"Clean room, good location (connected to mall), great breakfast, friendly staff I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, as it’s directly connected to Pakuwon Mall — very convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without even having to step outside. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh choices. Most of all, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!"

"I think this is a value for money stay. I love the room and hotel location. The room is excellent with bathtub at this price. Service is generally good and acceptable. The room when we first enter has some aircon leaking, but was quickly changed to another room. Breakfast is a good variety though there was quite a number of flies at the fruits section. I think it's around a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the mall. Would be good if they could include some floats for the swimming pool."

"Our trip to Bromo and Ijen started from Surabaya. Ascott has a great location just beside the Pakuwan Mall, and the people are super friendly during check in and out, and during our stay, they were very helpful to provide anything we need. The service apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"Appalled by the room cleanliness. Able to spot long hairs on my bedside carpet on the first day and still not vacuumed even on the day I left. Toilet walls had some mould growing (I rubbed against it and it came off). Room is spacious and aircon is strong. Breakfast had a ok variety but what's annoying is the used napkins on our tables being served as new ones. We went during a busy period but it's not excusable. Sufficient gym facilities for basis free weights and polite staff. Can do better on maintenance."

"First time in Surabaya . Very very terrible experience at Swiss Belinn hotel .  First night due to my flight delay I check in around 10pm and I get a last room ( in front of the room is emergency exit ) very bad feeling when I step in the room, I feel “something” inside . Request to change but reception inform full house. Midnight my room keep got water sound , flush water sound !  Second morning I request to change room , 8pm finish work bck to hotel told me full ? I’m like ***? I requested to change in the early morning. One round of battle , I manage to change room , the boy told he help me take my luggage from old room, after 10 min , luggage that they sent to me is not belong to me!!!! Where is my baggage? After half an hour, my baggage is back to my room and they told me found it at the other room ??!! I got so many question mark in my mind . 11pm , a boy keep knock my dooor and call Ibu ibu……in the morning , housekeeping come in without knocking the door at 928am ! Thanks god  that moment I’m done changing !  Third night : this is the worst night for me. Been awake by toilet water sound again ! But this time is different , I feel something not right and I’m so scared. I try to ignore , but I feel “someone” sit on the other side of my bed and I feel my blanket is grasp firmly to the left side（I slept at right side ) ! The following is 447 am someone knock my door again !  I on my light and dare not to sleep anymore !  Fourth night : no story as I only back to hotel at 2am , I leave at 6am to airport  Hotel location is really good , breakfast nice too ."

"The room and all facilities are clean, Every morning I enjoyed swimming in clean wide pool. They also served many varieties testy food for breakfast. Anyway I had good experience and enjoyed staying in this hotel for two nights"

"We had a good stay at Grand Whiz Praxis. The views from our room were great but although being on the 18th floor it was very noisy, be it the streets, the neighbours or some workers drilling and hammering at 11:30 pm. Also the rooms was quite illuminated at night from the windows and hallway. Breakfast was good. The hotel seems quite new and is partly still under construction but is not really well maintained as many appliances show signs of usage. Our stay was good but I would probably choose a different hotel the next time."

"Awesome location but not the traffic. Clean and nice ambience even though the main lobby is on the second floor - up the carpark. Overall, great stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Harris Hotel and staff. Keep up the good work. Cons- hotel room floors should do a makeover. Can hear the popping whenever you are walking around in the room."

"Pertama kali booking di Orchard yg studio dg tambahan extra bed, lalu katanya ada gangguan listrik sehingga dipindah ke Tanglin upgrade ke **R tanpa biaya tambahan. Lokasi sangat strategis karena menempel Pakuwon Mall. Selebihnya cukup saja. Room cukup kecil. Host-nya komunikatif dan dapat ditelpon. Proses ambil kuncinya (kartu akses lift dan pintu mailbox, kunci kamar, kartu parkir) di mailbox dan parkirnya memang membingungkan kalau tidak diterangkan. Untung Host kasih foto2 dan penjelasan serta siap jawab kalau ditelpon."
