AAnonymous UserMy friends and I came to Naked Stables for a vacation, and the overall experience was truly excellent. We traveled with our child and pet, and I was initially worried about the inconvenience of bringing a pet. However, after checking in, all my concerns vanished. The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly; they had prepared a pet bed, toys, and pee pads in the room, and we could even purchase pet meals. Many details were very thoughtfully arranged. Moreover, pet-friendly facilities and arrangements were evident everywhere in the hotel, making traveling with a pet very easy and enjoyable.
The hotel also offers a rich variety of activities, ensuring that both adults and children can find something suitable and never get bored. The surrounding natural scenery is beautiful, and the environment is very comfortable, perfect for both relaxation and for children to connect with nature. The staff were all very warm, patient, and attentive, making us feel very welcome from check-in throughout our entire stay.
This trip was genuinely fun for adults, children, and pets alike; none of us wanted to go home. It's rare to find a resort that satisfies the entire family, including pets, so completely. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

EEnkeiOur stay at Naked Castle Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality that made us feel instantly at home.
The hotel itself is extraordinary, beautifully designed with unique rooms that blend luxury, comfort, and nature perfectly. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, even down to the wonderfully fragrant bath amenities that left a lasting impression on us.
What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. The reception staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Nadia from the restaurant was especially communicative, informative, and always eager to help with recommendations and assistance. Willa was equally warm and professional, making every interaction pleasant and memorable. Manager Lily stood out with her quick responsiveness, kindness, and excellent leadership that could clearly be felt throughout the resort.
We also truly appreciated the buggy driver who served shuttle service around the property, helpful, and ready to assist, adding another layer of comfort to our stay.
Unfortunately, it rained during our arrival, which was a little disappointing because we had hoped to explore more of the beautiful surroundings and outdoor experiences the resort has to offer. Even so, the cozy atmosphere and outstanding hospitality still made our stay incredibly enjoyable.
Naked Castle is not just a hotel, but an experience filled with beautiful surroundings, thoughtful details, and heartfelt service. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return again in the future.

MMinikeleThe front desk staff really needs more training. For a supposed five-star hotel, it falls pretty short. There was only one person at the front desk when I checked in, and they seemed completely flustered. I even had to remind them to give me breakfast vouchers. I booked a three-day, two-night stay, and on the second day, I specifically reminded the housekeeper to clean our room, worried they might forget. But when we returned around 4 or 5 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned 🤷🏻♀️. I had to call the front desk, and only then did someone come up. It wasn't even peak season, so the service really didn't live up to five-star standards. The toiletries were also pretty mediocre, nothing like what you'd find at an InterContinental. I've attached photos of the balcony view, and it was quite different from what I imagined. Upgrading the room was out of the question; the front desk said they only had vacancies for rooms two categories higher, not one category higher, so they couldn't upgrade me. That felt a bit stingy. Parking was also limited, with most cars having to park on a slope or a flat area below it. Overall, it's decent for a four-star, but definitely not a five-star.

HHZJJ918The overall hotel experience was outstanding. The hygiene was impeccable, the entire room was sparkling clean with no strange odors. The service was thoughtful, attentive, and thorough, and all essential amenities were well-provided. The stay was comfortable and relaxing.
The environment was clean, fresh, and met very high hygiene standards; every corner was meticulously cleaned. The owner was friendly and attentive, responding very promptly. The facilities were comprehensive, meeting all daily needs, making for a very reassuring and comfortable stay.
What I was most satisfied with was the cleanliness; the room was spotless. The amenities were complete and well-appointed, making daily use convenient and hassle-free. The service was genuine, attentive, and meticulous, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. It's definitely worth choosing.

GGaoqiaoliang～piWe stayed at Yinhuawu with our little one, and it's great for families. The swimming pool featured a sunshade, so the kids could play in the water without getting sunburnt. The owner even provided small swimming floats. The room was spacious, and our host generously upgraded us to a family room free of charge. Both beds were sturdy, so the kids could jump on them without any issues. Breakfast was a rich and varied buffet, offering items like mantou (steamed buns), pickled vegetables, soy milk, milk, coffee, and more. Our host also recommended a nearby stream. We took the kids there in the evening for a play, and the bamboo grove was incredibly cool and refreshing.

GGuest UserI like the entire decoration style of the hotel very much. The large swimming pool is very eye-catching. The rooms on the first floor can jump directly into the swimming pool. It’s so cool! There is a whole bamboo forest in front of the hotel, which is really pleasant! The room is clean and comfortable, which complements the style of the entire hotel. The hotel service staff are enthusiastic, patient, and responsive to all requests. We enjoyed our stay! If you have the chance, come back and stay a few more days to enjoy it!
