GGuest UserThe overall exceeded expectations, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the soundproofing was good, the night slept well, and the hotel environment was running, and it was really great to escape the city to breathe fresh air. Praise Xiao Liu at the front desk, good attitude, quick work, we are very patient when asking the route and taking things, smiling throughout the whole process, people feel very kind. The location is also convenient, the price is online ～

GGuest UserThe last hotel I stayed in during the May Day trip was the most amazing one. Both the accommodation and the travel experience were very unexpected. Although there were a lot of people, the experience was good because the place was large, there were many activities, and the queues were not too long. The hotel restaurant tasted good, and I recommend Yanlaixuan. The housekeeper Yulu's service was very thoughtful. She would send the day's activities in time for dining and playing, and would learn about the age of the travelers in advance and give suggestions. It was a very good experience.

EEnkeiOur stay at Naked Castle Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality that made us feel instantly at home.
The hotel itself is extraordinary, beautifully designed with unique rooms that blend luxury, comfort, and nature perfectly. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, even down to the wonderfully fragrant bath amenities that left a lasting impression on us.
What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. The reception staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Nadia from the restaurant was especially communicative, informative, and always eager to help with recommendations and assistance. Willa was equally warm and professional, making every interaction pleasant and memorable. Manager Lily stood out with her quick responsiveness, kindness, and excellent leadership that could clearly be felt throughout the resort.
We also truly appreciated the buggy driver who served shuttle service around the property, helpful, and ready to assist, adding another layer of comfort to our stay.
Unfortunately, it rained during our arrival, which was a little disappointing because we had hoped to explore more of the beautiful surroundings and outdoor experiences the resort has to offer. Even so, the cozy atmosphere and outstanding hospitality still made our stay incredibly enjoyable.
Naked Castle is not just a hotel, but an experience filled with beautiful surroundings, thoughtful details, and heartfelt service. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return again in the future.

GGemuThe front desk provides smiling service, and a dedicated person introduces the hotel's environment and facilities, and helps carry luggage to the room. Employees who meet in the inner garden will say hello. These three points may not seem difficult, but now many hotels have been lost. Even last year, I stayed in a movie theater in Huanhuan, which was several times more expensive, and failed to do it. It shows that the hotel training is in place. Thank you Liu Xiaofeng and Xiao Wang for their warm reception.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a wonderful ambiance, and its design aesthetic is truly on point. It was incredibly comfortable to stay here, and I thoroughly enjoyed unwinding for two days. Both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were quite good. Exploring the local farmhouse restaurants and noodle shops down the mountain was also a nice treat.
The only real downside was the shower. It lacked proper wet-dry separation, relying only on a shower curtain, which meant a large part of the bathroom floor would get completely soaked after showering. Additionally, the shower head had very weak water flow and insufficient pressure. And to top it off, the bathwater came out yellowish 😂.
Despite these minor issues, everything else was fantastic, and I would definitely return!

GGuest UserCheck-in at the hotel was seamless. It's also EV-friendly, with charging stations available on B2 downstairs. Despite its mountain location, the weather was scorching hot, making outdoor activities during the day impossible. So we decided to spend our time enjoying the hotel's amenities. Thankfully, there was a wealth of activities to choose from: a swimming pool, hot springs, sauna, a kids' splash pool, and a playground. Adults could even play billiards, which was a huge plus. In the evening, we could walk just two minutes to the main resort area, where we took a cable car up the mountain to enjoy attractions like the Cloud Coaster and Glass Drifting. Overall, the experience was fantastic, making it an excellent choice for a family trip. The breakfast spread was also quite generous. We'll definitely be back!

KKeke01919This hotel isn't really suited for activities during this season. It's massive and built on a mountain, so you need a shuttle to get anywhere. Exploring on foot feels like mountain climbing due to the steep inclines. If you don't want to move, you're pretty much confined to your room. The front desk upgraded my room, which I saw was valued at 2200, while I originally booked a 1400 room. I thought I got a great deal. But then I checked Douyin and realized their prices were several hundred yuan cheaper than Ctrip. So, the 2200 room the front desk upgraded me to was actually only 1400 on Douyin… oh well. My final complaint is about the breakfast at this so-called ”Diamond Hotel.” It's truly terrible. The amount shown in the picture is all you get, and the dishes are incredibly cheap. They really should go and learn from other star-rated hotel restaurants.

Before check-in, they enthusiastically learned about the situation, arranged supplies for the elderly and children, carefully planned the itinerary for the children and me, and helped us arrange the shuttle bus in advance. The services of other waiters are superb. I recommend everyone to experience it.

TThe Mrs. AdonisThe location is good with some local shops and a shopping centre nearby. The Moganshan tourist centre is about 20 minutes away by Didi. The staff were great! They were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool but there were no towels and deck chairs out. The hotel lobby decor is lovely and welcoming and the artwork is tasteful and modern. The only problem for me was the white shower tiles that could've been cleaner. We had a street view room and the Ayi's were dancing on the square downstairs until 8 p.m. We don't mind them but if you do, it's best to get a mountain/pool view room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThe only slight drawback in terms of cleanliness was the strange fishy smell in the hallway. The rooms themselves were clean, tidy, and comfortable. The family room was well-designed, with showers and changing rooms in three separate small rooms near the entrance, allowing for shared use without interference – a big plus! The first floor also features a gym, children's room, cinema, and game room – surprisingly well-equipped for its size! 😁 The best part is the lush greenery outside the window; stepping inside feels like spring has arrived! 😁
