The location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants around. Because it has been a few years, some facilities in the room can see the traces of time. The service is quite satisfactory, the service at the checkin at the front desk and the outdoor restaurant on the second floor is not bad (pictures 2 and 3 are outdoor restaurants, I ate at the hotel when I arrived late, the food is not exquisite but tastes good). The concierge is more ordinary, with strange eyes and arrogant attitude. What is more excessive is the waiter in the buffet breakfast room. The room rate includes breakfast, but the guest still needs to sign a bill. We gave a tip of 50peso, but unexpectedly, the waiter added a 1 in front of 50 without authorization, and it became 150. It can be seen from the photo that the 1 in front of 50 is quite abrupt, and the writing and color are different from 50. (It’s also our own fault. We only wrote the tip, and didn’t write the total amount to save trouble, because we didn’t intend to give a tip. The waiter just took the coffee pot and asked if he wanted coffee. Apart from that, he didn’t provide anything else. Serve). After staying in the tipping culture for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered such a thing.

The location of the hotel is not suitable for independent travel, it is relatively remote, and with the traffic jams in Mexico, it is difficult to control time. It is very suitable for self-driving and has a relatively fashionable shopping mall. Breakfast was ok.

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City! Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again. Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now

GGuest UserGreat stay, the hotel is very well located in Polanco area close to the offices I needed to visit in Insurgentes sur and in Santa Fe. Additionally the hotel is also conveniently located for visiting some of the most important museums in Mexico City just walking distance as well as many delicious restaurants. What I enjoyed the most besides the cleanliness and practicality of the hotel was the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a technical problem with a rental car and they not only helped me get some information but they guided me and supported me to resolve it. Amazing stay!

DdanycPros: Free bar, the restaurant staff is very professional and friendly Cons: The room is very very small! It is so small that you can't walk after opening the suitcase. The door is also very small. The cleaner put the slippers under the bed. The cleaner put the items in different drawers and cabinets, but there was no notice, which led to looking for things everywhere. One day after renewing, I was notified by phone that I had to pack my luggage and change rooms. Since I was in another state, I asked the reason over the phone whether the room type was different. The reply was the same room type because other people stayed in my room number. I couldn't understand it. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I took the initiative to ask the front desk again. The front desk explained that the room type was different, saying that we were now staying in a ”deluxe room” and I renewed the ”ordinary room”. Because I didn't move, I had to pay the difference. Is there a smaller room than this? Don't you have to crawl in and out? Moreover, the booking interface of Ctrip always has only two room types: single bed and double bed, and never has the words luxury or ordinary. Downtown hotels with similar hardware are much cheaper. Or hotels with much higher grade at the same price. Although the restaurant's value-added services are good, it's not worth it considering the price difference. The next hotels were also pitfalls. Ctrip's overseas hotel ratings have problems.

GGuest UserExceptional Stay at ULIV Mexico City My stay at ULIV Mexico City was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always eager to help with any request or question. The accommodations were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to some of Mexico City's best attractions, dining spots, and cultural landmarks. What truly stood out, though, was the level of personalized care provided by the team. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, ensuring everything in the room was perfect, or just greeting me with a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference. I can't recommend ULIV Mexico City enough. It's clear they prioritize their guests' experiences, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

SSARA GABRIELAModern accommodation in a great area for exploring Mexico city for a day or two. It's not a hotel so obviously the service is totally different than you'd expect For cleanliness and?overall amenities..But it's totally ok for a good night sleep and a convenient, safe, and nice location to stay. Wish they could PayPal bit attention to details, for example in trio.com?app it says the room had a?balcony and when we arrived we didn't even have windows. Exhausted from a long trip we didn't want to cause trouble but that could have been advised earlier. We were two people but only had one hand towel so that was an inconvenience that could have probably been avoided of the management would pay a birthday more attention to the bookings. Overall ok stay for an one night stop-over in Mexico city. Walking distance to restaurants and nice Polanco area day off night.

JJCMONACOI have been around three Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …

MMelInChinaThe room was big and comfortable. The pool was small but clean and well kept. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The location is right next to a few banks, shops and the metro is within 5 minutes walk. The area felt very safe as it’s nearby some embassies. The only thing that was not great was the elevator. It was extremely slow, you had to always push both up and down for it to arrive on your floor. So most times you’d go to then go down. And I did get stuck in the elevator once with a few other people. They did get us our rather quickly though. They are renovating so hopefully soon their new elevator will be operational.

GGuest UserGood apartments for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.
