Amazing
AAnonymous UserBooked a hotel for three nights. The service is worth praising. All the waiters are very polite and enthusiastic.
But the disadvantage is that the room is small and the breakfast is too simple and not enough to eat.
The cost performance is not high.

GGuest UserAs you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous.
We were upgraded to kingbed room.
Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered.
This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.
BBraden TseExceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City!
Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name.
We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again.

MMalongbailanduThere's no small table for phones in the restroom, making it inconvenient to use your phone while on the toilet. The breakfast was poor; there wasn't much food, and even the juice wasn't pure juice.

GGuest UserThe bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, the breakfast was exquisite, the dishes were rich, the disadvantage was that it was too far from the airport and it took an hour.

GGuest UserThe apartment is located in a high-end community and is very safe and reliable. The room is large and comfortable, with a strong sense of art, which is my favorite type. If you want to stay in a hotel, you should pay attention to it. It is an apartment room and there are no supporting facilities. But there is everything when you go out, and there are many restaurants.

Good
KkimberlytongThe location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants around. Because it has been a few years, some facilities in the room can see the traces of time. The service is quite satisfactory, the service at the checkin at the front desk and the outdoor restaurant on the second floor is not bad (pictures 2 and 3 are outdoor restaurants, I ate at the hotel when I arrived late, the food is not exquisite but tastes good). The concierge is more ordinary, with strange eyes and arrogant attitude. What is more excessive is the waiter in the buffet breakfast room. The room rate includes breakfast, but the guest still needs to sign a bill. We gave a tip of 50peso, but unexpectedly, the waiter added a 1 in front of 50 without authorization, and it became 150. It can be seen from the photo that the 1 in front of 50 is quite abrupt, and the writing and color are different from 50. (It’s also our own fault. We only wrote the tip, and didn’t write the total amount to save trouble, because we didn’t intend to give a tip. The waiter just took the coffee pot and asked if he wanted coffee. Apart from that, he didn’t provide anything else. Serve). After staying in the tipping culture for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered such a thing.
