From start to finish it was a perfect stay! In particular Guila, Luigi and Adriana were amazing and went above and beyond with the hospitality! It was our first time in Florence and everything was more than we could ask for. We also went for the Sunday brunch buffet which we would recommend and well worth the price! Location perfect and we could hardly hear the tram going past.

Rooms was large. We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 3 children, the larger room could actually fit 4 adults (there was 1 King bed + 1 Double sofa bed). Other than that service was normal, consistent for a hotel for tourists. The front desk employees tend to smoke at the outdoor courtyard next to the reception with the doors open causing the lobby area to smell of cigarette smoke. Location of the hotel was really great. Walking distance from Firenze Santa Novella train station and close enough to the touristic sights in Florence.

Breakfast is a highlight here, and a hearty breakfast on the second day is definitely not to be missed. This hotel has no disadvantages except that there are very few mold spots on the bed (which does not affect hygiene), the bathtub is so big that you need to crawl into it, and the mosaic tiles inside have not been changed for a long time and are dirty (not because of attachments, but because they are simply too old). In the cheapest room, you can have: two bathrooms, a full set of living supplies and cooking utensils, and all kinds of things. Anyway, basically everything you can think of is available. For example, a drawer can have four or five different types of pots, all of which are very clean. You can buy things and cook in the house, and it is not a problem to have all the things for a long stay. My friend and I also found washing machine cleaning effervescent tablets and laundry beads on the last day. Because the weather was very hot, we washed a lot of clothes. The washing machine and dryer are very advanced, and because there are not many rooms in the apartment, there is not even a peculiar smell of other people's clothes. Because it is an apartment-style management, if you need cleaning, you have to contact the official WhatsApp in advance, and then they will send someone to clean the room. If the bed is softer, it will be a sure kill, but this time I slept very well. Don't mention how comfortable it is to wrap yourself in a bathrobe. I have stay in this hotel for 3 times , first 2 times they upgrade me to a junior suet but this time they haven't do this. their breakfast is very good, their services is better, they are always helpful. Hope to come back again and they can do better than this time. I will recommend more friends to live here, the room is very comfortable and special. The nice guys is good services and doing very well on everything. Everyday have a different type of food on their breakfast. The services guys always smell with the peoples.

First of all, the location is the best. Since it is a rooftop, the sunset and sunrise with the Duomo in the background from the terrace outside the window are amazing. However, it is a hotel, so there is no front desk, which is inconvenient. When checking in, there is the inconvenience of having to make an appointment and meet. They keep telling me to call 30 minutes before arrival, but how can I talk to a local? I am so nervous that I have a migraine. After taking the elevator up, I have to go up the stairs to the attic. The man who came to pick me up helped me, but my wrist ended up getting hurt. I briefly wondered why I had to pay this much money and go through all this trouble. During the 4 night stay, 2 people had 2 regular towels and 2 body towels. They said in the email that it was enough, but that was all. They didn't give me more. It was hard to flush the toilet. They didn't even tell me how to turn on the boiler, and they left without turning it on, so I woke up in the morning with a stuffy nose. It's not that hard to turn on the boiler, but I was upset that it was turned off after I checked in. Anyway, the view is amazing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. There’s an elevator, so you don’t have to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. When you open the window, you can see the street view. The room is not big, but it’s clean and comfortable. The bathroom is modern, and the shower has good water pressure. It’s a great value-for-money hotel—highly recommended!
