Hotel is fine but location is not good.its far away from the town but still room size and other facilities were nice

The hotel is amazing. The staff were really helpful, Thank you so much Andrea for a warm welcome. Daniel was very helpful and really warm too with great sense of humour, we had 2 days to see best attractions nearby and he made sure we did this by explaining the Map and planning it. Lots of breakfast varieties to choose from. The waiters were very kind, always ready to fill your water and get more coffees. Cleaning ladies were lovely and helpful too, Service is excellent, I needed new pair of slipper because used the first for the health club and they got wet and they gave me another one for free. The hotel is beautiful and has tasteful decor and the rooms are clean well maintained. Totally recommend staying in this hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay special , we definitely felt well looked after

We loved the room, the mattress was amazing, the room was spacious and the view was beautiful. The Smart TV was also very useful and easy to set up. However, we had several quite annoying problems, the first was not being informed that the gym and spa/pool would not be available during our stay. Nothing was done to help or clarify the situation and we had to pay for a private gym outside the hotel, chosen by us, without any help from reception. These were two factors that made us choose this place and without them the hotel is too expensive!! The bidet was broken from the start, we asked for it to be repaired and went for a walk. Upon arrival they said that the technician had already been there, which was impossible as the valve was still the same and the bidet was clogged/filled with the same water as in the morning. Then another technician came who said it was fine having to tell him that as soon as it was used it would stick the valve again and not drain water which happened! We didn't let you leave the room without checking and after seeing it with your own eyes you understood. They said they would fix it the next morning but nothing was done. Once again they showed no empathy or willingness to solve the problem. Another issue is that whenever they cleaned the room they only put one bath towel (even though there were 2 of us) often the towels didn't arrive and the bathrobes given on the first day were never replaced after being sent to be washed. Every time we took a shower we had to call because there were no towels. Breakfast however is a differentiator! The staff are very friendly and the food is wonderful, a good mix of local culture and international varieties.

The service attitude is very good. They help me print the itinerary and send it by express. It is very friendly. It is very convenient to eat nearby and can be reached on foot. It is worth recommending.

Need to pay to use the swimming pool, a bit odd. And the hotel gym is not the same building, it has to go to another place, and you have to go to the front desk to get the card. so troublesome. The hotel's pool restaurant is unpalatable.

A very good hotel overall, with relatively new facilities, rich breakfast, and the entrance to the hotel is very small. If you don't pay attention, you will miss it. The only problem is that there are a lot of bed bugs in the room. I caught five of them in one night, and one bold one actually flew to me.

There is breakfast, a big bathtub, and a large area. I booked a deluxe room type. Opened in 1886, the building is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious, and it is located in the city center. There is also a massage service in the room, and the charge is about HK$760 for two hours, which should be considered cheap in Europe

We felt very comfortable; the hotel is perfect for a city trip. Cleanliness, rooms, friendliness, breakfast,... everything was really great. The location is perfect.
