I've never left a hotel review before, but this is the first one that truly deserves me to go out of my way to share what a wonderful night I had here. Before coming, I saw a lot of shares on Xiaohongshu, and I was worried it might be an 'advertised hotel,' but it genuinely broke my stereotype. First, considering the hotel's incredibly high value for money, all the facilities, both hard and soft furnishings, far exceeded expectations. And that was just the beginning. I especially want to thank Zara, the lovely front desk staff who checked us in. I believe her service and professionalism are top-notch, comparable to the best hotels. She meticulously informed us of all the services included in our room, including the two complimentary drinks at the executive lounge. After noticing our ID wasn't from mainland China, she thoughtfully asked if we needed a travel adapter – this shows a very high level of professionalism. She also thoroughly explained how to get to our room and inquired about our needs. Every time I passed the lobby, she'd nod and smile, making me feel incredibly welcome. This hotel is worth staying at for 2 nights or more for anyone planning a staycation in Shunde.

Both the service and the facilities and cleanliness deserve a five-star rating! Tiki at the lounge arranged a spacious and clean room for me. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The view from the window was also good. Tiki was very thoughtful, assisting me throughout my stay with room charges and invoice matters. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, with professional equipment in the gym, clean water in the indoor heated pool, and even a sauna. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialty dishes. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Dongping Metro Station, making transportation easy. Overall, both the hardware and the service live up to the InterContinental brand. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Foshan.

The environment is good and the service is excellent. Little Lily made the check-in process smooth and convenient, which was very satisfying. This stay at the Sheraton Hotel was the most pleasant surprise during my trip to Guangdong. Actually, before coming here, I randomly booked a hotel on a certain app, but when I arrived, I found that the sanitation was poor, the bed sheets were not clean, and the service attitude was bad. I was in a very bad mood, so I decisively canceled the booking and then found the Sheraton. Upon arriving at the Sheraton, the front desk staff, Lily, was very friendly and enthusiastic, and even gave us some fruit. She chose a river-view room for us, and the view outside the window was excellent. (In contrast, the staff at the other hotel even tried to entice me to pay more to see some Ferris wheel, *chuckle*.) In the morning, we were able to see the sunrise, which was very delightful. The entire night's experience was a transition from hell to heaven, from feeling extremely upset to extremely happy. I am very grateful for Lily's enthusiasm. I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton, which gave my wife and me a perfect ending to our short one-day trip in Shunde. One person's enthusiasm can change a tourist's impression of a city. Highly recommended!!! Wish you smooth work and great success!

The room decor was really old-fashioned. I booked an executive king room, but the amenities were exactly the same as a deluxe king, which didn't match the photos online. There was a musty smell when I first entered the room. The staff later moved me to another room, but it seemed like they had just sprayed air freshener, as the scent was quite strong. Also, the advertised Kung Fu tea set was missing. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

The hotel is very thoughtful; they proactively provided extra children's slippers and toothbrushes. The hotel views are beautiful, and the breakfast buffet quality is good, even offering freshly made rice noodle rolls. The fruit is also very fresh.

The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Although quiet, the convenience of having a mall right next to the hotel, offers plenty of shopping and dining options. The staff provided friendly and attentive service, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were top-notch. A choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

I stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The front desk service was attentive, and the facilities were excellent.

I’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful. That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here. When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again. Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock! I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.

The service was great. The tent's cleanliness was better than expected, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping it from getting stuffy. The private pool was fantastic and the kids loved it, though the water was a bit cool – it would be perfect for the height of summer. The kids' play area is huge, and there's also kayaking, off-road vehicles, and stream trekking, but unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, so we missed out on many activities. Next time, I'll definitely choose a sunny day and avoid major holiday crowds!
