"A little inconsistent in terms of cleaning - some days we got water and towels, other days we didn’t - but overall it’s a great price for what you get. Close to multiple metro lines and a 15-20 min walk from the center. Also the hotel withstood an earthquake so that’s a good sign"

"It's a great location, just a two-block walk from the Zocalo and a quick right turn. I got back to the hotel around midnight, and there were a lot of police around the Zocalo at that time, so it seems like it would be safe to stay there at night. The rooms were quite bleak, and my room didn't have a window, so it wasn't very comfortable. They made free coffee and tea at the reception."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. It's very close to the snack street and not far from a larger supermarket. The small lane next to it is safe and quiet, lined with either hotels or residences. The facilities in the room were great, and there's a shared washing machine and dryer, with what seemed like complimentary laundry detergent, though the public restrooms weren't in the best condition. The keyless entry with a password lock was very convenient. The smart TV had Netflix automatically logged in with the hotel's account, so you could watch movies freely, even if I didn't find anything I was particularly interested in. The elevator was quite unique – there are no floor buttons inside; you select your floor outside, and then it directs you to the appropriate elevator. It felt very modern and novel."

The sleek and modern Holiday Inn Express® México Reforma Hotel is conveniently located at the intersection of Paseo de la Reforma and Insurgentes, two of the most important avenues in Mexico City, we are within walking distance from the American Embassy, the Mexican Stock Exchange and companies such as HSBC. During your leisure time, shop next door at Reforma 222 Mall and explore the city by going to Chapultepec Forest or the Historic Center, both minutes away from the hotel. And don't miss the beautiful Basílica de Guadalupe and the famous Ángel de la Independencia. In Mexico City, we have a long tradition of generous hospitality, and our staff will do everything they can to make you feel welcome. Start your day with a delicious hot breakfast, and end it in spacious rooms and suites filled with contemporary perks. Enjoy complimentary Internet access and a well-equipped Business Center to keep up with work and stay on top of your workout routine at the Fitness Center.

"One problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management. The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer."

WWeijueyexiaobaoThe room was spacious, though the window was a bit small. The lobby itself felt like a historical site, rich with a sense of history. Its location is unbeatable, right next to the main cathedral and plaza. Plus, the metro station is just a convenient five-minute walk away.

GGuest UserAs you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

RRicardorborquezThe hotel facilities are very new. The hotel rooms are very clean. The restaurant doesn’t have a buffet but if you get a room with breakfast included they will serve you coffee, juice or fruit and eggs prepare as you wish. You can also ask for the breakfast menu and order from there. Food is very good. The green juice is delicious. The attention from the waiters is always friendly and fast. The gym is newly renovated and it has very good equipment. The front desk is very friendly and helpful, specially Pamela who was able to help me upgrade the room. The location is very practical and there are malls and restaurants close by. Very pleased with Elements hotel. I always stay there when in business in Mexico City.

GGuest UserThis is our go to place in Mexico City, great location (other than problems with Uber due to road closed in front of US Embassy which blocks one access completely). Staff are pretty good, fair pricing.. just stay away from Danubio tower and get the Reforma side. Had 2 issues last visit with show curtains not being water proof, so bathroom floor would get wet and main room door was difficult to close (514). Spoke to front desk and customer service contacted me with an upgrade.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

GGuest UserNothing on the street suggests that a hotel exists within this beautiful old building. Inside though a warm welcome and interior design beauty await. Timber panelling and mid century furniture, high ceilings and walls of windows - this place is gorgeous. The downside was the rabbit warren nature of the place. To reach our room involved corridors, stairs going up, stairs going down and a courtyard to cross. Some of the flights were steep and narrow making access with suitcases a bit difficult. The room that awaited us though was stylish and comfortable and worth the effort. Problems with wifi access and aircon were dealt with immediately and personally by management. The neighbourhood is great, tight in the middle of La Condesa. Highly recommend.

SSARA GABRIELAModern accommodation in a great area for exploring Mexico city for a day or two. It's not a hotel so obviously the service is totally different than you'd expect For cleanliness and?overall amenities..But it's totally ok for a good night sleep and a convenient, safe, and nice location to stay. Wish they could PayPal bit attention to details, for example in trio.com?app it says the room had a?balcony and when we arrived we didn't even have windows. Exhausted from a long trip we didn't want to cause trouble but that could have been advised earlier. We were two people but only had one hand towel so that was an inconvenience that could have probably been avoided of the management would pay a birthday more attention to the bookings. Overall ok stay for an one night stop-over in Mexico city. Walking distance to restaurants and nice Polanco area day off night.

GGuest UserApparently, they have two different kind of “booking types” : AirBnB style stay (basically room-only rights) and proper Hotel stay (with full service). However this is not made clear at all during booking. I felt strange that my room wasn’t cleaned even once in three days of stay, and the treatment at reception felt just short of dismissive after answering to their question “where did you make your booking?”. All of this is surprising, as my Trip.com reservation is branded as “Pandora House HOTEL” - never I was aware that my reservation fell into their “Airbnb” categorization. Other than that: the building is beautiful and centrally located.
