"Great location in bush setting. All informatiin sent in email before stay was helpful, so access was easy. Self contained cabin,with all you need, included. Great for short, or longer stays. Not far from city centre"

"In a good spot for buses to and from Hobart. Had plenty of parking for those with cars. TV left a lot to be desired, ie had sound but rarely picture. Heating worked well. Shower was good. Easy to hear those outside but as they tend to be trades persons they go to bed early, during the week. Bed was comfortable; small bar fridge but adequate for my needs; microwave and water jug worked well. Five minute walk from Coles and about 10 minutes to Woolworths. Have stayed there a few times and I keep coming back, especially with Trip.com prices."

"I recently stayed at Wrest Point and would definitely stay again! My room was a highlight—spotlessly clean, super comfortable bed, and a stunning view of the bay that made my stay extra special. I really enjoyed spending time at the Birdcage Bar. The cocktails were fantastic and the atmosphere was lively—highly recommend for a fun night out. Staff-wise, my experience was mixed: some team members were amazing and made me feel welcome, while others weren’t as friendly or helpful as I’d hoped. This didn’t overshadow my overall positive stay, but it’s worth mentioning. "Beautiful, relaxing and homely hotel in a great location in Sandy Bay. Lovely in-room touches like having the heating and radio on on arrival. Great resources regarding local walks etc. Too which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay near Hobart."

"Definitely worth the price we paid! Hotel allowed self-checkin as our family arrived after-hours. They even provided parking coupons. Room was really spacious and clean. Toilet was well-equipped and really spacious as well. Would definitely stay here if our family visits Hobart again:)"
