GGuest UserMy family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

GGuest UserThis hotel in Tashan is amazing. It has a gym and a self-service laundry room. The service is also very good. All the service staff greeted us along the way. There is also free self-service car wash. The room was upgraded to a room with a view of the snow-capped mountains. The price is very good value and highly recommended!

GGuest UserSmall hostel with not a lot of lounge space—mostly just rooms but each room has its own bath. Extremely clean and well kept—sheets are crisp and white, soap and shampoo even a toothbrush kit provided. Great hot water (after Pakistan, that is a delight) and staff as well as guests were SUPER friendly and nice. English is a little challenging but I would still stay there again!

GGuest UserThe boss and the staff are very enthusiastic (help with luggage, send fruit to the room for us to eat). The homestay is equipped with Hunan cuisine and yak hot pot. It is recommended to find a place to live according to this standard next time you travel, which is quite awkward. I took a photo of Hunan cuisine and shared it with everyone. I forgot to take a photo of yak hot pot. Breakfast has leather egg lean meat porridge, millet porridge, three or four cold dishes, egg corn steamed buns, etc., and also equipped with local fresh milk, so delicious that it can't be expressed in words. The last thing I want to say is that the bed and bedding of the hotel are super comfortable, the room is large, and there is a yard where you can cook tea and barbecue in the stove. It is very pleasant. It is the most comfortable homestay I have ever stayed in.

GGuest UserGood reviews! The location of the hotel is amazing. You can see the magnificent Pamir Plateau scenery of Tashkurgan County as soon as you go out. In the morning, when you open the window, the sun shines on the top of the continuous snow-capped mountains. The picture is so beautiful that it is suffocating. Here, you can enjoy the unique natural scenery of Tashkurgan County while lying in bed. This experience is great!

SSpittleI do not speak Chinese and Hotel staff spoke only a little English however they made every effort to make my check-in and stay enjoyable. I was given ideas for places to eat. The hotel room was perfect for a traveller; lighting was very good and different types of power connectors. The bed was very comfortable with quality bed linen. Highly recommended. Taxi drivers did not know ‘Home Inn’ and taxi company didn’t have hotel on database, maybe known by another name? Hotel should clarify with taxi companies.
