We brought our daughter and a friend to the Sofitel Louvre for a weekend getaway. The hotel's decor is luxurious and elegant, with a strong French ambiance. Every detail is exquisite and captivating, making it perfect for photos. The 11th-floor Le Bar offers stunning views, with expansive high-altitude scenery. Although the outdoor lawn is for viewing only and not for recreation, it's a very pleasant spot to relax and chat. The staff at Le Bar were gentle, attentive, and responded promptly, treating guests with humility and politeness. The concierge and front desk team were professional and efficient, handling check-ins, luggage storage, and route inquiries with patience and meticulousness, always proactively helping to coordinate any requests. I also managed to experience the hotel's SPA; the environment was quiet and elegant, and the therapist's techniques were professional and soothing, relieving days of fatigue. The experience was excellent. I'd particularly like to commend Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, proactively introducing the hotel's amenities and kindly recommending areas suitable for family relaxation. Her communication was both gentle and professional. Our room was clean and tidy, and the swimming pool, fitness center, and other facilities were all excellent. From the hardware facilities to the service from every staff member, everything was impeccable. It's a perfect choice for families traveling together. Our stay this time was a perfect 10, and it's definitely worth revisiting.

I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a high-end experience without the steep price tag, this is the perfect spot. It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate. The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

I had a truly satisfying stay, honestly, I couldn't find a single fault. Both the facilities and service were top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally professional, truly going above and beyond to accommodate every request. The room was standard but the river view was fantastic. You can confidently choose this hotel for your trip. I stayed here for three days, and Shunde's food goes without saying. Taking a swim when it was hot during the day was very pleasant. The location is a bit south, but it's only about a ten-dollar taxi ride to some of the popular foodie spots in the city. Here are a few small suggestions: 1. I'd suggest installing voice control for the room, or at least a timer for the air conditioning. The hotel's AC is incredibly powerful; the lobby was freezing, and even with the AC on all night in the room, it got a bit chilly. 2. The mattress was a little too soft; it would be better if it were firmer. 3. The touch buttons by the bed weren't very responsive, physical buttons would be better. Especially for opening the curtains, you had to keep pressing and holding. Despite these minor points, it was an excellent stay. Five-star review!

The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Although quiet, the convenience of having a mall right next to the hotel, offers plenty of shopping and dining options. The staff provided friendly and attentive service, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were top-notch. A choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

The most impressive thing about this stay was the cleanliness! The room was meticulously cleaned; the floor and desk were dust-free, the bathroom mirror had no water stains, and the toilet and shower area were spotless. The bedding was pristine white and soft, with no odd smells, and even the nooks and crannies were thoroughly cleaned. The public area corridors were neat and clutter-free, and the air was fresh. The cleaning staff were diligent and paid great attention to detail, tidying up both visible and hidden areas, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. For those who prioritize hygiene, I highly recommend this place!

The owner of this guesthouse has excellent taste, maintaining high hygiene standards and fully equipped smart facilities. They pay great attention to detail – the hand soap dispenser is automatic, the toilet is smart with an antibacterial seat and self-cleaning nozzle (as per the instructions), and it's disinfected after each guest. There's a small speaker and a multi-head charging cable. The bedding is clean and tidy, and even when we weren't in the room, the cleaning staff tidied up perfectly. The housekeeper provided excellent service. The courtyard facilities are also convenient, offering exercise areas, relaxation spots, and a reading corner. The surrounding transportation is also convenient. The only minor downsides were that the greenery on some room balconies didn't seem as meticulously arranged as indoors, perhaps due to it being winter. Additionally, some rooms face the road; although earplugs are provided, light sleepers might want to choose a room on the quieter side (not facing the road). These minor points don't detract from my overall impression that this is a high-quality guesthouse with great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Foshan.

Fantastic overall experience! The location is super convenient for getting around. The freshly made rice noodles in the morning were delicious, and the room was clean with no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable, and the front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic. Excellent value for money!

I stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

I’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful. That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here. When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again. Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock! I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
