MM220148****Traveling alone as a girl, the housekeeper helped carry my suitcase up to the third floor and even provided dental floss if I didn't have it. Overall, the service was very thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, with towels in a sterilizer. There was also a ladies' bag (with makeup remover pads, cotton swabs, and hair ties), and the toilet was sterilized. It was also close to the tourist attractions, making it very convenient. They also recommended fun and delicious places. I was very satisfied and would definitely book a room with them again if I were to visit again.

AAnonymous UserThe room was unexpectedly good; the decor and facilities were new and clean. It felt like an amusement park, and the kids were absolutely thrilled, which also gave the adults a much-needed break. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise; I thought it would be a simple, ordinary breakfast, but they offered local delicacies like roasted goose and Chencun vermicelli. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.

GGuest UserThis stay at Hampton by Hilton Jun'an completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was healed by the bright space and the light fragrance. The front desk lady smiled very kindly. When I checked in quickly, she took the initiative to upgrade the room type, saying it was a ”little surprise” for us. The details were perfect. When I checked out, I received a handwritten thank-you card + two small gifts. Such attentive service really makes people want to recommend Hampton to friends/colleagues. Next time I come to Jun'an, I will definitely choose Hampton!

MM298527****We picked the perfect hotel for our family vacation in Guangzhou-Foshan! The InterContinental Foshan Dongping is conveniently located right above Dongping Metro Station, with direct access to both the Guangfo Line and Foshan Line 3. This makes it super easy to get to Zumiao Temple, Qinghui Garden, or even Shunde for some delicious food. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – the location is absolutely unbeatable! Our open-plan suite was a spacious 50㎡, offering plenty of room without feeling cramped. It came fully equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and a comfortable bathtub. Janice from the guest services even thoughtfully prepared kids' bathrobes and toothbrushes in advance, showing amazing attention to detail. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Lexi at the front desk handled our check-in efficiently and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly, and the 24-hour room service was incredibly prompt. Whether it's a family getaway, a business trip, or a culinary adventure, this hotel is a perfect fit, truly five-star quality! It's definitely on our 'must-rebook' list; we'll choose this place again for future concerts or trips.

The location is incredibly convenient, with rooms offering views of the Ancestral Temple and Lingnan Tiandi, covering all your dining, shopping, and entertainment needs. The service is also superb; they helped us adjust our room to accommodate our whole family, including seniors and children. A special thanks to Mandy and Winnie for their thoughtful and meticulous service. I'll definitely continue to stay here on future visits to Foshan.

IIngridJonkerBeautiful place with very clean rooms. Offer kayaking on site. Unfortunately it's not pet friendly as stated, pets are allowed, but must be tied up which defeats the purpose of going to an open space in nature. I wish we were told when we arrived that the dogs won't be allowed to roam free as apposed to told the next morning. For reference, it's small dogs who have no interest in people, all they want to do is sniff grass and run. Anyway, would suggest putting some fencing up between camps to prevent dogs from roaming free, but allows them to strech their legs. Or just don't advertise as pet friendly :) No 'western' breakfast option as advertised.

AAnonymous UserIt's a little far from most of the popular Shunde tourist destinations, but this hotel is great value for money. There were five of us and we stayed in the extremely spacious presidential suite, which was really more like three individual hotel rooms (each with its own toilet and shower) connected to a main living room with several sofas. The rooms are very well-stocked with all of the amenities you would want or need. A ten-minute Didi ride from the hotel gets you to various 私房菜 restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast is also fantastic, with a huge selection of Chinese breakfast foods as well as fruits and vegetables. The only downside to our stay was that we arrived during Chinese New Year, so the hotel was understaffed and it took over an hour for our room to be cleaned (even though we arrived well after the listed check-in time).
