Firstly, the hotel does not have an elevator. Guests are required to carry their luggage up the stairs, And the air con not cool in the room . Most importantly ,there was no staff available at the service counter after 5:00 p.m. if before 8:30am . Check out will no get back deposit on the day ,need to drop the room key in check out box .and get it by transfer .

Good stay in this hotel but electric supply sometimes turn off suddenly. Air conditioner have problem at early check in. But luckly the staff offered use change to family room without any extra charge. All the staff at this hotel are so friendly and have very good manners towards all guess. Keep up the good work. Recomended hotel to stay as a budget travellers.

I was amazed at the spaciousness of the unit..it Ground floor which is a plus..the host is also very helpful and friendly..i will definitely come here again..the photos that u see, is totally different from the real thing .its much much nicer..maybe host needs to update the photos ya 😅. Its also very quiet place to stay..they have netflix too and wifi super good.. my mistake was i forgot to take photos as i was celebrating my 40th bday 🤦🏻

My second time staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly but pls make sure the cleanliness of the room is superb. bcs when i entered into my room, the floor still wet. the toilet was so dirty. the blanket is yellowish. i rated 5/10

Transit stay to Semporna. Opposite restoran Ingat offer good chinese foods. Nearby restaurants and walking distance 10 min to wet market. Lifts available. Recommended though hotel needs upgrade.

Clean and comfy hotel. The hotel lift is quite unique. Price is reasonable. Location is quite isolated.

3 levels shoplot building with no lift. Small room with no window. In front of market. This hotel located around 10mins walk to utc pasar tanjung tawau and 30mins drive to airport. Arrived late at night around 8pm and they allowed late check in. Aircond functioning well however the room gives a bit of musty smell. Remote tv & aircond has to be returned to receptionist upon checkout. 2 smalls soap were given during check in. Cannot expect much for rm74/night room. For muslims, has to pray on bed since too little space to sujud. Good for 1 night stay only

The location is great, with many food stalls and supermarkets nearby. My only complaint is that the hotel doesn't provide a hairdryer.
