Very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel, beyond expectations! Located in the center of Florence, by the river, the hotel itself is an ancient building, well protected, and the luxury street is downstairs. The room is very large, exquisitely decorated, typical European style, from curtains to furniture wallpaper are bright yellow light green. Outside the window is the beautiful view of the Arno River. The bathroom has a shower and a separate oversized jacuzzi. The room is soundproof and quiet. Awesome terrace platform on the roof, watching the beautiful scenery of Florence under the sunset is no less than Michelangelo Square. The top floor bar is also great. In short, highly recommended 👍🏻

What a great place. Really friendly staff. In particular Martina. Wonderful breakfast various cheeses , meats and hot choice. Delicious cakes section served by Costanza and another lovely lady. Fabulous location in the heart of Florence. So easy to get to anywhere in the city. Remember this a buzzing city so expect some noise as it’s so central but I found it very minimal. It didn’t disturb me. Will definitely be coming back to stay here. So much more enjoyable than staying in a big hotel .

My partner and I had a lovely two night stay at Sette Angeli rooms. The location is fantastic, which is why we chose the property in the first place. Walking distance to all the main tourist spots. We had a deluxe room on the second floor at the front of the building. There is some noise from the street, but we did expect this in a city centre location, and wasn’t an issue for us. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Maria at the front desk is welcoming, friendly and very helpful, providing us with a map of Florence on arrival and showing us the routes to the main spots. Thank you :)

Great location but wouldn’t recommend staying here. We booked a 4 night stay and on the second night we left our one key provided behind and were locked out when we got back. Although they make it clear they do not staff the front desk 24 hours, they do clearly list a 24 hour phone number on check in paperwork and signs on the front desk that we can call if anything is needed. We called that line 30+ times throughout the night without an answer. We ended up sleeping on the lobby floor all evening. Upon the apologetic morning staff arriving in the morning, we were told that this specific incident has happened before to other guests, too. The staff on site were very kind and wanted to find a way to refund us the night, but they stated their manager would not approve and the manager was unwilling to talk to us about the incident. Be careful on what is advertised versus what is actually offered and the transparency of this establishment.

Located in an old building with all the spaces with freshness on the ceiling. Our room was beautiful, very large, comfortable, large boxes and a beautiful bathroom. Good breakfast. Very available and comfortable staff. Comfortable with lift. Location great to see Florence and restaurants. Conveniently also with a 50-metre parking. Excellent view.

The highlight of this bed and breakfast was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Florence Cathedral's dome. Whether it was the golden hues of sunrise or the magical city lights at night, the view was a constant reminder of Florence's beauty

This is the second stay. As always, good. This is the longest stay in the same hotel in Italy. Stayed at this hotel for four consecutive nights. The hotel is ideally located 10 minutes walk from Central Station and less than 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore. There are many people during the day, and going out to shoot the night scene at night is not the same. More commendable is the owner of the hotel. He is a man who is both sunny and enthusiastic, thoughtful and thoughtful. The design of the room allows you to be infected by the culture of the Renaissance as soon as you enter.

Arrived at the guesthouse as it is not a hotel yesterday 15th Nov 23 around 3.30pm. Where the doorbell is was a note to call for check in. The management assumes whoever is checking in has a phone. My husband buzzed every bell in the building and someone let us in. When we got to the front door of the rooms we rang the bell, again no answer. There was a combination entry so my husband punched in a bunch of 4 digits and was lucky enough to find one that opened the door. The place was completely abandoned, no receptionist no management. We picked up the phone at reception to call someone to come and check us in and give us a room. Again no answer. Fortunately the rooms were available and open so we chose the smallest one as it felt the warmest. It's mid November and no heating is on anywhere! The management arrived the next morning I complained I was cold and they put the heating on for 10 minutes to appease me and switched it back off. Shortly after they disappeared and were never seen again. I asked a guest to call them and ask if they could put the heating on. The guest told me it will come on at 10pm it was 6.30pm at the time. I am writing at 10.30pm no heating. I am absolutely freezing we are using the hairdryer to warm up the bed. My toes are numb. The 1st night we arrived the CCTV never moved, once they realised we had let ourselves in and we're black people it moves as soon as we leave our room. If they had checked the camera's the day before they would have seen we got into the property and come down to check us in. I will be informing the hotel regulation board that they are running a ”hotel” but are not physically present and not providing basic amenities such as heat in winter.

It seems that I am the first to make a comment, so please make a serious comment~ I booked a suite on Ctrip, but from the booking picture, the hotel gave me not a suite, it should be regarded as a deluxe double room. However, because the grandmother at the front desk was so kind and enthusiastic to tell us the location of the traffic spots in Florence, we didn't bother to mention the suite. After all, Ctrip didn't provide a picture and the price was cheap. First of all, this location is quite far away from the railway station, and you have to take a taxi. The taxi in Florence is very expensive and expensive. I took a taxi from the railway station for 16 euros. You can walk to various attractions, but it is quite far away and acceptable. If it is convenient, don't choose here. I struggled with this hotel for a long time. I was mainly confused by the pictures of this hotel. I thought it was a boutique hotel with a special niche in a paradise. I was also attracted by the Ferragamo travel outfits written in the booking review! It is indeed a newly renovated and exquisite boutique hotel, but there was no Ferragamo shower shampoo when I went, and I happened to encounter an elevator failure, the bathroom door could not be closed, and the breakfast environment was quite good, but the category was a bit small, every day I don't know what to eat in the morning. But the flaws are not covered up, it's still pretty. But next time I come to Florence, I will not choose here, the taxi fare is too expensive!

The room is really big but the bathroom is not so comfortable. After all, in the 15th century, every waiter is super enthusiasm and the foreigner is very stubborn. He must introduce it to you at every part of the hotel. You are embarrassed to refuse. Haha parking is not good, after all, the breakfast in the old district is quite normal. Going downstairs, there are a few steps. There is a super-roy cafe and good coffee and good business.
