My partner and I had a lovely two night stay at Sette Angeli rooms. The location is fantastic, which is why we chose the property in the first place. Walking distance to all the main tourist spots. We had a deluxe room on the second floor at the front of the building. There is some noise from the street, but we did expect this in a city centre location, and wasn’t an issue for us. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Maria at the front desk is welcoming, friendly and very helpful, providing us with a map of Florence on arrival and showing us the routes to the main spots. Thank you :)

Very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel, beyond expectations! Located in the center of Florence, by the river, the hotel itself is an ancient building, well protected, and the luxury street is downstairs. The room is very large, exquisitely decorated, typical European style, from curtains to furniture wallpaper are bright yellow light green. Outside the window is the beautiful view of the Arno River. The bathroom has a shower and a separate oversized jacuzzi. The room is soundproof and quiet. Awesome terrace platform on the roof, watching the beautiful scenery of Florence under the sunset is no less than Michelangelo Square. The top floor bar is also great. In short, highly recommended 👍🏻

What a great place. Really friendly staff. In particular Martina. Wonderful breakfast various cheeses , meats and hot choice. Delicious cakes section served by Costanza and another lovely lady. Fabulous location in the heart of Florence. So easy to get to anywhere in the city. Remember this a buzzing city so expect some noise as it’s so central but I found it very minimal. It didn’t disturb me. Will definitely be coming back to stay here. So much more enjoyable than staying in a big hotel .

Great location but wouldn’t recommend staying here. We booked a 4 night stay and on the second night we left our one key provided behind and were locked out when we got back. Although they make it clear they do not staff the front desk 24 hours, they do clearly list a 24 hour phone number on check in paperwork and signs on the front desk that we can call if anything is needed. We called that line 30+ times throughout the night without an answer. We ended up sleeping on the lobby floor all evening. Upon the apologetic morning staff arriving in the morning, we were told that this specific incident has happened before to other guests, too. The staff on site were very kind and wanted to find a way to refund us the night, but they stated their manager would not approve and the manager was unwilling to talk to us about the incident. Be careful on what is advertised versus what is actually offered and the transparency of this establishment.

We were a night here and I have to complimente with the staff to offer first of all kindness and professionality, but the rooms are not only clean, very large. Strategic location because at a few meters from the SMN station and the center. Breakfast is served in the front bar with tickets that the structure offers you with 3 different modes including sweet and salt breakfast, but in the room c is the service the' camomila and nescafe', Besides a small refrigerator with water and some bathroom, I can only make a review hopefully returning to it. Room really equipped with all the comforts! 👏

The location is very good, next to Florence Central Station, there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, very convenient. In addition, the room is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the overall living experience is very good. Luggage storage is provided free of charge and is very friendly to tourists.

Truly excellent location and wonderful staff! Bledi was always making sure everything was perfect. The room was not only spacious but very comfortable and clean - not to mention right next to the Duomo. Surprisingly a really quiet room too! You can't hear anything unless you open your window (in that case you have a front-row seat to the bustling piazza life, super cool!!). There are a ton of restaurants and shops nearby...especially the wonderful leather store, Tornabuoni Tuscany, where we got beautiful gifts for family (as well as ourselves), literally a few stores to the left of the B&B. Coffee/treats below at Don Nino were pricey/nothing special but Cafe de la Paix has great coffee and options as well as a beautiful seating right in the piazza, Scudieri has amazing pastries, and the food at the restaurant, Locanda Fiorentina, right around the corner is superb!! I highly recommend staying at B&B Il Terrazzino sulla Cattedrale for the perfect stay and location. Thank you Bledi!!

BOOK IT! Don't think twice, don't squint with one eye trying to see what's missing. Everything about this space is 11/10 perfection. Ultra sparkling like-new clean, comfortable bed with extra pillows, hot shower with soap and shampoo, clean towels changed daily, well-appointed, water, tiny desk fridge for water (a bottle was even provided) in room, easy check in, very safe gated property with codes for gate and building, and keys to B&B and your personal room, strong wifi, ice cold air conditioning, television, extra friendly service, personal assistance on site and whatsapp, included amazing breakfast (eggs benedict is a MUST on your balcony), in walking distance to everything. I stayed in the orange room which says twin bed, but it's actually a full, so even better. I can't say more about this location, just book it before you lose it. Absolutely nothing negative to say and I am very picky!
