Checked in smoothly, the hotel service is good, the problems encountered were solved soulfully, and I felt comfortable.

The location of the hotel is great, in the rich area of Mexico City, very safe, there are other high-end hotels, banks, supermarkets, etc. around, life is convenient, and it is very close to the independent pillar. The hotel restaurant tastes good, the bar is very special, it is very lively at night, and you can see the Mexican City landscape. The hotel also provides 24 hours room service, the staff is enthusiastic and will provide services as much as possible. This is a great choice!

I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton. Overall, a very pleasant experience and an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. I would definitely stay here again

The room is clean and tidy. The hotel is in a good location. You can see a beautiful city view from the window. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes good. The service is in place and it deserves a five-star rating!

The AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

I’ve left with beautiful memories and a lot of love for this place. The staff are amazing ,,, friendly and professional. It’s a great hotel with excellent service, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip ,, I truly loved it! Just one thing to keep in mind: the traffic in this area can be heavy, so if you have a flight, make sure to leave early to avoid any delays.

The room was spacious and quiet, though the facilities were a bit dated. It felt relatively safe. The bed was very comfortable and incredibly soft. After a 10-hour flight, I immediately fell asleep.

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!
