The bedding is soft and thick. There is no dissatisfaction with other things such as bathroom hot water, toiletries, air conditioning temperature, room odor, etc. I left the hotel to play and stored the gift. When I returned, I asked the hotel to help call a taxi. Due to the evening rush hour, I didn’t make an appointment for the car, but the hotel waiter kept trying to make a call. It is very close to the train station, and it takes less than ten minutes to get there by taxi for 1,600 yen. The hotel has three free shuttle buses to the station in the morning. The employees have multiple roles. The designer is also the owner, the restaurant DJ, the waiter, and the driver. If there is anything, everyone shares it together. Whoever is free will do it. This kind of team feeling is very good. There is also a resident painter. You eat here and he paints there. He creates a work every night. It's wonderful.

The building and facilities are old and have not been renovated since we stayed there 10 years ago, and there were no room amenities. We paid over 150,000 yen per night for this, so I don't think we'll be returning. When we checked out, I didn't want to hear the manager loudly talking badly about the main Kanaya Hotel to an older man, saying that he hated it. Does this mean he lacks professionalism as a manager...? I hope people don't say that the old Kanaya Hotel was better.
