"We stayed here during the Dragon Boat Festival, which also coincided with a birthday celebration, and our family had a wonderful experience. The environment is absolutely stunning, and they offer a fantastic array of unique activities. Even though it rained for several days, keeping us mostly indoors, we were never bored. We enjoyed making 'zongzi' (rice dumplings), bamboo weaving, pottery, crafting mugwort bouquets, and making sachets – so many different crafts! There was also horseback riding, celebrating a pony's birthday, and even 'yoga' interactions with the horses. These novel and fun experiences delighted both adults and children. A big thank you to our butler, Joan, for her attentive and proactive service, and to the super nice staff at the equestrian center who interacted and chatted with my daughter, sharing their knowledge about horses. My daughter especially loved Ty, saying he was her favorite. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant and even the staff at the Naked Retreats cafe, had excellent service attitudes. While some dishes at the Western restaurant weren't quite to our taste, the restaurant manager handled our feedback gracefully from a customer's perspective. Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely be back."

"We stayed for one night with our parents and kids, and it was a fantastic experience! The butler, Crystal, created a group chat beforehand to confirm our arrival time and asked about the guests, recommending suitable floors and rooms – very thoughtful. The cliff-side room offers absolutely stunning views. At night, after Deqing city lights dim, you can stargaze. I initially thought the castle restaurant would be expensive, but after eating there, I found it to be excellent value for money. Although we had to wait a little, all the dishes were freshly prepared and of a very high standard, far surpassing any restaurant in the village at the foot of the mountain. For entertainment, there's an infinity pool, billiards, ping-pong, pottery, archery, and more. It's not crowded, so you can enjoy everything. For pottery, you need to queue early; we missed out at 10 AM. Friends told me the spa is also top-notch, so I'll try it next time. Finally, I have to mention the photoshoot. Each room gets three complimentary photos. The photographer was incredibly patient, and the photo editor was kind and beautiful. There was absolutely no hard-selling. I initially thought of buying a few extra photos, but then I was told that since we had three rooms, we could get nine photos! The photography, composition, and editing were simply superb. I also want to thank Crystal and Lily again for their patience and understanding. It was hot, which can be stressful, and we encountered a few minor issues. After effective communication, the cause was quickly identified and resolved efficiently. **Facilities:** The cliff-side room is fully equipped, and the pastoral cabin offers good value for money. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. There were some small insects in the castle during the evening. **Environment:** Absolutely stunning. **Service:** Probably the best service I've ever experienced in a hotel. **On-site travel photoshoot:** I've already reviewed it above. All I can say is it's worth the money. If it wasn't so hot, I would have done a whole session!"

"This is my second time visiting Anandi Private Villas Moganshan. It feels like every time I step into these mountains, the gentle breeze somehow melts away all my worries. The resort is very close to Moganshan town. When I have some free time, I enjoy taking a leisurely stroll there. The bustling streets offer a quiet and comfortable vibe, so there's no need to rush – just let time gently drift by. The entire hotel is enveloped by the lush greenery of the mountains, creating a serene and soothing atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can shed all your fatigue and simply relax your mind and body. On the day we checked out, our schedule was tight. I quickly ordered two pizzas for the kids, and the delivery service said they left them at the door, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I was starting to get anxious, but a front desk staff member was incredibly thoughtful. They practically sprinted around, helping me search everywhere. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness truly touched my heart. A good place to stay isn't just about the scenery; it's also about the human touch and kind treatment. The environment here is peaceful, the service is heartwarming, and the management is well-organized and reliable. Every stay here brings a rare sense of calm and relaxation. Next time I'm in Moganshan, I'll still choose Anandi Private Villas without hesitation. It's a place to live, to enjoy the passing years, and to heal both mind and body."

"I stayed at Hidden Bamboo Inn, and first, let me talk about what I liked: all the rooms have sterilization cabinets, and even the tooth-brushing cups are taken from them, which I really appreciate 👍. The breakfast at Hidden Bamboo Inn was also delicious and very satisfying. Now, for the things I didn't like: 1. The sink counter in the bathroom was extremely small; you could barely put anything on it. The mirror was also very dim. Overall, the bathroom was small. 2. The maintenance staff was quite irresponsible. When the sink in my room was broken, they actually told me to 'just make do with it for now.' If the room's fixtures are broken, why should I stay in that room? Especially for a 4000-a-night room. That flippant remark undermines the hard work of your other colleagues who are trying so hard to provide good service. I hope the engineering department will communicate with the front desk first if they can't speak properly, and let the front desk respond to guests. 3. Honestly, I didn't want to give a five-star review, but the butler told me to help them by writing one. Five-star reviews should come genuinely from guests, not be solicited like this."

"We stayed for four nights in a four-bedroom villa with my parents and two kids (boys aged 9 and 11). We arrived in late June, right after school let out for summer vacation. When we checked in, it was just after the Dragon Boat Festival holiday in China, so there were a lot of guests checking out. However, the front desk handled everything very efficiently. Our room wasn't ready until after 3 PM, but that was understandable. The hotel has several restaurants. Yanlai Xuan and Rainforest Restaurant are always open, with others rotating. The variety of dishes is extensive, and the flavors have a Southern Chinese (Jiangnan) flair. We tried the mini hot pot once and absolutely loved it; it was a truly satisfying meal. The Western food was also great, especially the Thai grilled chicken – it was tender and delicious. As for activities, my kids were busy all five days we were here. For their age, the water park was the biggest draw. The seven combination slides never had a queue, which made it incredibly fun! The wave pool was also a hit; once they were in, they didn't want to leave. The Bamboo Forest Shuttle was unique and had no queues either – the ride down was exhilarating! The Spiderweb Climbing area was also fantastic, with a large and tall structure that's quite rare to see. Even with a light rain, the kids didn't want to come down. The only regret is that the Mine Pit play area wasn't open this time; I hope we can experience it on our next visit. Besides playing with the kids, adults can also enjoy a singing bowl healing session. Baolin An has a serene environment, and the practitioner is very professional. A session of singing bowls and a chat filled with life philosophies can truly help one feel relaxed and joyful, both physically and mentally. The villa rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Fresh fruits and beverages are replenished daily, and the housekeepers are very efficient. The log cabin area has an elegant and tranquil atmosphere. Everywhere you look, whether in the park or on the hillside, there's lush greenery. Along the shaded paths, you occasionally catch whiffs of floral fragrance. The croaking of frogs and chirping of cicadas intertwine to create a summer night serenade. For city dwellers accustomed to noise, coming here is incredibly relaxing. If you enjoy walking, you can easily get in over 10,000 steps daily. If not, transportation is very convenient. There are shuttle buses with different routes downstairs from the lobby, all operating in an orderly fashion. You can call for a car to any attraction in the park at any time; it takes as little as 5 minutes during off-peak times and 15 minutes during peak hours. Finally, I'd like to extend a special thanks to our butler, Xiao Lian. She communicated with us throughout our stay via WeChat, always responding promptly and professionally to all our requests. She is a dedicated and earnest young woman. In fact, all the service staff we encountered in the park were very professional, service-oriented, and excellent at problem-solving. This is by far the best overall quality of staff we've seen in any family-friendly hotel in mainland China. It's particularly noteworthy that we lost items twice, and the staff helped us find them both times. Once was a small children's watch, which the staff incredibly found in the huge water park after two days of searching. The other was an e-reader; even after we had checked out, the hotel called us to inquire and arranged for it to be couriered to us. We are incredibly grateful 🙏 As we were leaving, both kids were already asking to come back next year. They even kept their water park wristbands on, unwilling to take them off, saying they wanted them as souvenirs. I also look forward to returning with my whole family to enjoy this fun, delicious, and comfortable haven."

"I’ve been to this place once before for an event at the Moon Lake lawn, and I’ve always wanted to come back and stay. This time, we stayed in a cabin, and I think this kind of weekend getaway is something I could do many more times. I’m really satisfied; it's very French! Everything – dining, accommodation, transportation, and activities – is within this resort. The resort has two restaurants, and we tried both, they were delicious. Their ingredients seem to be locally grown, very fresh, and the flavors were great. For lunch on the second day, we ate at their Western restaurant, and my son absolutely loved their pasta – the taste was so authentic – and the pizza was good too. In the hot afternoon, we went to do some handicrafts. I really have to commend the staff here; they are all kind and patient, and their service is truly superb. We had an elderly lady, over 80, with a wheelchair, and their sightseeing cart was available on call, and they even helped us carry our belongings. We've been to so many 'attraction-style' tours, but this kind of relaxing trip is something we really need to do more often. You can come in all four seasons; it’s truly relaxing for the mind, body, and soul. There are also many water activities, and the kids had so much fun. The rose garden is beautifully maintained. And last but not least, what touched me the most was that we accidentally left a bracelet in the room because we were rushing during check-out. The hotel proactively called us and offered to mail it back to us. I’m so grateful!"

"This is definitely a guesthouse I'll be returning to. It's incredibly pet-friendly; I forgot dog food and pee pads, and the front desk provided them for me. Since it was off-season, they upgraded my room. The room was huge, beautifully designed, and felt very secure, plus it had a large, comfortable balcony. I'd seen reviews saying the pool water was dirty and the playground slide was broken, but I found that wasn't the case at all. The pool water was very clean, just had a few fallen leaves. The playground slide was quite fun, and the tire for the slide was new, not broken. You can even bring your dog to play there. There are bicycles and electric scooters available at the guesthouse entrance. Riding around was quite enjoyable. It's also very convenient for dining and exploring nearby areas, with Yu Village just a 10-15 minute drive away. The guesthouse also has its own restaurant. We arrived in the afternoon when the chef was sleeping, but they specially woke him up to make us noodles. The service is truly exceptional."

"This hotel is perfectly situated within the scenic area, very close to the transfer station, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the attractions. In the evening, there's a fantastic light show at the transfer station, which is a great bonus! The rooms are spacious and bright, and the hygiene is excellent. You need to provide your car plate number in advance if you're taking a taxi to the hotel. The front desk staff member was very enthusiastic, helped us with our luggage, and provided information about the surrounding area. The breakfast is a set menu with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and a rich variety of options! This hotel is highly recommended! If I visit Moganshan again, I would definitely book this hotel again."

"Our three-day, two-night stay in Moganshan was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is located on the western side of the mountainside, offering a superb location with unbeatable views and a tranquil environment. The balcony views directly face the hundred-year-old Naked Castle. The hotel's back entrance is just a 100-meter walk up some steps to Chairman Mao's former residence, and many other attractions are very close by. The restaurant service was excellent – friendly and welcoming. We received complimentary fruit and bottled water. Both the breakfast and our à la carte dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Five stars, highly recommend!"

During our stay, his response time was incredibly fast, whether it was for last-minute supplies, travel route advice, or the meticulous turndown service. Everything was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. He was proactive and considerate, striking the perfect balance of being available without being intrusive, always resolving issues promptly.
