GGuest UserThe breakfast is rich and can be cooked fresh. The humanized breakfast is served until 10 o'clock, which is very suitable for children who stay in bed and relax on weekends. The room is very large, especially the separate dry and wet separation of the shower and toilet is very convenient and there is no crowding. There is also a gym. I didn't have time to experience it this time. I will come to experience it next time. There is also a small gift when checking out. There are small snacks that can be eaten on the way back. It is particularly thoughtful that there is also a wet tissue and a small lotion. This is a perfect arrangement. I wipe my hands with a wet tissue first, eat snacks, wipe my hands after eating, and then protect my hands. The details reflect the heart. I will stay here next time when I go home for the holidays or the New Year.

GGuest UserTraveling with friends, I saw online suggestions that we should stay in Shishi, which is relatively close to Wulin Ancient Village, Quanzhou Xiaoweihai, and Luojia Temple.
This place is much newer than the hotel on West Street, and the place is spacious. For the same price, the room is spacious and the hotel facilities look very new. It is very cost-effective. The room has a bathtub (with a disposable bathtub cover). When you are tired, you can take a bath while watching the mountain view and relax.
The service is great. When the car arrives at the door, the concierge will help open the door and take the luggage, and directly send it to the room. The front desk lady is also responsive. When waiting for the car in the lobby, she will help pour water and send it to the table.
This stay is really perfect. Don't just stay in West Street when you go to Quanzhou.

BBenjaminI have stayed at many hotels in China and around the world and surprisingly, the Hilton Riverside Quanzhou was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. Darren, a member of the front desk staff, was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast selection was great and there are river views all over the hotel. The room itself was spectacular. I was in a suite with a walk in closet, living room with office space, large bedroom and large bathroom with a soaking tub. Each room in the suite had a river view. I look forward to my next trip to Quanzhou and will surely book the Hilton Quanzhou again.

LLia KudoI stayed at the hotel for work and this is the third time I've stayed with the team. I had some orders to receive and the hotel called me to let me know every time I received the order and it was a little exhausting because I was in important meetings and I don't speak Chinese. The gym and restaurant are good, there are very few employees who speak English, if you need anything I recommend staying with the translator to communicate.

GGuest UserThe sanitation of the Pullman Hotel is pretty good. I saw the aunt in the lobby carefully cleaned the stones by the pool. Fruits were delivered every night. The breakfast was also quite rich, but the coffee was a bit bad. Haha, when I was writing the review just now, the hotel called me and said that a small bell was missing from my room and asked if I wanted it back? This is enough to prove that their service and cleanliness are still very good. Thumbs up

GGuest UserMy wife and I spent our weekend at this amazing hotel. Our whole experience since we checked in all the way to checking out has been awesome. The front desk manager ALEX was very helpful and kind to upgrade our room from Garden view to Lake view. The room was very spacious about 55sqm and was very clean. The bathroom was gigantic with bathtub. The swimming pool at the hotel is big and very clean. There is a water park right next to the hotel which was fun and we had a very nice time. The breakfast at the hotel was delicuous especially the egg omlette and scrambled eggs. There were western and chinese cuisine for breakfast. Front desk manager Alex was very attentive and he made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. All the other staffs in the hotel were very nice and had smile on their face all the time, they would greet you whenever they see you in the lobby or the hallway... I would definitely visit this hotel again in near future...

XXixiyuhahadegushiThe location is absolutely superb. Its proximity to local culinary hotspots is a major plus; Dongxing Beef Noodle Shop, famous for its incredible mixed noodles, is just diagonally left from the Donghui Building parking exit. A little further left, you'll find the internet-famous Shuimen Guozai Noodle and Vermicelli Paste. Most popular eateries are within a 1km radius. There are also plenty of small white local rideshares right outside, making it incredibly convenient to reach various attractions. The complimentary map from the hotel was also very handy.
While the rooms are definitely on the older side – quite small with a compact layout, and I wasn't keen on having to shower in the bathtub – the overall facilities are well-maintained. However, the single biggest drawback was the severe lack of power outlets; only one side of the bed has a socket, which is a nightmare for anyone who likes to charge their phone by the bedside!
On the plus side, they offer a complimentary souvenir daily, and milk grass jelly in the evenings. A late checkout until 1 PM is also a thoughtful perk. My child thoroughly enjoyed swimming every day, and the pool was immaculately clean! Despite some minor issues, I would still highly recommend this hotel to friends, primarily because of its unbeatable location!

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, and the cleanliness and amenities were decent. However, the KTV downstairs was quite noisy at night, making it unsuitable for light sleepers. Breakfast was mediocre, with limited options. I stayed for two nights over the Dragon Boat Festival. On the last day, I opted for Atour, and while their rooms are a bit smaller, their service and other aspects were far superior. Perhaps different hotels simply have different operating philosophies, but overall, there's definitely room for improvement here.

GGuest UserThis vacation experience was amazing! The environment of Qingshuiyan Hot Spring Resort is amazing, surrounded by green mountains and fresh air. The room was clean and tidy, and it also had a smart toilet and a Lifen hair dryer. The service staff was friendly and kind, the electric car shuttle was fast and considerate, and they also helped plan the tour route. The hot spring park is super large, with more than 40 hot spring pools, and the water temperature is just right. After a soak, you will feel refreshed. It is very close to the Qingshuiyan scenic area, and the entrance fee is included. I really can't fault it and will come again next time! The duty manager, Chen Minjiao, was very friendly and greeted us with a smile the whole time. It was a very good experience
