Staff were enthusiastic and even gave a small gift to my child – an Afanti's donkey toy and a fridge magnet. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was flawless. The room was spotless, with great attention to detail. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful stay. The staff were attentive, polite, and efficient. The food was tasty and varied enough for everyday needs. The prime location made getting around incredibly easy. Overall, the quality was top-notch, and parking was free.

Traveling to Xinjiang, I passed through Urumqi on both the outbound and return flights. Luckily, both hotels I chose were excellent.璞舍沁院 (Pushe Qinyuan) is relatively close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, surrounded by other hotels (at the intersection of Qingdao Road, Guangzhou Road, and Shanghai Road). It's easy to get around, yet quiet and comfortable. There's a satellite plaza nearby and plenty of dining options. The hotel's exterior and interior design are very unique, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff, breakfast service, and airport shuttle were all attentive, enthusiastic, punctual, and efficient. The self-service laundry room and gym were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The foot massage on the basement floor was very professional and offered good value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it was very comfortable and suited my needs perfectly. Highly recommended!

The room is very big and has complete service facilities. Local people in Xinjiang say it is top-notch, after all, it is in the oil system. The surrounding transportation is convenient, the subway entrance is right at the hotel entrance, and there are many restaurants. Very suitable for old friends in the south. My room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The toiletries were high-quality, and the hot water supply was plentiful and stable; you could tell they paid attention to every detail. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the key card access to the floors made me feel very secure. Check-out was quick and efficient, and the staff even proactively asked about my stay experience – their service attitude was consistently excellent throughout. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business!

I flew China Southern Airlines and stayed at their hotel this time. It's not too far from the airport, and the hotel is very clean. Even though it's been open for a while, the decor and facilities are well-maintained. The room was spacious, showing the quality of an established 4-star hotel. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options like ramen, dumplings, various stir-fries, and cold dishes. I even saw China Southern's own flight attendants and pilots dining there, so the food is definitely clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was lovely and provided a detailed introduction during check-in. The area around the hotel is great for exploring; it's very close to Hongshan Market where you can buy local specialties, and ordering takeout is convenient too. I had a really pleasant stay and will definitely choose China Southern Pearl Hotel again when I come to Urumqi! Big thumbs up! (¯▽¯)👍

The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. I wanted a room closer to Wanda Plaza, and the front desk staff were very accommodating, quickly adjusting my room. Their response was swift, and their service was diligent and responsible. The soundproofing was quite good; even someone with poor sleep quality like me managed to get a good night's rest! The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, with a food delivery robot and automated curtains in the room, making it very convenient and smart. I have a Huawei phone, and I could cast to the TV. The room lighting was also very pleasant.

It's also not far from the International Grand Bazaar and the famous Hotan Second Street Night Market, about three bus stops away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The location truly can't be beat. The hotel itself has a grand and elegant atmosphere, with a lobby that showcases rich Western Regions culture and a mural corridor filled with cultural exhibits. Manager Watt had our room and key cards ready for us in advance, which was a very thoughtful and attentive service. The room was clean and tidy, offering a great view of the city at night, and was fully equipped with all amenities. The best part is the hotel's own dedicated parking lot, making parking incredibly convenient with plenty of spaces and hassle-free entry and exit. Overall, the quality is top-notch – clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, all at a great price.

She truly showed me what exceptional 'ownership' and reliable, follow-through work look like. Even before we checked in, she proactively sent a video, meticulously asking about all our needs and arranging everything perfectly, making us feel at ease before we even arrived. During our stay, she keenly noticed our travel fatigue, not only thoughtfully offering warm water but also, upon learning of our tight schedule, proactively helped us arrange a late check-out, which was a huge relief. Even when we left, she specially prepared a parting gift, extending that warmth until the very last moment. From the concern before check-in to the reluctance to leave, she treated every guest like family. Ms. Nur deeply impressed me with her sincere follow-through and full sense of ownership. She provided service that truly touched the guests' hearts. I look forward to staying again during the snowy season. The hotel's own food is also excellent, available at the main entrance at 6 PM.
