"Everything was very good and comfortable. The location is close to the train station and all the main attractions. Given its proximity to the station, the noise level at night was as expected – not a surprise for me and acceptable. Breakfast, though seemingly modest at first glance, was always delicious with enough dishes for my taste (yogurt with candied fruit, whole-grain croissant, scrambled eggs, coffee, and fruit). Everything was fresh and pleasant. The room wasn't new, but it was clean everywhere, which is more important to me; the cleaning service was good. The staff were friendly, ready to chat (even in my native language, which is rare) or leave you be – they are very perceptive to guests' moods. Thank you for your service!"

"Am Anfang habe ich Sorge gehabt weil viele schlechte Bewertung schreiben. Aber das Zimmer war in Ordnung und Sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sorte (Herzschaft und Süßes Essen). Die Rezeption war nett. Die Schlüssel war etwas besonderes aber Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir geholfen wie ich machen kann. Die Beste Teil ist in der Nähe Leopoldo Station. 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab Restaurant in der Nähe."

"The location is incredibly convenient, right across the street from the train station. The hotel is quite large; it felt like I walked forever down the corridor with my luggage to find my room. The room itself was small, and when I first entered, there was a faint, indescribable smell – couldn't tell if it was from renovation or something else, but it dissipated after airing out for a bit, so it was acceptable. The bathroom was small but clean. The area around the hotel is very lively. It's just a two or three-minute walk to Florence's historic center, and the main bus terminal is right next door, making it super easy to catch a bus to Siena. In the evenings, a lot of people gather outside the bus station chatting on the street. It was a bit intimidating the first time I saw it, but I later realized it's perfectly fine to just walk past them."

"The hotel is located ~15 min from both Firenze SMN station and the Florence old town. The room is clean and modern with a modern TV. Check-in process is smooth and welcoming. They have a waiting room next to the lobby which also is a luggage storage room for you to conveniently drop-off your belongings before 3pm. The only complaints are that my toilet door handle was dislodged somehow. And also that the double bed has a lining in the middle so you can only sleep on one side - perfect for couples but less ideal for solo travellers."

"A nice hotel. It's a large building with many rooms. Good breakfast. In my opinion, the hotel is located on the edge of the historic center. There are no cafes or restaurants nearby, but the center is basically within walking distance, and we walked everywhere. We took a taxi to the train station, which the reception called for us. Polite service. The room was small but comfortable and had all the toiletries. You need to ask housekeeping for a toothbrush. The only thing that spoiled our impression of the hotel was the complete road renovation right at the entrance, which we weren't informed about when booking. Getting through the construction equipment was quite inconvenient."

"Stayed for 5 nights, its a chilled, quiet yet super convenient hotel with a bit of fun and luxe. Friendly staffs especially the ladies working on the breakfast. Small breakfast spread but have everything I love - eggs, crispy bacons, juice, cold cuts, cheese and very delicious fruits. My room felt very new, located on 1st floor where the superheroes greeted me every morning, Windows open to inner courtyard so very quiet. Hardly heard the reno works next door but we were outdoor mostly.  Hot and strong showers, comfy beds complete the evenings."
