"類似於民宿或者是ABB。衞生間,廚具等保持良好,被褥毛巾等也沒有問題。這家的主要賣點是位置好,到羅馬區/動物園等很方便,樓下就是地鐵站/公交站。附近街上小餐館很多,物美價廉,安全不是問題。然而市中心共有的缺點是車輛噪音,等到23點以後還湊合了。"

"Easy to tour the historic district near Socalo. It was good to have well equipped public facilities on the roof. But the shower doesn't get hot right away and it's hard to use. The smell of sewers starts to come out when you open the window on the bathroom side! You can't open it. Wi-Fi and data don't explode on the info. I was in room 406, but the pharmacy played a lot of publicity music in front of me. Except for this, line 6 is far from other rooms, so it seems to be the best accommodation on the 4th floor. + I couldn't use the laundry room. The location is not written 🥲"

"La habitación compartida tiene demasiadas literas y hacen ruido los de arriba. La ubicación es buena pero pueden mejorar el aseo y evitar saturar un cuarto con tantas literas."

El Patio 77 B&B is an ancient mansion built in 1891 during the Porfiriato ( Pofiriato period, and was carefully restored in 2009, transforming it into the first Eco-boutique B&B ( Ecological Boutique B&B in Mexico City) · Community: It is located in the San Rafael district of Mexico City). The community was planned as a modern garden suburb in the late 19th century, and was once a settlement for artists such as Remedios Varo ( Remedios Varo and Leonora Carrington ( Leonora Carrington. · Architectural style: The building retains typical 19th century features, including high wooden beam ceilings, plaster line feet, wooden doors and black-and-white board-lattice floors. Transformation and Renewal in 2009 Founder: In 2009, Diego Le Provost and Alan Favero started the project to save and restore the old house. Ecological pioneers: They aim to make it Mexico City’s first eco boutique homestay. To do so, the building has been fully renovated with rainwater harvesting systems, solar water heaters, motion sensors and LED lighting. Community co-prosperity: During the restoration process, they deliberately cooperated with local merchants in San Kosme Market, which led to the community economy. Room design: The hotel has 8 rooms and suites, each named after a Mexican state (such as Michoacán, Oaxaca, Chiapas, etc.), and is decorated with representative crafts and artworks from the state. The room I stayed in was named after the state of Jalisco on the Pacific coast. Art space: The hotel has a gallery (La 77 Art Gallery), which regularly displays the works of domestic and foreign artists, continuing the artistic tradition of San Rafael. Continuous environmental commitment: to date, the hotel maintains its environmental philosophy, such as using organic coffee, choosing seasonal fruits, and ensuring that about 70% of the furniture is recycled, refurbished or salvaged.
