The facilities and services offered by the hotel are excellent, especially the spa, which provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience and adds a lot to the overall stay. Above all, I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the hotel team. The staff are professional, attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome and valued. I would especially like to mention Anna from the Concierge Department, who was exceptional. She was extremely professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to assist with any request. Her personal attention made our stay even more special. JW Marriott Bucharest offers a wonderful combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. Perfect spot for a Bucharest city break! The location is unbeatable—right at the edge of the Old Town, making it a 5-minute walk to landmarks like the Stavropoleos Monastery. The vibe is exactly what you expect from a Moxy: modern, energetic, and very social. The rooms are a bit compact but super clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Special thanks to the staff for being so welcoming. Great base if you’re planning to explore the city or heading onward to Sofia!

big hotel with quiet and spacious rooms away from the centre but easily reachable by the express bus no 100. we bought the Multiplu 72 hours surface transport pass( bus+tram)  costing 20 RON which was valid for airport bus 100 too. Bucharest is nicely connected by bus and trams and we did not use Metro for travel. the rooms and beds were comfortable and provided very good sleep. the hotel is hardly 20 mins from OTP airport which is welcome as there is always very heavy traffic in Bucharest. this city is really well planned with cheap transport and some truly beautiful buildings. we saw the art gallery and the Cotroceni” National Museum which i feel is  one of the best palaces in the world and also the administration palace wing which was open as a combined ticket available only on weekends. the hotel looks a bit old but without any issue offering a very comfortable stay.

We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the room was a good size — very pleasant and well kept. We were quite happy with the overall experience. Breakfast could be improved, as there weren’t many healthy options available. Most of the choices were heavier, American-style dishes, so a bit more variety would make a nice difference. It would also be great if the room cleaning were a bit more thorough each day, rather than just making the bed and changing towels. When guests pay for a hotel stay, consistent quality and attention to detail are always appreciated.

Lovely clean modern hotel with friendly staff. Coffee shop linked to hotel is perfect with a huge range of drinks on the menu. No oat milk though! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Did get quite warm in room and couldn’t work air con. As it’s on a busy road there was too much road noise if you wanted the window open. About a 30 minute walk to the old town and about 39 mins from the airport. Taxis are so cheap that it didn’t matter where it was. One night our group sat in Ricks bar which is attached to the hotel and ordered a bolt delivery from a local Greek restaurant which was great. Food stops at 8pm at hotel. Hotel was a great price and served us well for the trip.

The stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?). The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

Our stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A beautiful place to stay when you visit Bucharest. The hotel has nice, spacious rooms with comfy beds. It also has the most beautiful furniture. You have a fantastic view in the evening. Staff are friendly and helpful, speak several languages - no worries for travellers from any country. Breakfast is fine, and the restaurant looks nice as well. Parking is possible as well, so you don't have to worry about the car.

When I met at the hotel of the same group next door at a later date, she called out and even remembered my name. I was very happy. ILINCA was also a kind reception staff. When I told him I was tired from a long trip, he let me check out for free. Thanks to that, I was able to leave the hotel room according to the flight time. The breakfast restaurant staff ADE always had a smile and a very good impression. I found that he spoke well and cared for the guests. Thanks to him, I felt good from the morning. The staff at the breakfast restaurant are like the staff at the restaurant Sharkia next to the reception of this hotel. Other staff are kind and the food is delicious above all, so if you are interested in Sharkia, it seems worth a visit. Izabela in the server kitchen spoke Japanese. I was surprised because there were few people who spoke Japanese. I was happy to come to greet me from the kitchen and speak Japanese. In addition, the security and housekeeper at the entrance were kind. Thanks to the staff, we had a comfortable 3 night stay. Thank you very much.

A decent stay, nothing to write home about but perfectly enjoyable. The hotel does what it says on the tin — it's clean, functional, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, a solid spread with enough variety to start the day well. The room was on the smaller side and fairly basic in terms of decor, but comfortable enough for a couple of nights as a solo traveler. Don't come expecting wow factor, but if you're looking for a reliable, no-fuss place to sleep in Bucharest city center, it gets the job done.
