This was truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. They went out of their way to answer all my questions about the city and how to get things done, offering clear and helpful guidance every time.
When my original flight was canceled, I had to rebook everything on short notice. I reached out to the hotel to reschedule my stay, and their response was incredibly accommodating—they handled the change quickly and with genuine kindness. The check-in process was also seamless and stress-free.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Subang Jaya, Malaysia. It’s a place where you’ll feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for.

GGuest UserI arrived at the hotel at 11pm. Easy to check in at the reception counter. Once i enter the room, there is no power in the room. Request to change and they provide the new room. Overall it is ok.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was chosen for a business trip. The breakfast was decent, but the room felt a bit old. The best part was having a shopping mall right downstairs with plenty of food options. The air conditioning was fantastic, which is a huge plus in Malaysia where good AC really makes a difference.

WWHNGI’m quite sure that a better job could be done by the team instead of ignoring my queries on the following:
1. I selected a room stated that has windows; stayed in a room with only walls around unable to access any outside view 😕
2. I selected a room listed to have a TV; stayed in a room that has no TV leading to a pretty boring night 😮💨
3. I selected a room that I was made to believe a washing machine is included as per listed amenities; stayed in a room where no washing machine is to be seen 🫤
The above matters were raised in the WhatsApp group chat but to no avail, none of the team members within the group chat responded, so needless to expect any concerns showed on my stay being hospitable. The next text that got in the group chat was already informing me about checkout, as though my queries were entirely nonexistent.
I’m sorry but it’s a rather disappointing experience after so many umpteenth stays I previously had.
