"Facilities: Super convenient, right near the Bell Tower. Just tell the taxi driver to drop you off at the Bell Tower, and it's a five-minute walk to the hotel. It's incredibly handy, with a whole street full of food, drinks, and shops right below. The soundproofing is also excellent.
Service: The owner is lovely, providing thoughtful and enthusiastic service. They even offered to help us with our luggage! So welcoming. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.
Cleanliness: Very clean and spacious. Our room had a private terrace right outside, perfect for having a BBQ, drinks, and chatting with friends in the evening – so relaxing! This Quanzhou trip was an amazing experience! I'll definitely come back to Quanzhou and stay here again."

RRuixueThe room was quite spacious. I specifically requested a bathtub room on the second floor, which had a great view. The rooftop view was also nice, and I truly appreciated the beauty of Qingyuan Mountain. I missed breakfast because I went hiking early in the morning, but the owner kindly saved some for me. I'm very grateful. I really enjoyed the beauty of Quanzhou and would highly recommend it!

ZZouzailushangdepipiThis hotel offers excellent service; the staff are all very warm and welcoming. The drinks, ice cream, and game console at the front desk were a must-have for the kids whenever we left or returned. The roasted sweet potatoes were also delicious – please prepare more! The room was very clean, with great attention to detail. The price increase during the Chinese New Year wasn't too outrageous, which was acceptable. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the ingredients were good, and I especially appreciated the separate sections for raw and cooked food. Quanzhou isn't large; a taxi ride to attractions near West Street usually takes less than 20 minutes. The accommodation was very quiet, which was a big plus.

WWuyuelidexueStayed here with my child during the May Day holiday. Yongchun doesn't have any 5-star hotels, so I chose this one. The hotel entrance isn't grand, but the garden setting is beautiful. The room was very spacious, and the smart toilet and tea table were thoughtful touches. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and parking was convenient, making it suitable for a family vacation. The breakfast also featured some local Yongchun specialties. Overall, I was satisfied. A couple of suggestions:
1. For breakfast, there was no packaged yogurt, only the kind from a machine. I suggest offering packaged yogurt instead.
2. There was an argument among guests at the noodle station due to the queuing order. I understand the chef works hard, but I suggest the hotel improve its management, for example, by giving out number tags and calling numbers, so guests don't have to constantly watch if their noodles are ready.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very clean, and the service was incredibly attentive. When we checked in, the staff even brought our luggage up to the room for us. The housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and paid attention to the little details. When we went out, they proactively offered us a drying rack and tidied up our room perfectly! If I get the chance to visit Quanzhou again, I'll definitely choose Green Island for my stay.

Environment: Nestled in the mountains, the hotel has its own tea garden. With blue skies, white clouds, and a gentle breeze as companions, it's perfect for a relaxing and spiritual retreat.

This stay far exceeded my expectations. Since the hotel is located on Qingyuan Mountain, when I arrived at the foot of the mountain, I contacted the housekeeper in advance and a driver was arranged to pick me up. The hotel upgraded my room, which was very spacious and comfortable. This room is also perfect for a family of three with children. The moment you open the door or window, you're greeted with stunning views—the city of Quanzhou below, and the clouds, sunrise, and sunset over the mountains. You can take it all in from the hotel. It's incredibly peaceful; even just having tea, reading, or gazing out at the view from here is wonderful.
I experienced Song Dynasty tea ceremony at the hotel. The teacher was very nice, patient, and meticulous; it was a very calming experience.
The hotel also has its own private tea room, catering to tea lovers who want to savor their tea.
If you want to go on a day trip to Qingyuan Mountain, you can also contact the housekeeper, who will arrange to drop guests off at the mountain's peak, which is very convenient.
I look forward to visiting again.

GGuest UserVery new and sparkling clean just less than 10 minutes walk (through back lane) from the train station. Owner very kindly came to pick up my elderly mum from the station with her electric scooter. They are nice and friendly, willing to recommend places to eat and things to do in the area. We were served tea and fruits upon arrival. Rooms were very spacious, WiFi works well. Keyless entry to rooms, only need a pin number. The only issue is the mattresses were too firm/hard for our liking. They also offer transport services for a fee to other attractions. There is a lift so no need to lug luggage up the stairs. Location wise, it's in a cute village with a pretty temple nearby.

雾雾与光的旅程Stayed at Allston Hotel (Anxi County Government Store) during my trip to Anxi and overall it was quite a pleasant stay.
The location is very convenient, close to the main road and not far from local attractions and restaurants, which makes travelling around the area easy. Even though it is near the road, the room was relatively quiet at night, so it didn’t affect the rest at all.
The front desk service was excellent. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in, and they were quick to assist whenever needed. Special mention to the front desk lady very polite, attentive, and yes… quite pretty too!
One small thing I would like to mention is that hotel hygiene could be improved slightly. There were some minor cleanliness issues in the room that needed more attention. However, what I truly appreciate is that after giving feedback, the front desk immediately arranged a change to a better room, which showed that they really care about guest experience and service quality.
Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, with good location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. With a little more attention to cleanliness, it would be even better. I would still recommend it for travelers visiting Anxi, especially for solo travelers or short stays.

AAnonymous UserI requested a quiet room on a high floor when booking, but the front desk informed me there were no other rooms available and only assigned me a room on the second floor facing the street. I didn't sleep well that night and was only moved to a quieter room on the other side the next day. There are many restaurants nearby, but if you're unlucky enough to get a room facing the street, it can be very noisy, so choose carefully.

The facilities were very smart; the automatic curtains were convenient to control right from the bedside. There was also a robot that helped deliver items, making the service efficient and quick. GGuest UserThe hotel is nestled on the Anxi Tieguanyin tea mountain, surrounded by the delicate aroma of tea. This season, we were also treated to the sight of delicate pink cherry blossoms. We took part in a tea-picking experience, and our guide gave us a fascinating insight into the Tieguanyin tea production process. Dinner was served right there on the mountain. The butler sent the menu in advance, allowing us to pre-order dishes, and the food was absolutely delicious. In the evening, we enjoyed brewing tea by the fireplace under the moonlight – it was wonderfully relaxing. I hope they can develop more interactive experiences for guests, to allow for deeper immersion and truly appreciate the beauty of tea culture.
