Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.

The soundproofing in the room was very poor. There was a couple living in the room next to me. I could hear their sex clearly at night. Their bed was shaking, and even the head of my bed was shaking. They did it for two consecutive nights, and they were shouting every night, which made me very embarrassed. After they were done, they were snoring, which I could also hear. It was very annoying. I could also hear the footsteps of people upstairs, the sound of boiling water in the next room, or the sound of the TV. In addition, the temperature of the air conditioner in the room could not be adjusted. It was too cold when the air conditioner was turned on, and too stuffy when the air conditioner was turned off.

The room was renovated a while ago and is quite old. The bathroom still uses the old-fashioned small bathtub and shower head, which is not suitable for older people. The location is very good, there are several parks nearby, which is suitable for running in the morning, and the gym facilities are complete.
With captivating design and artful cuisine, Mondrian Condesa captures the vibrant energy of global cultural hotspot, Mexico City. Perfectly located at the crossroads of two must-explore neighborhoods, the hotel transports guests to a modern cultural fairytale. Discovery continues in Mondrian Condesa's four locally-beloved restaurants and bars.

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous.
We were upgraded to kingbed room.
Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered.
This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

The location of the hotel is not suitable for independent travel, it is relatively remote, and with the traffic jams in Mexico, it is difficult to control time. It is very suitable for self-driving and has a relatively fashionable shopping mall. Breakfast was ok.

The location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants around. Because it has been a few years, some facilities in the room can see the traces of time. The service is quite satisfactory, the service at the checkin at the front desk and the outdoor restaurant on the second floor is not bad (pictures 2 and 3 are outdoor restaurants, I ate at the hotel when I arrived late, the food is not exquisite but tastes good). The concierge is more ordinary, with strange eyes and arrogant attitude. What is more excessive is the waiter in the buffet breakfast room. The room rate includes breakfast, but the guest still needs to sign a bill. We gave a tip of 50peso, but unexpectedly, the waiter added a 1 in front of 50 without authorization, and it became 150. It can be seen from the photo that the 1 in front of 50 is quite abrupt, and the writing and color are different from 50. (It’s also our own fault. We only wrote the tip, and didn’t write the total amount to save trouble, because we didn’t intend to give a tip. The waiter just took the coffee pot and asked if he wanted coffee. Apart from that, he didn’t provide anything else. Serve). After staying in the tipping culture for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered such a thing.

Check-in was quick and the lady at the front desk was pretty and generous. It was Christmas day and we were given teddy bears and Christmas cookies. They were so cute. I loved them and will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserSofitel is certainly the best hotel in CDMX right now. The pool and restaurants are very, very, very good, the rooms beautiful and spacious, and the service is world class. Special thanks to Diego, one of the managers.

XxtminThe hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and tidy, the network is stable, but the bottled water in the room tastes strange. The breakfast is relatively rich and there are some changes every day, which can also adapt to my parents' Chinese stomach.

BBraden TseExceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City!
Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name.
We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again.

GGharibI booked room, for my sister and me. It was spacious, clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and amazing. I spent 10 days there, a week for a conference and 4 days to explore Mexico City. Loved it, highly recommend it, the place is in a very good location. A little thing about us, we are two Arab hijabi girls, so if you are a hijabi, don’t worry you won’t face racial discrimination against you.

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel is fully equipped! Gym, restaurant are available!
Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy!
Environment: The hotel has an elegant environment, complete surrounding facilities, and convenient transportation!
Service: Hotel service is warm and thoughtful! Overall very satisfied! Will continue to consider staying!
TTINGTINGThe front desk service is very good, and the hotel restaurant is also great.. But the pick-up service is too expensive! By the way, the shower in the hotel really needs to be replaced! WI-FI is not free, it may be a pain point of Marriott, the charge is reasonable.. but the paid WI-FI is fast, watching videos without lag.. I still recommend everyone to stay here

GGuest UserThe apartment is located in a high-end community and is very safe and reliable. The room is large and comfortable, with a strong sense of art, which is my favorite type. If you want to stay in a hotel, you should pay attention to it. It is an apartment room and there are no supporting facilities. But there is everything when you go out, and there are many restaurants.
