AAnonymous UserStaying at Somerset Pattaya was a pleasant experience as always. The hotel enjoys a prime location, just across the road from a shopping mall, making daily shopping and dining extremely convenient. Since the king‑bed room I booked was unavailable, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a standard twin room, which was a thoughtful arrangement. The room boasts a fantastic view with partial sea vistas, and the rooftop swimming pool is absolutely amazing, offering a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Overall, it delivers good value for money. It would be even better if the price could be a bit more affordable, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

BBulilannafoyuwentaiMy family and I stayed in the two-bedroom Sapphire Pool Villa at The Gem Pool Villas Pattaya during the Chinese New Year, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. From the service and environment to the smallest details, everything was impressive. It's safe to say this has been one of the most satisfying resort choices in recent years. **Service Experience: Warm, Thoughtful, and Welcoming** Even with a significant number of guests during Chinese New Year, the service team maintained incredibly high responsiveness and patience. From guiding us at check-in to attending to our daily needs, the staff consistently wore smiles and proactively offered help, allowing us to genuinely feel the meticulousness and warmth of Thai service. It's especially worth mentioning that the hotel also created a cozy festive atmosphere during Chinese New Year, making us feel at home even when abroad. **Breakfast Experience: Exquisite, Diverse, and Daily Surprises** Breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! Not only was there a rich variety, but the menu changed daily with hardly any repetition. From traditional Thai noodle soup and mango sticky rice to pastries, fresh fruit, and made-to-order omelets, the quality was consistently excellent. Staying for several days, we woke up every morning with anticipation, and our child absolutely loved it too. **Environment and Design: Grand, Elegant, and Full of Holiday Vibes** * **Inside the Villa:** The two-bedroom layout offered expansive space, with a design that blended modern aesthetics with a resort feel. I particularly loved the living room area (as shown in Figures 1 & 2), where large glass windows brought natural light indoors. The pool and lush greenery were just outside the window, making dining or relaxing at the table feel incredibly open and uplifting. The decorative floral arrangements on the table, the exquisite chandeliers, and the wooden furniture all reflected the hotel's tasteful aesthetic. * **Hotel Public Areas:** The path leading from the villa to the public areas (as shown in Figure 4) was surrounded by dense tropical plants, like a stroll through a tranquil rainforest, offering great privacy. The hotel entrance at night (as shown in Figure 3) had warm lighting and was shaded by trees, embodying both the relaxation of a resort and the serenity of home. **Facilities and Details: Quality Online, Meeting All Family Needs** The villa came with its own pool, and the water quality was excellent, allowing us to jump in and cool off anytime. The kitchen facilities were fully equipped, suitable for simple meal preparation. Overall, it was very well-maintained, with new furniture and bathroom fixtures, and meticulous hygiene. The two bedrooms were thoughtfully laid out, each with an independent bathroom, making it very convenient for families. **Conclusion** If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing resort in Pattaya that doesn't prioritize sightseeing, The Gem Pool Villas is definitely recommendable. It might not be right on the busiest beach, but this tranquility, combined with attentive service, thoughtful breakfasts, and a beautiful environment, truly made for a perfect vacation. It's especially suited for families or two to three friends traveling together – sunbathing by the private pool, strolling along the green paths, and chatting late into warm, lit-up nights – that's what 'holiday vibes' are all about.

AAichimangguodexiaohuanxiongThe location is fantastic, very close to the beach, and the surrounding area has excellent amenities – plenty of food, drinks, entertainment, and massage options. The best and most impressive part is that you can add the hotel on WeChat. They have a Chinese-speaking customer service representative who can arrange to pick you up downstairs. They also provide very detailed recommendations for things to do nearby and can help with luggage storage. The customer service staff (a young lady) was incredibly patient and gentle, and her replies were super fast!

GGuest UserThis hotel is the Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, a 5-star hotel located in the Wong Amat Beach area of Pattaya, Thailand, focusing on family-friendly and resort experiences. Key Highlights: - **On-site Water Park:** Features the ”Lost World” water park with activities like jungle ziplining and tightrope walking, perfect for children and families. Some attractions require an additional fee (e.g., 350 THB/person). - **Private Beach and Sea View Rooms:** Boasts an exclusive private beach. Rooms are spacious, with some offering stunning sea views. Room service is meticulous. - **Diverse Dining Options:** Offers a variety of restaurants with different cuisines. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with the noodle soup being particularly popular. In the evenings, guests can enjoy a blend of Thai and Western dinner at Coast Beach Club & Bistro. - **Comprehensive Facilities:** Equipped with outdoor pools, a gym, a spa, tennis courts (free for guests), conference rooms, and accessible rooms, catering to diverse needs. - **Immersive Theme:** The overall design blends traditional Thai style with an ”ancient world” theme, creating a fairytale-like resort atmosphere. Ideal For: - **Families with Children:** Excellent water park, kids' play areas, and well-designed family rooms. - **Couples/Friends:** Private sea views, romantic dining, and facilities like tennis courts are perfect for relaxation. - **Solo Travelers:** A quiet environment with attentive service, suitable for solo guests seeking relaxation. Points to Note: - While it's a 5-star hotel, some facilities show a bit of age, and a few rooms could use maintenance. - Some entertainment activities require an extra charge, so it's advisable to plan your budget in advance. Summary: This is an excellent beachfront resort with an overall superb experience, especially recommended for families with children. Its water park and private beach are major selling points. Both the service and environment receive high praise, making it a highly cost-effective resort option in the Pattaya area.

MMaoduoliyamaoduoliThe hygiene was good. It was a bit inconvenient to ask for a toothbrush at the front desk, and razors weren't provided. The slippers were regular sandals, not disposable, which is eco-friendly. There were mosquitoes at this time of year, but I didn't see any mosquito repellent. The breakfast was quite rich, a mix of Chinese and Western, and tasted good. It's a non-smoking hotel, and you absolutely cannot eat durian in the room. My colleague was fined 1000 Thai Baht just for eating a bite of durian. There are two pools downstairs, where a lot of foreigners often sunbathe, but unfortunately, my business trip schedule was too packed to enjoy them.

GGuest UserThoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

GGudajiaoJust wrapped up a family vacation at Dusit Thani Pattaya, and I'm absolutely thrilled with our stay, especially traveling with my parents – definitely a five-star review! We opted for a Club Room this time, and the ocean view from our window was stunning. Watching the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony with my parents was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens. I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️

AAnonymous UserMy stay at Bay Beach Resort was overall okay, but there were several issues that affected my experience. The rooms were a bit dusty, which made them feel less clean than expected. Breakfast was average nothing particularly special but the restaurant itself was actually quite good for other meals. One of the main challenges was the language barrier. I had difficulty understanding the front desk staff, and when I tried to request a few things, the miscommunication made the interaction come across as a bit rude and dismissive, even if that may not have been the intention. I was also surprised to be charged a cleaning fee because some hair dye got onto a towel this is the first time I’ve experienced something like that at a hotel. Additionally, I asked for omelettes at breakfast and was told they weren’t available, yet I later saw another guest being served multiple omelettes, which was confusing and a bit frustrating. Overall, the stay was just okay. There are some positives, like the restaurant, but improvements in cleanliness, communication, and consistency in service would make a big difference.

GGuest UserPicture one is the hotel pool, picture two is the hotel gym, and picture three is a surprise birthday treat the hotel prepared for my partner during our stay. Picture four shows the breakfast spread. The bathroom had a bathtub and excellent water pressure. Try to avoid rooms facing the street as they can be quite noisy. There are many massage parlors and restaurants near the hotel, and a 7-Eleven right across the street. Breakfast had a wide variety, though Chinese guests might find the Western-style dishes less familiar. The savory preserved meat congee was decent. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they even helped us switch rooms. This place offers great value for money. I really didn't want to leave, it was tear-inducing!

GGuest UserThis hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
