GGuest UserIt was a little confusing where the front desk was at first, as I wasn’t able to locate the hotel name anywhere in the building. I guess there was some sort of agreement made with the front desk on the 15th floor (under a different hotel name), as they were able to check me in. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfy, and location was great - right next to a giant mall with many restaurants and arcades inside. Though I ran into a sketchy looking man in the elevator who didn’t seem to have a fob? And they just followed me off when it was my floor. It was concerning and I didn’t see any security guards in the building during my stay.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is super convenient, right next to the landmark lakes and garden, plenty of yummy local food, bakery and convenience stores outside the hotel. Easy to book a DiDi and within 10-15 minutes you will arrives at a few main shopping centres, coffee shops and more restaurants. The room is big and spacious. The cleaning staff takes good care in cleaning the rooms and the staff at reception are super friendly. The hotel also provides free of charge washing machine and dryer. We had extended our stay 4 times in this hotel during our trip. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserWe originally booked a twin room, but when we checked in, the front desk thought we were two adults and two children, so they took the initiative to upgrade us to a family room. Friendly service, room on the second floor, not far from the pedestrian street, overall good.

CCorrine LeungWe traveled all through Asia & this was the largest, nicest & the most reasonable of all!! My sister stayed here many years ago in 2018 & recommended this place for myself & my cousins so that we can visit our family village which was 29 minutes away. We had an entire room for our shower & love the private bathroom! The front desk went out of our way to assist. The breakfast was plentiful & amazing! Unfortunately I was sick in bed for 2 days, & the house maid quietly came in & emptied our 2 garbage cans & left us fresh towels while I was laying in bed. She may have cleaned our toilet also. I already have recommended this place to my friends . Thank you !!!

GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

AAnonymous UserI enjoyed staying at Boyue International Hotel very much. The hotel room is new with well equipped state of the art in room AI voice control butler assistance, smart bidet toilet, free in house washing machine and drying facilities. Love the peaceful settings of the hotel. Will return stay when I’m in Taishan, Guangdong again.

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at the Manley Hotel during my visit to Taishan. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, helpful, and made the experience feel welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options just steps away. Even if you need to head into downtown Taishan, taxis are easy to find and very affordable, making it simple to get around the city. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great, though it’s worth noting that it’s entirely Chinese cuisine—something I personally enjoyed, especially for an authentic local experience. The downside was the laundry dryer— There was only one dryer for 3 washing machines, it didn’t work very efficiently and took about six hours to dry a single load, which was a bit frustrating. The Wi-Fi was also very unreliable, it would connect and then drop constantly. Even when it would work, the speeds would fluctuate. Overall, I’d recommend the Manley Hotel for its excellent service, local charm, and convenient location.

GGuest UserThe room is very satisfied! Clean and hygienic! 308 yuan is very cheap during the summer seaside peak season! It is recommended to go to the ”Yinhua” chain store next to it for dinner. The price is affordable and the portion is sufficient. We 5 people ordered 7 dishes such as Pippi shrimp, sea dumplings, nine shrimp, flower a. It was only 350 yuan! Much better than Hailing Island! If these dishes start at least 1,000 yuan in Hailing Island!
