As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous.
We were upgraded to kingbed room.
Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered.
This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

I booked the hotel just for the location. But to get to the hotel the elevators didn’t work, too expensive to get that kind of service

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the main attractions, and is considered the best hotel in Mexico City. The room was clean, the bed was a bit soft, the window could not be opened, and like most American and Mexican hotels, the shower head could not be removed for hand-held washing.

The location of the hotel is not suitable for independent travel, it is relatively remote, and with the traffic jams in Mexico, it is difficult to control time. It is very suitable for self-driving and has a relatively fashionable shopping mall. Breakfast was ok.

BBraden TseExceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City!
Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name.
We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again.
Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now

GGuest UserClose to the airport, there is a pick-up service, but the car will only wait at the departure gate, Exit 4 or 5, on the hour. It’s not too far to take a taxi, Uber can reach it for 120 yuan. The room is spacious and has a coffee station to boil some hot water. There are no slippers, toothbrushes, etc., and the two charging eyes can be plugged in directly without conversion. Two bottles of mineral water are given, so you can simply go online and do some work. There is a hair dryer, safe, and ironing board.
KKay KistemakerVery centrally located hotel with nice rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room I had was nice and big, clean and had a nice bathroom. Would stay there again for sure. Had a good experience in this hotel.
There was only one minor quickly solved problem: when I entered my room, there was already someone staying in that room. So I went down and got another new room. Other than that, good stay.

GGuest UserThe location is awesome. The hotel is more than basic, the pictures are a bit deceiving. There wasn't even space for us to put our clothes, no wardrobe nothing. Four days and our clothes had to stay in our bags or around the room.
It also didn't have a good mirror, only one in the bathroom which is not convenient.
The hotel is on a 4th or 3rd floor, I honestly can't remember but it was a lot of stairs, and it's inside a building that resembled a small shopping center.
It's walking distance to a lot of attractions, very good location.
The breakfast was good, freshly prepared for each individual. There's a very nice rooftop, don't miss it.
The hotel is not quiet at all, but I guess it's because of the location, it's hard to get a good night sleep if you're easily awakened :)
Upon arrival the man on the checking desk asked me to fill yet another form that had weird questions like if I liked dogs or cats and he said that I had to take a selfie! He said this was for verification reasons and that ”booking” asks him to do so, I told him I already verified my reservation and that I booked via Trip.com, he insisted at first and then when I was firm he said that it's ok and that there was no need.

费费兰登阿历克斯The price/performance ratio is absolutely high. If you bring breakfast and we don’t understand Spanish, it’s best to look at the breakfast ordered by other guests. If you order a breakfast you like, you will feel happy
GGuest UserThe location is perfect but everything else needs to be reviewed! The rooms are aging and need a real refresh...Moreover, when we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 a.m. after almost 20 hours of traveling with a baby, our room was available but we were asked to pay an additional €45 to be able to access it. ..(otherwise we had to wait until 3 p.m.!) On the other hand, no compensation for leaving the room early in the morning on the last day of our stay 😉)
2 towels for 3 people, 2 power outlets only available in the room, incessant noise due to single-glazed bedroom window, located on the 1st floor on a busy street...
And finally, impossible to access the roof terrace, all the time taken for ”private events” in short, we were particularly disappointed with our stay in view of the comments we had read before our reservation!

AAnonymous UserBreakfast quality was satisfactory. Starting time can be earlier.
Room size was big and very comfortable and the cleanliness was good. Very impressive to couples and families.
There was a gym room for free which was nice.
Their staff were friendly and helpful.
Their top management may consider providing a corner with plenty of tourist information instead of running it as a business hotel only.
More special plants or colourful flowers may be added to decorate the lobby like a resort.
JjiayiyayaThe location of the hotel is very good, very convenient, mainly safe, there are many police patrols in the square next to it. The room is in a good sanitary environment. Also let the front desk help to call, very nice!
In addition, I recommend the restaurant diagonally opposite. The shrimp tacos are delicious. I stayed for a week and ate 3 times.

GGuest UserThere isn't much variety at breakfast.
The staff varies greatly between kind and unfriendly.
However, although it said they could speak English, they couldn't.
There was no air conditioning, only a loud fan.
The TV didn't work properly, either because the remote was broken or the TV itself was damaged.
The soundproofing was terrible. You could hear everything, from the voices in the hallway to outside noise.
JJCMONACOI have been around three
Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …
