I planned a two-night, three-day trip to Moganshan, hoping to hike, enjoy the scent of osmanthus, and breathe in some fresh mountain air. For accommodation, I chose the Tianlai Zhimen Sunrise Resort Hotel. To my surprise, I received a complimentary room upgrade during the off-peak season to a room with a balcony directly overlooking Naked Castle. If you're lucky, you might even catch the sunrise, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible on foggy or rainy days. Before entering the scenic area, the customer service proactively added me on WeChat and sent detailed directions, covering everything from navigation points to the need for taxi license plate numbers. This ensured a smooth journey without any wrong turns. From my room's balcony, the castle spires and mountain mist were so close, it felt like they were right in front of me. There's also a shortcut to the Queen Restaurant on the hotel's second floor, which saved a lot of walking. While the facilities aren't brand new, the bedding was comfortable and everything was clean and hygienic. The hotel service was excellent. Getting a taxi down the mountain during the off-season can be difficult, so a hotel staff member personally drove me in their own car to the shuttle bus station on Yinshan Street.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, making it more suitable for those traveling by car. However, the rooms at just over 500 yuan per night offer excellent value for money. The receptionist kindly upgraded us to a family room, which was much larger than expected, and we were very satisfied. The breakfast was also plentiful; the wontons at the noodle station were delicious, and the coffee, fruit, and Western and Chinese pastries were all available. The hotel itself is quite large, with its own botanical garden and petting zoo. Fish food can be purchased at the hotel reception, and the children happily fed the koi and even tried archery, having a great time! Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay!

The Mid-Autumn Festival and my wife celebrated the anniversary, because the work was too busy recently, the hotel was just at the end. I didn't expect the stay experience to exceed expectations! The hotel is very good, whether it is staff service, hardware design, and the environment of the hotel itself...even the catering, it is very good ～ can be directly given to the top! Arriving at the hotel, there are many guests staying at the Mid-Autumn Festival, but the front desk CI is methodical and the processing time is very fast. The service and professionalism at the front desk are comparable to some luxury hotels. It was really unexpected. Then because the time was late, I went to the Chinese restaurant to eat first. Although the selling of the dishes is not particularly good, the taste is really suitable for me. Especially braised beef stew, which is full of beef stew with leather and tendon, is very soft. There are also surprises in the room, the whole design is spacious and transparent, and the movement is reasonable. Mineral water is actually still a customized hotel ～ Basically, this is the treatment of luxury hotels, right? The room is facing the lake view and the holiday feeling is full. The hotel is surrounded by lakes and there are a lot of lotus flowers... Unfortunately, the lotus is gone at this time, and there are lotus leaves, which are also very beautiful. The hotel also has a lot of water sports, which are actually free! I rode a water bicycle with my wife and played a bumper boat. More pleasantly surprised is that there is a Mid-Autumn Festival party in the evening, and you can watch the performance. A perfect Mid-Autumn Festival anniversary ～ You can come back later, haha.

Far from the city's hustle and bustle, I could breathe fresh air in the mornings and sleep incredibly soundly at night thanks to the peaceful environment. The room also left a great impression. It was clean and tidy, comfortably arranged, and the bedding was soft. The hygiene was top-notch. The room facilities were comprehensive and easy to use. What I loved most was the hotel's overall design and environment; it really felt like a resort, perfectly blending with Moganshan's natural scenery. Just walking around felt incredibly pleasant. The staff's service attitude also deserves commendation. From check-in onwards, everyone was warm and polite. They patiently helped resolve any issues, making me feel very welcome. I didn't encounter any unpleasant incidents during my stay. The staff felt genuinely sincere, not just providing a robotic service. The hotel's public areas and surrounding environment are also beautiful, perfect for taking photos, strolling, and relaxing. I think it would be very suitable for a family vacation too. Kids can play around while adults quietly enjoy some much-needed leisure time. For those with a fast-paced daily life, this kind of environment is truly precious. The breakfast was generally good, with a decent variety and flavors that suited most palates. Enjoying breakfast slowly while admiring the surrounding mountain views and natural environment felt particularly delightful. There was no sense of rushing throughout, making it ideal for a vacation. My biggest takeaways from this stay were ”comfort” and ”relaxation.” The hotel wasn't just a place to sleep, but a place where one could truly slow down and enjoy the holiday. Moganshan's scenery is already beautiful, and combined with the hotel's comfortable environment and excellent service, this trip left me with wonderful memories. Overall, from the environment, hygiene, room, and service to the entire stay experience, I was thoroughly satisfied. If I have the chance to visit Moganshan again in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again and will recommend it to friends and family. The entire house is clean and odor-free, the bedding is soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep, and all amenities are comprehensive. The staff are friendly and communicative, making the entire check-in process smooth. It's a rare and truly comfortable stay, allowing you to shed the fatigue of travel. It's a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle, a place to slow down and enjoy a moment of peace. Highly recommended for those seeking a quiet getaway. A tranquil haven in a bustling city, it truly healed the entire journey. I left the exhaustion of my travels behind in this wonderful, tasteful guesthouse.

The hotel's硬件 (hardware/facilities) and environment are excellent, but let's talk about the service: 1) On the afternoon of the 4th, I was checking in. Three front desk staff members were all attending to one group of guests. I waited in line for 10 minutes, and no one broke away to assist other waiting guests. One of the waiting guests went to ask if there was anyone else available to help, and surprisingly, that staff member ignored the rest of the queue and processed the inquiry for that guest, while the other two continued to assist the original group. After finishing with that guest, another front desk staff member ignored the remaining customers in line and proceeded to help a guest who hadn't even queued up. When I pointed out the issue, no one offered an apology or explanation. 2) There's a lack of communication between the front desk and the restaurant. I asked the front desk if they had ice cream 🍦, and they told me to ask the restaurant. The restaurant then told me to ask the front desk. 3) They didn't proactively stop guests who ignored the no-smoking signs. Even after I brought it to the front desk's attention, no action was taken. In summary, I'll definitely visit Moganshan again, but I won't be staying at this hotel.

Hygiene: Overall, it was quite good. Environment: Very close to the scenic area, which is a big plus. Service: The service at this place was truly inconsistent. The front desk staff were great – polite and enthusiastic. Then, in the evening, we went to the restaurant for dinner, and the food served was cold. When we provided feedback, they just offered to microwave it for us. Setting aside whether it tasted good, at least the food should be warm, right? Otherwise, everyone knows what kind of dish it would be. The manager came over, took the dish back, and had a good attitude. In the morning, at breakfast, the strawberry jam ran out. When we told the staff, they told us not to eat strawberry jam and just eat other jams. Then, there was one male staff member (highlighting him for praise) who specifically went and found some for us. The staff's skill levels vary greatly; I'd rate it as upper-middle. Facilities: The hot spring is good, and the facilities are very new. Overall, an upper-middle experience.

Especially beautiful two nights. Butler Xiaoqian is like a spring breeze, considerate and gentle. All staff are safe and stable in their respective roles. Professional and warm. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable. It is so quiet that you can hear the voices of insects and birds. From this, go up the mountain, not far away, is the peak Temple; down the mountain, not far away, is the lively scenic spot. The hotel's food, coffee, snacks, and fruits are delicious. The restaurant in the village is not willing to give up the good taste of the farmhouse. I released my fatigue and met the breeze and the moon. I bought a lot of silk made by the hotel. It is the first time to write down the words for the hotel that fits my body and spirit. Will bring friends. I wish you better.

The environment: The room was absolutely stunning, literally my dream room. It's perfect for a family vacation with kids or a honeymoon – so relaxing and the ambiance is wonderful. Service: The service was exceptionally high-standard. Our butler was practically available 24/7, always reachable and incredibly responsive. They really delivered on every request, which was impressive. Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. Our room itself was fully equipped, and stepping out, you're right by the pool. There's also a public 33-meter high infinity sky pool. Plus, rafting is available right below the hotel, and once you're done, you can simply call the hotel shuttle to take you back to your room – super convenient. Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent, very clean and not damp at all. I really loved it. Even now, I still think back on what a great experience it was!

Stayed here for a business trip. The room was quiet, the Wi-Fi was stable, the desk setup was convenient for working, and everything was very clean.
