We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was exactly as pictured. They had the heat on prior to our arrival which was most appreciated. It was nice to have a closet area with hangars and shelves in the main bedroom. The mattress was super comfy, unlike many hard mattresses we have experienced in some places in China.
All staff personnel were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We used WeChat to communicate very easily. They were ready to be helpful with anything, from getting a ride to and from the cabin when requested, arranging a water activity even during off-peak season, remembering our preferences from one day to the next in the western restaurant , offering to make food that we might like...Definitely at the top of being the best customer service we have experienced in our travels. We were very appreciative of that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yard of the Sky, and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my travels. The rooms were out of this world, offering breathtaking views that made the morning feel magical.
The service was absolutely on another level. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay exceptional. Their hospitality truly set the standard for what a hotel experience should be.

An amazing hotel! I came to Hangzhou to watch a play during the Qingming Festival, and stayed in Moganshan for two days. I wanted to feel the deep greenery in Moganshan, but I didn't feel it in the mountains (the scenic spot was somewhat over-promoted...), but I completed the closed loop in Zhimagu Hotel. It can be seen that the design of this hotel is very bold and attentive. Each room has a unique design style, classical Chinese, European, American, Southeast Asian, ******* style... I was dazzled when choosing a room. If I wasn't afraid of trouble, I would even want to change the style every day~ The reception area and restaurant of the entire hotel are filled with various green plants, medieval furniture and interesting sculptures and paintings. The sun shines in through the large French windows of the Elf Restaurant. The whole space looks patchwork in the extremely complex style, as if it is located in Southeast Asia. The breakfast in the restaurant and the stir-fried dishes in the Chinese restaurant are good. The waiters are generally young, and they are all very cute and friendly sisters and brothers. The housekeeper Xiaoyu is very thoughtful. The room was very clean and the environment was beautiful. The air was filled with the fragrance of flowers and rich negative oxygen ions. The store also thoughtfully prepared playing cards, which we had a lot of fun playing! For dinner, we were sent directly to the Goldfish Mother in town, and after dinner, we were picked up back to the room. It was a super thoughtful butler service.

The B&B in Laoling Village has a good environment and is very quiet. The bonsai planted by the owner in the yard is beautiful. The room is very large. The owner and his wife are very welcoming. I didn't want to go out for dinner at night, so I asked the owner to make two bowls of noodles. The taste was great! The breakfast was also very good. The buns and omelets made by the owner were delicious. It would be even better if the toilet could be replaced with an automatic one.

I took my parents and children to vacation on the weekend. I thought the hotel was close to Mogan Mountain, and I was very satisfied with the experience after staying there.
I didn't expect that the company would come to team building on the weekend. There were so many people. The room I arrived at 1 o'clock was not ready yet, so I had to wait a little longer. The front desk brother kept helping to urge us, and later helped us coordinate a room for my family to rest first. I am really grateful.
The swimming pool is very clean and constant temperature, and there are swimming equipment for rent. The hotel covers a large area and has good greenery. There are ocean balls for children to play, which can perfectly release the energy of children👍
The hotel gave us a choice of four. We chose a full meal. Two rooms were given 6 dishes and one soup. The dishes were very generous. The waitress was also very nice and smiling. In the end, I was so full that I couldn't finish the meal.
The room was very quiet, which was very satisfactory. The bedding was also comfortable to sleep on. I will consider coming here for vacation next time

Very good homestay, the room is the same as the photo, and the view outside the window is beautiful. It is a little far from the scenic spot, very quiet, suitable for people like me who want to find a place to be empty. One person and one dog do not want to move when they lie down. It is easy to drive all the way to Shanghai by car, and you can park at the door of the homestay. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic, and the dinner is delicious. One by one is too sticky. Every day, he comes to the room to eat my dog's food, cheats a small snack before leaving. When I left the store, I was still lying beside my car and didn't leave. I could only trick her back into the homestay and leave quickly, but I still saw them in the mirror and came to the door to take a look, so distressed! I will definitely come to Xipu next time!

The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. JJasur MavlyanovWe recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Mo Yan Homestay (莫颜·莫干山Villa环山溯溪美宿（庾村广场店)) with our two children. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, situated incredibly close to the hiking trails of Moganshan. The amenities are equally impressive, featuring a large outdoor pool, a rooftop barbecue area, and an additional ground-floor barbecue spot. There are plenty of cozy sitting areas both inside and around the hotel for relaxation.
For indoor entertainment, the hotel offers a spacious billiard table on the ground floor, as well as an arcade gaming set that our kids couldn’t get enough of. Speaking of the kids, they were thrilled with the children’s themed room we booked. The room’s balcony provided stunning views of the river, mountains, and lush bamboo forests that front the hotel.
But what truly sets Mo Yan Homestay apart are the hosts. They are among the best we’ve encountered in China, making us feel completely at home. This was our second trip to Moganshan, and thanks to the incredible hospitality at Mo Yan, it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

We got there after 8 pm on a Friday night and the front desk was available and waiting for us. They allowed night swimming and had great a spacious Karaoke facility. This hotel /BnB is pet friendly and so our 2 fur kids were not discriminated against and was treated with a great care. Jinx is the girl at the front desk and she is very kind, always going the extra mile for us, even sending us locations and attractions close by on wechat. If I could suggest a few things it would be:
1. The cats in the cat enclosure have not had their space cleaned in weeks. There are feces and spider webs inside the 'space'. The cats never come out and look very unhappy. Please can they be better taken care of.
2. Rooms can be swept and cleaned daily.
3. Breakfast can be less dough based but some more fruit and healthier food options.
Overall, we would definitely visit again and really enjoyed such a warm environment.

GGuest UserThis is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The location was good in the middle of the mountain, prividing great view and fresh, cool air. It's 15 minutes away from.the restaurants and 30 mins from the mountain scenic tourist spots and Discovery Adventures park. We arrived late at night, but the staff waited for us and gave us a warm welcome.There is a free parking space. Toiletries were provided upon request. Rooms had the basic amenities needed, ours had a bath tub and refrigerator. The hotel was homy with its wooden architecture. Breakfast was Chinese and was more than enough. We requested for dinner during our 2nd night, and the staff asked us what food and how we want them cooked with their available supply. We were allowed for a late check out during our 3rd day. All staff are very friendly. They know basic English which nakes the communication not a hindrance. To top ot all, it is a pet friendly hotel. This is highly recommended.

PPeterUpon arrival we were warmly greeted as we parked our car in front of the hotel. The level of service continued to be extremely warm and friendly to the point of departure when they checked the road for us to leave. The location rating is more subjective. It’s very convenient as a base to explore Moganshan and doesn’t have the access complications of staying up on top of the mountain or the hustle and bustle of being in the town which gets a lot of traffic congestion. We enjoyed the seclusion and having a car it was ideal. The room was cosy with a good AC, quality accessories and a reasonable view, all appropriate for a 4 star hotel. We really liked the living and lounging areas around the grounds, where you can relax and read in seclusion. The swimming pool was perfect. Breakfast was a set menu and acceptable. Overall we felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Big thanks to the staff who did everything to make our stay pleasurable.

WWILLIAM LEONThis resort provides an exuberant, exquisite, excellent experience. The location and layout of the buildings provide privacy with easy access to several wonderful facilities.
There are activities for people of all ages, from young children to their parents.
The dishes offered at the Kikaboni restaurant are a fabulous blend of western and Chinese tastes, every one scrumptious! The ingredients at all of the restaurants are very fresh, because much of them are grown at the farm just across the road from the reception building. Every day, even through the winter, fresh produce is harvested from the well-organized greenhouses. The breakfast is extensive, with many options both western and Chinese to delight your palate and fill your stomach.
Finally, the decorations throughout the resort are unique and made of local materials, the result of an informal competition among the staff to make better and better artistic creations.
All in all, I highly recommend the Naked Stables Resort. You won't be disappointed.

失失忆的黑兔子The location of the hotel is easy to find, just take the shuttle bus and transfer to the Baiyun Mountain Pavilion, a very unique building. I was lucky enough to upgrade to a suite that day. The room was very clean and the scenery outside the room was beautiful, surrounded by pine and bamboo. In the morning, I could be awakened by the sound of birdsong in the mountains.
By the way, I settled for lunch at the hotel at noon. The taste is good. The chicken soup is very delicious. I also received a souvenir when I checked out. It was a pleasant and unforgettable trip~

AASmithWhat an amazing little find! The homestay is located about a 10-12 minute easy walk from the Moganshan transfer bus station (92 rmb for a trip up and down) and a 20 minute walk into Howou Village proper. The room was simple, clean and had everything you needed. I loved doing yoga on the balcony each morning and seeing the mountains and smelling the fresh air. The area is very rural, quiet and peaceful. The owners are so friendly to foreigners, helpful and accommodating. They made the most delicious breakfasts and dinners for us. We will definitely go back. The only down was I could not get hot water into the bathtub but that might have been user error. If your didi drops you on the main road, walk up the hill to the second level of houses and turn left on the driveway. The homestay is white and directly behind the swimming pool. What a perfect getaway to relax. Oh and the beds are not the hardest I’ve slept on in China but they are not Western, just in case you needed to know :)
