"#There are cockroaches crawling inside the sanitary bathroom...#Service a room can have 2 pools of hot spring water, the water has a sulfur smell, the hot spring feels OK, but my experience needs to be shared in detail. Passing through Taishan, I found a store with high scores on the platform to stay for one night and soak in a hot spring. After arriving at the store, I paid a deposit of 500 yuan (the deposit fee is greater than the room fee) and then said that the burst water pipe will have a hot spring at 8 or 9 pm. I played mahjong for 40 minutes (at the beginning, I said that I gave a good review to free mahjong opening fee, After checking out, I said that I had to give a good review before refunding the room deposit. This threatening praise, I would rather pay the mahjong opening fee of 100) and finally drag and drag for many reasons. I didn't refund my 400 yuan deposit until more than 6 hours after check-out. The complete description of the real experience is for your reference and no other evaluation. #Cost-effective its elevator is bad ~ can climb the stairs, the so-called 24-hour housekeeper can reply to the message after more than an hour (the kind that may not be answered without urging)"

"While the room type was acceptable, the hotel is quite old with outdated facilities. The moment we entered, there was a strong musty smell from the carpet. The front desk staff had absolutely no concept of customer service; check-in was painfully slow, they were abrupt, and incredibly unwelcoming. In the middle of the night, I couldn't access the upper floors. The front desk attendant was practically asleep and completely dismissive when I sought assistance. They only provide one key card per room, even for double occupancy, and since a card is required to access the upper floors, this was extremely inconvenient. Dining options around the hotel are very limited, with hardly any places to eat nearby. Parking spaces were also insufficient. When my child lost a key card, we were immediately charged a 50 RMB replacement fee. I suggested it might have been lost somewhere within the hotel, but the front desk staff completely disregarded my comment and insisted on the 50 RMB charge. Overall, it was a particularly terrible experience."

"The room was perfect and very clean for my family! The beds were very comfortable. The staff was also friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions and offered to help with services that required a China phone number since I had an international one. The breakfast was good too. The location is great as it was in the shopping plaza/right next to the mall which was very convenient."

"It's been almost ten years since I last visited Taishan to see family, and I was really surprised by how much it's changed! The integrated shopping mall is excellent, with a great range of facilities and a diverse selection of stores. You can find everything from nail salons, hair and beauty treatments, to coffee shops and bubble tea, catering to all sorts of needs for those returning from abroad. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful; they helped me with taxis, recommended great restaurants, and I loved the room they arranged for me. Highly, highly recommend!"

"I reserved the 2-bed Room and it looks like this building was built as an apartment. This unit was two levels, which they split the lower level as a hotel room and the upper level as a short term apartment rental. Fortunately it was not occupied. Could have been noisy. Noise from the hallway was already a little too much. One last complaint was the toilet being in the shower room. Very bad setup.
However I might stay here again just for the breakfast. It was included in my room booking. Very good varieties and tasty! Front desk girl is very hard working and courteous. Thanks for your help!"

"This is the third time I have stayed here. When the girl at the front desk left her phone number, she knew that I had stayed there before and was very welcoming.
This is an apartment-style hotel, located in the Yihe Hot Spring City, near the north gate. The room facilities are complete, with washing machines and refrigerators. The room is clean. The room area is not 40 square meters at most, but it feels comfortable. Living here is quiet and comfortable. If you like to soak in hot springs, you can buy a hot spring ticket on Dianping or **, and walk a few dozen meters to get there.
There was no one at the front desk when I checked out. I put the key in the crack of the door and sent the license plate number to the front desk to contact the phone number. It was very convenient."

"The double room in this hotel is great. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, my partner and I slept soundly, the space is reasonably laid out, the distance between the two single beds is moderate, which is convenient for communication and privacy, the facilities are also complete, the air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi are all very stable, the water pressure in the bathroom is sufficient, and the hot water comes quickly. The hotel is conveniently located, convenient for eating and shopping, the front desk service attitude is enthusiastic, the check-in is efficient, and they also took the initiative to help us move our luggage. GGuest UserOverall experience was good. Only issue was the ac not able to adjust but was offered to change room. Also, if you want to do laundry, make sure not to use the wash and dry machines. We had an issue where the machines won’t dry for hours. We ended up having to air dry. This is no hotel fault. Seems like all machines there are like that.

GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time.

YYe_Overall it's good, the room is not small, there are two large towels and two small towels in each room after entering, this hotel has disposable items (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, laundry detergent, soap, etc.), the bed is quite comfortable, overall it's good, but the corridor is a bit dark, it's a sensor light, one person per room, there is a small window sill, this hotel is quite worth it! Because I didn't take any photos outside most of the time, I only have these photos. Overall, I recommend them.

GGuest UserRoom is large but a little worn down with low ceiling, half of a duplex. Noise from upstairs can be heard clearly. Elevators are in poor condition. Location is good, next to a mall with excellent supermarket. Front desk are helpful and friendly.

AAnonymous UserI often travel for business and sightseeing, and the room of this price and quality exceeded my expectations. The room is very clean and sanitary, the bedding is good for sleeping, the front desk service is also enthusiastic, and any problems will be solved quickly. There is a pedestrian street at the door, Luckin Coffee and a convenience store downstairs, so it is very convenient to eat, drink, play and rest. I will stay here again when I come to Taishan to play later!

GGuest UserGrand hotel that has seen better days. Room is dark and musty. Signs of damage to wall and ceiling. Breakfast is on lower end and nearly the same variety everyday. Asked to be given room facing away from park. Otherwise very noisy but noise did promptly stop at 10pm. One day we were out and windstorm occurred. Returned to hotel and found someone had fetched our belongings from the balcony back into the room without asking. Very impressed by this attention. Thank you.

HHan2 SoloThe hotel is opposite the 802 bus stop coming from railway station very near the pedestrian road. The room and toilet were renovated, clean and sufficiently equipped with fridge and washing machine. There are 2 blocks, the main block have limited superior rooms and the other blocks caters more to long staying guests and standard rooms. Food is easily available around the area. The reception lady was very friendly and courteous and gives good information about the city. Overall a good stay.
