Recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel, the location is great, surrounded by lots of eateries and shops, Staffs were friendly, the accommodation was tidy, clean and comfortable.
▶Breakfast included: nasi lemak bungkus, half-boiled eggs & coffee/tea, the nasi lemak was nice.
▶Car parking: roadside MPSJ parking, can pay with Touch & Go.

Very good shopping is especially convenient, but there is no formal front desk and you need to pay cash for the room. You can’t use credit cards, but the foreman is very polite, praise, praise, and will stay in again next time

Serviced apar**ent hotel, the price is not expensive, the decoration is quite old-fashioned, the room is large, the view is very good, the hotel check-in is in a corner on the first floor of the basement, and a deposit of 150 MYR is required.

Good location, old but spacious. Can't understand it's different management under one roof. My has no reception counter. Has to go to the basement to meet a staff to take me to my room. It's called a resorts but has no swimming pool and breakfast is not an option.

Definitely enjoy the journey from the Resort Suite to the Shopping Centre (sunway pyramid). Locations is great.
For the room, it is not a hotel however it is good enough for 2 nights stay. I didn't use the fridge(it was not on from day 1), I didn't use the cooking space nor the kitchen area.
Good stay. Good space and good area to be at.

SShirlzFamOur family of four had a fantastic stay at Sunway Resort Hotel! The direct pool access and special entrance to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park made everything so convenient.
Breakfast at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill was outstanding, and the buffet breakfast offered plenty of options, including a kids’ corner. The direct connection to Sunway Pyramid Mall was another great perk for shopping and dining.
Service was excellent, and the amenities were top-notch. If we visit Kuala Lumpur again, we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended for families.

CCammyNgGreat stay! Very convenient as the hotel lobby is connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall, Sunway Lagoon Themepark, Sunway Resort Hotel and Sunway Lagoon Hotel. But the breakfast is only served at Sunway Resort Hotel and the swimming pool is only available at Sunway Lagoon Hotel. The room basin is blocked and the water flows very slow and therefore leave a stain. The carpet in the hotel also quite dusty because it triggers my nose allergy. Besides that, it’s compulsory for all hotel guest to pay for parking RM15/night per car. It was a wonderful stay minus those mentioned.

FFarhana FaizuStarting with the Concierge Assistant, his welcoming positivity was just what I needed. He kindly brought my luggage directly to my room—such a nice touch! We then enjoyed a delicious fruit punch that was simply amazing. Our room was perfect, with vintage vibes and a lovely bathtub. We even brought bath bombs to make the most of our night.
Now, about the breakfast—you must try their rendang ayam, hot chocolate, and dim sum. I wholeheartedly approve of them all. I will definitely return for another spontaneous stay. Great job, Summit USJ Hotel team! 🌟🏨✨

Minimal spaces in between bed and walls to move.
Provided 2 Cups and a jar. Water have to take from the common area. No coffee, no tea.
Room service has to be requested.
Only body syampoo provided in toilet.
At one point, lift could not function at 3rd floor.
Overall u pay the price for the premium location.

Also convenient to go for shopping as it is connected to the shopping complex.
Parking is easy as many parking lots available after 9pm.

AAnonymous UserAll in all, we don’t mind the Cons (listed below Overview, Pros & Cons) as we only stayed 1 night. So for those looking to stay longer nights, if you don’t mind the cons, you can consider as it is affordable for spacious rooms like this in Sunway City.
Overview:
1. this is not managed by Sunway Property, its concept is like booking airbnb as each unit are owned by different owner, managed by a property management (not by Sunway). Residences of this property are also staying there.
2. The name of this place “Resorts Suites @ Bandar Sunway” was tagged as “hotel” in Trip.com, so this can be a bit misleading thinking that this is one of Sunway Properties’ hotel chain.
3. Its reception is at B1 of Sunway Pyramid Hotel, all levels are only accessible by card.
4. Good for stay if you are just looking for lower budget accommodation in Sunway City (for singles, solo travelers, etc), but wouldn’t recommend if are looking at cosy and clean rooms (for family with kids / elderly).
5. As it is a “house” unit itself, it comes with kitchen and some with balcony. Those with kids, need to take note of the balcony.
Pro:
1. Attentive staff, very helpful and attend to our needs quite immediately.
2. Room is spacious, good enough for 3 (2+1) to sleep in (Deluxe) and if you opt for the bigger units, can zzz up to 6 pax.
3. Affordable room rates comparable to any of the Sunway hotels around this area.
4. For the unit we stayed in, water pressure is very strong, good bathing time, good flush and running tap is strong.
5. Our unit came with a bathtub but we didn’t use it.
6. 2 beds in our unit, both are king size.
7. Provided clean towels, disposal toothbrushes and shampoos/bath gels.
8. Provided mineral waters, and packet coffee/tea with cups and stirrer, and there’s water boiler too, if you need to use.
9. Aircon is working fine in both living hall and room.
10. Very spacious bathroom.
11. Quiet at night, so can sleep well.
Cons:
1. Room furnitures are old and some are not well kept. Probably it’s the way how it’s being managed, so proper care is not given priority by the owner itself.
2. Room is dusty, has a lot of cob webs and also little bugs/ants. So take note especially around the bed area.
3. Bed sheets were just ok. Can be better as looks dusty and with light stains.
4. Curtains are old and dirty.
5. Tv channels only 2 channels.
6. Remote controls (tv and aircon) are dusty.
7. Has balcony but I don’t see that as a plus point as it can be hazardous for family with kids.
8. Door lock was loose, hence we got to change to another room as we have kid with us, so safety is priority to us.
9. Parking flat rate - I didn’t ask if they have flat rate, but may not be since it’s not under Sunway management directly.
For us with child, our priority is always safety and cleanliness. So we will look for other options under Sunway Hotels if next time we intend to spend our nights in Sunway City.

GGuest UserI book family room with 2 bed, 1 bed was so smelly, bathroom very dirty. The receptionist staff very friendly. I will come again. Appreciate if the bath room cleaning upgrade. The shampoo stand very loose and will drop soon n broke. Complain with housekeeping staff but no action taken for the shampoo stand.

The staff is friendly and helpful. During our booking, I requested to have a room with a 'city view' or any good view facing the Sunway Pyramid, unfortunately when we arrived, the room we requested was fully booked. We told the lady staff, Chitra, that we would love to change to any room facing Sunway Pyramid in case guests check out early. The room we got was Ok just that it was facing the wall of the next building and the aircon compressor was kind of loud at night. The next morning after breakfast, Chitra texted me to inform me that they had a room we requested and asked if we wanted to change rooms and definitely YES! She made arrangements immediately to get us changed to the new room! ❤️
The facilities around the area are the Best! Sunway Pyramid, the mall is right in front of the hotel. Food and facilities like 7-11, 24hrs restaurants, pharmacies just downstairs and around the corners... 💪
Even though the hotel is not as fancy like Pyramid hotel or Resort hotel nearby, but this hotel is so Affordable and convenient! Very RECOMMENDED! 👍⭐
