. It's also right next to Eastern Plaza, where you can shop, do karaoke, and catch a movie. Plus, there's a 24-hour convenience store in the lobby."

"Very satisfitying stay. Im a budget hotel hunter. So far our first stay here is okay, even the toilet provide toothbrush, which is rare for budget hotel. Perfect for business & couple trip here. Price is reasonable, just at night this area will be empty."

"Very strategic location. Close to local spots. Shops around. Walking distance. Service was bad. I booked 2 rooms for 4 of us. The first room 4017 smelled of strong smokes the moment we entered. Asked for a room change. Zul, bell boy was very helpful. He helped us to change the room. Check in person at front desk gave us another room 4022. Someone was actually already in the room when we opened the door. OMG this happened at midnight! Very poor service! Lastly the reception gave us room 7012 and we could only got into the room at 1am!"

"Junior Suite Stay. I had the pleasure of staying in the Junior Suite and it was such a comfortable experience. The room is very spacious, with a well-designed layout that separates the cozy living area from the bedroom. perfect for relaxing or getting some work done without feeling cramped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the suite was warm and inviting. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for both space and comfort. Highly recommended!"

"Very much satisfied with almost everything, especially the size of the room and proce. It's hard to get rooms this big with this rate nowadays. Comfortable. Good service. I do agree with other guests mentioning about water stains on the bathroom glass wall but it doesn't bother me that much. the hotel is a bit old I guess. the corner of the room has chipped wood. there's no tissue provided in the room, there's only rolled tissue in the bathroom. but overall im satisfied."

"Xiaomeijia surprised me. I stayed in Tawau for one night before going to Semporna. There were three families, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The price was 400 RMB. They also gave me a bunch of thoughtful snacks and new products. The kitchen was very clean. , the bathroom is also very clean, not to mention the bedroom. There is a durian stall 150 meters away. I bought 3 durians ➕ 20 mangosteens ➕ two dragon fruits for 200 ringgit. . . Eat until you are satisfied. I will come back next year, specifically to stay at Xiaomei's house for a few more days."
