As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!"

"On the second day of my visit to Tashan County, I changed to this hotel after staying at a bad hotel the day before. , very satisfied in all aspects, very much beyond expectations! ! The facilities are all new, the room has oxygen supply and humidifier, the hot water is large and the water temperature is very warm. The most praiseworthy thing is that there are enough socket holes! This is great for people like us who have a lot of electronic devices. There are two sockets on each side of the bed, and there are sockets next to the sofa, sink, kettle, and toilet. Apart from that, the details are well considered, such as the paper towels are baby paper towels considering the dry climate. The hotel is quite clean, the bathroom and bed are very clean, and the toiletries are from Herborist which smells quite nice. The service was very good. They took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the room, explained in detail the use of the oxygen supply equipment, and gave us a dried fruit plate and a fruit plate.
