Although the location is a little off, the overall environment is still very good. The Kinu River flows outside the window, and the view is very good. We were greeted by a Nepalese employee who introduced the hotel to us in English, including dining locations and hot spring bathing times. There are shuttle buses available to Kinugawa Onsen Station and Kinugawa Park Station. The next day, since my friend and I were the only ones on the bus, we asked if it was convenient to take us to the Kinu River Bridge. The driver was very nice and took us directly to the bridge entrance, saving us the embarrassment of dragging our suitcases along the way!

The buffet had a good selection, but because we stayed on the weekend, there was a line of about 30 people at the buffet entrance, and we had to line up again to get our meals, which was a bit disappointing. The facilities and customer service were impeccable.
