When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather.
The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation.
I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!"

"It is the perfect place to stay in Tashkorgan. Close to town center, the bus station, and the tourist attractions in town. Very nice owners who will try to help you as much as they can. You can use the washing machine, there are hot showers and warm and cold water to drink or take away. There is a communal area at reception and in front of the dorms. There are even yurts in the yard. The family let me stay two more days while waiting for my Pakistan visa while they were actually closed for the season. So, a big thank you for your generosity🙏🏻"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wanda Moment in Tashkurgan, and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! This hotel truly embraces high technology while providing exceptional comfort and cleanliness.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the well-equipped facilities. The gym and billiards room were fantastic, and the laundry facilities made my stay even more convenient. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right.
One standout feature was the attention to guest comfort. The room was equipped with an oxygen machine and a humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch given the dry climate in the area. However, I did notice that there was no air conditioning, just heating. I highly recommend opening the window to let in some fresh air; it made a significant difference in my comfort level.

The facilities are all new, the room has oxygen supply and humidifier, the hot water is large and the water temperature is very warm. The most praiseworthy thing is that there are enough socket holes! This is great for people like us who have a lot of electronic devices. There are two sockets on each side of the bed, and there are sockets next to the sofa, sink, kettle, and toilet. Apart from that, the details are well considered, such as the paper towels are baby paper towels considering the dry climate.
The hotel is quite clean, the bathroom and bed are very clean, and the toiletries are from Herborist which smells quite nice.
The service was very good. They took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the room, explained in detail the use of the oxygen supply equipment, and gave us a dried fruit plate and a fruit plate. In the evening, they gave us two glasses of milk. When we checked out, they sent us to the parking lot and gave us a bag of fruit and mineral water as souvenirs. Thank you.

GGuest UserThere are about ten rooms in the entire courtyard. On the left side of the picture are the rooms of a regular house, and across from them are the cabin-style rooms. The rooms have clean bedding, two beds, one large and one small, and are comfortable, perfect for traveling with children. There's a rocking chair by the door, and a swing in the adjacent courtyard for the kids to play on. Parking is possible outside the courtyard entrance, and there's not much traffic in the village. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating. Upon entering the courtyard, he immediately asked if anyone had altitude sickness, and if so, he offered to go with me for oxygen. There were no bath towels in the room, as I was worried about altitude sickness from showering. 😂 Since my lips were dry and chapped, the owner even gave me a small box of lip balm. The only minor inconvenience is that the owner doesn't cook at home. If you're staying overnight, you can have a good meal in the city before coming back. The owner said there's a restaurant in the village, but I didn't want to go out, so I ordered takeout. The food in Tashkurgan County is probably higher quality than in Kashgar. I noticed this when I visited Tashkurgan County four years ago. After all, the plateau doesn't produce vegetables.

It was my first time to come to the Pamir Plateau and I was not familiar with anything. When I stayed at this B&B, the owner of the B&B was a very cheerful and warm-hearted person. He took the initiative to introduce us to the customs, weather and altitude of the Pamir Plateau, and reminded us of things to pay attention to. He also introduced us to the location and distance of the scenic spots, and helped us plan our itinerary. He treated us as if we were his own family, and we were very touched.
The B&B just opened in August. The decoration is made of environmentally friendly materials. There is no smell in the room. The room is very clean and spotless. The bedding is very soft and comfortable. It is very comfortable to sleep at night and it is very refreshing. Especially the bathroom, every room They are all private bathrooms. The bathrooms are large and the bathroom facilities are complete. The towels and bath towels are very soft and comfortable. I have stayed in so many hotels. When I woke up in the morning, I saw smoke rising from the small village. It felt like a paradise. The police station was right next to the B&B, which gave me a sense of security. The B&B has a kitchen, and you can borrow the owner's kitchen to cook. The breakfast is rich and delicious, giving you the feeling of going home. This trip to Pamir gave me a very good experience. I gave the B&B owner good reviews and recommended everyone to go to the Pamir Scenic Area to experience the B&B.

SSpittleI do not speak Chinese and Hotel staff spoke only a little English however they made every effort to make my check-in and stay enjoyable. I was given ideas for places to eat. The hotel room was perfect for a traveller; lighting was very good and different types of power connectors. The bed was very comfortable with quality bed linen. Highly recommended.
Taxi drivers did not know ‘Home Inn’ and taxi company didn’t have hotel on database, maybe known by another name? Hotel should clarify with taxi companies.

TTixiangxiangIt was my first time in Xinjiang and my first time in Tashi County. I chose to stay here because it was my daughter's second birthday. There were bonfire parties and folk dance performances, but my daughter went to bed too early every day and didn't see any of them. However, the hostess helped us order a birthday cake and sent us fruit, which made her birthday a special occasion. The breakfast here was delicious, and the host's homemade bamboo shoots were also delicious, and they were a great pairing with porridge. The host is from Hunan, and the Hunan cuisine is very authentic. Being able to eat authentic Hunan cuisine here is also a blessing for Guizhou people. Highly recommended!
