"I feel that Trip.com communication with the hotel needs to be improved. Check-in is self-check-in. The landlord sent me a picture description and an email, but I received an email and did not receive the picture. It was not very smooth to find the room. Later, I contacted the Trip.com customer service and went in smoothly. I contacted the landlord on WhatsApp. I found that according to the landlord's picture description is quite clear. I hope Trip.com I can improve the program here so that tourists can also receive pictures. This room is close to the street, soundproofing is average, and be careful."

"It was close to the station, but the elevator was incredibly old. Overall, the structure is old, so if you are interested, we recommend that you do not stay. It was a double bed room, but it was the best size to spread the suitcase １. The water area was clean, but there was a time when the hot water in the shower did not come out. The hotel repaired it, and after about 2 hours, hot water was available. The key is a very old type and requires a knack to open and close. In the morning, when I tried to open the key, I didn't open it 々 and it took about 5 minutes. The trick to unlock is to lock deeply, lift a little up, and turn it. Have a good trip, everyone. Grazie!"

"This was the place I stayed during my trip to Florence. It was a great location, reasonably priced, and a great room. The staff in the office always greeted me with a bright smile and were very attentive to my needs. I needed to drop off my luggage on my last day, and they even asked if I needed anything before I even asked. This place offers excellent location, service, and comfort, so I highly recommend it! (Note: The garbage truck that occasionally comes in the early morning can be noisy.)"

I highly recommend this hotel. Not only is the location great, there are two famous queuing restaurants next to it: Trattoria Dall Oste for T-bone steaks and Osteria Pastella for pasta. It is convenient to go to any attraction. The most important thing is that the hotel bed is comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast is even more sumptuous. The boss is originally from Zhejiang. The service is friendly and enthusiastic. I have not written a review, but I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Florence.

I upgraded to a better accommodation and stayed at the best accommodation. It was a good accommodation because I could have such a quiet morning in the city of Florence. The view from the window was very beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helped me carry my luggage.

The location of the room is perfect! It sits in the heart of the city but the room is quiet and nice. Wherever you go, it takes within 10 minutes to walk. It is also very close to the train station. The host is friendly and let us drop our bag after checkout, which is really convenient for traveling around if you are leaving Florence late. They also provide breakfast and coffee in the room. However, you may want to consider bringing earplugs and eye mask if you are very sensitive to noise and light - the air conditioning creates some inevitable noise and the light is quite bright. It is fine if you travel in cooler weather and do not need their aircon. If you book this room, you may need to prepare some cash for the city tax. Overall, this is a great place I'd recommend to stay.

It is not so much a hotel, in fact, it is similar to a homestay, the location is more convenient, just on the edge of the central market, but the shortcomings are also obvious, there is a garbage collection station downstairs, and the garbage truck starts to work at five o'clock in the morning. It is a large house changed suite. The bathroom and bathroom are the feeling of adding later, so the ground is relatively humid, and it is difficult to separate dry and wet. The room has coffee and drinks are free. The house number is very difficult to find. There is a small wooden door code lock downstairs. If you have to go up the stairs, heavy luggage is more difficult. It is not recommended for family travel.

Very friendly and in a good location. A lot of minibar inclusions. Just don't waste your time going for the breakfast option, because you get a voucher for a croissant and a coffee in a place walking distance from the accommodation.

The first picture shows the train station, the second picture shows the hotel elevator, and the third and fourth pictures show the exterior of the hotel. This hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk from the Basilica of Our Lady of Mary. Other attractions are also very close by; the Ponte Vecchio (where Jay Chou's music video was filmed) and Piazzale Michelangelo are both within walking distance, taking about 20 minutes at most. There are shopping areas and Chinese restaurants right next to the hotel!

I didn't expect the hotel to give me meal coupons, and they were for breakfast at the cafe outside. You could choose any bread and a cup of coffee or juice. It was so nice! ❤️❤️❤️ Their bread and coffee were both delicious—that alone was a great value! 👍👍👍 Even better, they had a washing machine for laundry, so my family was very happy! 🥰🥰🥰 And the IH stove and pot in the kitchen were amazing! They cooked rice without any sticking to the pan! 👍👍👍 Wild Boar Square is right under my nose—you can easily enjoy the amazing concerts and performances every night, and watch the beggars picking up change by the wild boar statue! It was so convenient and comfortable! 120 points wouldn't be too much! ❤️❤️❤️

The location is just great! The city center! Note the time of settlement: to 20.00!!!! We asked to settle later, we confirmed, for what great thanks! But it was necessary to pass the quest)) So it is better to follow the rules and settle in time. The rooms in the old house, very Atmosphere! It's in a great location, 7 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Ufutzii Museum, but it was hard to find because there was no hotel sign! I was standing 10 meters away, but I couldn't find it even after walking back and forth, so I asked a nearby hotel staff member, who pointed to a small door and said, ”It's right there.” I pressed the intercom, had it opened, went up to the third floor, and finally checked in. The room was cute, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning, they were flexible and said, ”I can make breakfast at the breakfast shop and have it delivered the day before.” There was a shower, a refrigerator, and bottled water for the bed. If you leave the room and go up one level, there is a shared terrace with a view of the roofs of the ancient city. If the check-in goes smoothly, it's a great place to stay.

This is the second stay. As always, good. This is the longest stay in the same hotel in Italy. Stayed at this hotel for four consecutive nights. The hotel is ideally located 10 minutes walk from Central Station and less than 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore. There are many people during the day, and going out to shoot the night scene at night is not the same. More commendable is the owner of the hotel. He is a man who is both sunny and enthusiastic, thoughtful and thoughtful. The design of the room allows you to be infected by the culture of the Renaissance as soon as you enter.
