KKar Yee LydianneHotel was charming and lovely with the most comfortable bed and pillows for a perfect night’s rest after a day of exploring. It came with all the room amenities one could possibly need (water and coffee pods were always replenished, toothbrushes and toothpaste were there even without us having to request etc) and there was AC - something less common in Italian hotels, it seems.
Service was excellent. In particular, Sergio was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially when we had trouble navigating our car through the narrow streets of Florence with poor Google Maps directions. He got someone to help guide us to the hotel, before helping to valet park our car at a nearby garage. Sergio also took extra care to make sure our stay was wonderful, always offering to go the extra mile with a smile.
The hotel location was also very convenient, with everything worth visiting/ seeing within 400-500m. Would 100% stay at this hotel again the next time we are back in Florence!

GGuest UserA Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

GGuest UserThis is the best hotel I've stayed in during my 20+ trips to Florence. Everything was perfect: the hospitality of the front desk staff, the greetings from every staff member I passed, the breakfast location and selection, the room's ambiance with its curtains and high ceilings, the marble bathroom, and the shower pressure. Although I didn't use the bar this time, I've used it before and it's a very comfortable space. It's also super convenient, only about a 5-minute walk from SMN Station, and even with luggage, you can easily get to the airport by tram without needing a taxi. I managed to book three nights at a reasonable price through this site. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travelers and couples. Finally, a big thank you to the front desk staff for all their help with my luggage. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Hhjx900Location: It's okay, but a bit far from all the attractions, requiring a 15-20 minute walk or more to each. So, if you're not up for a lot of walking, you might want to reconsider.
Facilities: For Italy, the room was quite decent. There was plenty of space to open two 28-inch suitcases flat. The shower, in typical Italian style, was small and narrow. The overall decor was very unique, and the air conditioning was excellent – it could get to a 'freezing' level.
Cleanliness: I didn't find any major issues with cleanliness.
Service: The breakfast was delicious. The à la carte hot food set, combined with the self-service cold items and bread, was a real highlight, despite the typical Italian saltiness.

MMahmutAliThe room was very clean and everything was perfectly set up. I was arrived the property at midnight and even midnight they sorted out my entrance code problem which was life saver. Thank you whoever was otherside the phone helping me get into property. Staff was very friendly, location is great but not very close to city centre so there is bus and metro options. Walking distance from Hotel to City centre around 15-20 min.

GGuest UserPros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the train station, with various Chinese supermarkets, restaurants, and souvenir shops downstairs, which is very convenient. We arrived around 11 AM, and the owner allowed us to check in early and arranged a top-floor room with a balcony. The double bed was large and very comfortable, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning, directly overlooking the Duomo. With such a balcony, you almost don't want to go out! The hotel service was also good, and the breakfast was decent.

GGuest UserThe food, people, and location are really nice. However, the facilities are old. The door frame of the toilet suddenly dropped off and nearly hurt my friend. I hope they can improve them.
Also, it is very safe for ladies to stay. The location is quiet and safe even at night. Although there isn't any elevator, the staff are friendly to help you to put your luggage to your room.
