What a pleasant stay we had! Upon arrival, Costin, who checked us in promptly, made us feel comfortable and very welcomed. He understands our special need for a fragrance-free room due to our sensitivity to scents/chemicals. We got one on the higher floor, clean, spacious and nicely-decorated and has a beautiful city view! It had everything we need. Will not hesitate to book this hotel again.

We have family members that are Ukrainian Refugees that fled to safety in Bucharest. The General Manager of the Moxy Roxana-Maria Vişan was extremely empathetic and understanding to our situation. Lorena Dinescu Crew leader was equally amazing responding to all of our questions and providing incredible support for us. They provided the most special touching personalized service and hospitality to our family for 19 days. Thankfully we were able to find a permanent residence for them with friends in Breda, Netherlands. According to our family members the property has an amazing vibe, great rooms, ideal location to old town, and most importantly a friendly caring staff of employees. From the outside the hotel looks very beautiful, but from the inside everything is more modest. Standard rooms are not too spacious - for five stars it seems a little cramped. Breakfast is quite up to the standard of the hotel. Varied and you can order porridge, for example.

Hotel location is wonderful - middle of the old city. Rooms are spacious enough but some of them are located over a street with a night club and are very noisy all night (especially lower floors) - this has to be mentioned at check in to relevant customers. Staff is very friendly and helpful - especially at reception. Rooms cleaning needs some improvement as some negligence showed and called for our intervention. Breakfast is great, large choice and comfortable dining room including outdoor seating Fitness center is quite small and at basement - could have been located on an upper floor facing the old city - would be wonderful

I stayed in a few Holiday Inn Hotels in Europe but this one is my favourite 100%. Very clean, modern and the breakfast is just amazing! The staff is super helpful and friendly! The location is also very good, close to a few tourist attractions and the neighbourhood is full of restaurants. Pe data viitoare!

It was a wonderful stay at the RAMADA PLAZA Hotel and we hope to visit again. The service from all the staff was impeccable, the facilities with all the technologies and clean. The breakfast was rich with enough variety of options. We used the gym and Vitality club for massage, steam bath and sauna which we enjoyed. The two large swimming pools where we spent several hours relaxing also gave a special touch to our vacation.

Hotel staff was helpful. Breakfast was great There is a small convenience store next to the hotel that opens until 12 midnight. However, wifi was not working on rooms in the second floor of the hotel for the entire day. Wi-Fi was fine on ground floor, and 3rd to 5h floors. Level 2 seems to be under construction or having an industrial look compared to other floors. Do take a look at the photos and see for yourself

I found this ideal hotel on Ctrip.com. The famous Seagull Park, Arc de Triomphe, church, and famous restaurants are within 500 meters. It is only 5 kilometers away from the city center and scenic spots. The taxi is about 20 ROY, equivalent to about 30 yuan. There is also a Bank of China next to the hotel. The ATM under the bank building is safe for withdrawals. It can be said that Pullman Hotel is very convenient for business travel. In addition, the hotel facilities are good, the front desk service is friendly and warm, and the restaurant in the hotel tastes great, and the breakfast is very rich. The hotel mainly receives business and team guests. For example, I saw the coaches and players of England, Slovenia and other teams participating in the basketball invitational tournament for breakfast these days. This stay left a deep impression. Next time I come to Bucharest, I will continue to book this hotel. I also strongly recommend it to all partners who need to travel to Romania.
