The guest rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the panoramic balcony can enjoy the bamboo forest morning mist and the starry night sky, and the intelligent guest control system is very considerate. Full score for parent-child friendliness! The children's playground and outdoor swimming pool make the kids play until they don't want to leave. The buffet breakfast is so rich that you can't choose. The local dried bamboo shoots and handmade pastries are full of Jiangnan flavor. The staff has a warm smile and responds to all requests from check-in instructions to surrounding guides. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the Geographic Information Town, which is suitable for visiting exhibitions and taking a walk. It takes 15 minutes to drive directly to the Moganshan Scenic Area. The location is unique. The quality is reflected in every detail: the gym is fully equipped, the lobby bar special coffee is amazing, and the night bed service is full of ritual even when slippers are placed. The price/performance ratio far exceeded expectations. It is an ideal choice for business travel and family trips. I will definitely come again!

An amazing hotel! I came to Hangzhou to watch a play during the Qingming Festival, and stayed in Moganshan for two days. I wanted to feel the deep greenery in Moganshan, but I didn't feel it in the mountains (the scenic spot was somewhat over-promoted...), but I completed the closed loop in Zhimagu Hotel. It can be seen that the design of this hotel is very bold and attentive. Each room has a unique design style, classical Chinese, European, American, Southeast Asian, ******* style... I was dazzled when choosing a room. If I wasn't afraid of trouble, I would even want to change the style every day~ The reception area and restaurant of the entire hotel are filled with various green plants, medieval furniture and interesting sculptures and paintings. The sun shines in through the large French windows of the Elf Restaurant. The whole space looks patchwork in the extremely complex style, as if it is located in Southeast Asia. The breakfast in the restaurant and the stir-fried dishes in the Chinese restaurant are good. The waiters are generally young, and they are all very cute and friendly sisters and brothers. The housekeeper Xiaoyu is very thoughtful. She took the initiative to help with luggage, deliver things to the room, introduce travel guides, etc. I love you~🩷The cats and dogs in the store are well raised. They live a more comfortable life than me in a picturesque place. I envy them so much😭

Location was good as it is near yucun village and in turn, the moganshan scenic area. There is however a severe dearth of information on how to get up / around the moganshan scenic area, and even asking the hotel staff didn’t seem to help. Given winter, there was close to nothing to do on the hotel compound. The hotel breakfast was as bad as the other reviews made it out to be (IMO, basically unpalatable). The bathroom / room also seemed to smell of sewage (perhaps due to lack of use over the winter period). No complaints about calling a golf cart to take us around the grounds. Was quick and easy. Staff were generally helpful. Not the easiest for non-mandarin speakers. Wouldn’t be a repeat stay for me.

The hotel is inside the Scenic spot area, hence it is reqd to register the Didi car license beforehand with the hotel so they can get the free tickets. We got the hotel's WeChat contact beforehand and everything was arranged smoothly. The room is clean, spacious with a gorgeous view facing the sunrise. Totally worth the amount paid. A special shout-out to hotel manager Damon, he didn't speak English but went above and beyond to help us with our queries. Would definitely live here if I went back to Moganshan!

The swimming pool is quite large and the supporting facilities are also complete. The most commendable thing here is the breakfast, which has a lot of varieties, including soup noodles, tofu pudding, glutinous rice balls, and waffles. I like it very much. I had dinner at the hotel on the first day. The portion was quite large and the taste was good. I recommended it! The underground garage for self-driving parking is very large! I sent welcome fruits for two days, and the housekeeper who added WeChat also provided me with travel information at any time. The service is very thoughtful!

I went to Moganshan on the weekend. The hotel service was quite intimate. I also sent a sunscreen hat before leaving, which was very useful! It happened that the follow-up itinerary was used. The breakfast was rich and delicious in Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients were fresh, the hall had a faint fragrance, and the freshly ground coffee and lemonade were very good. The room is also very large, the bathtub is also equipped with a disposable bathtub cover, and I took a comfortable bath at night. I will come back to play next summer vacation.

The waiter warmly welcomed us as soon as we entered the door. We arrived relatively late. Although it was a holiday, we were upgraded to a deluxe king room for free. We were also given snacks and toys for children. They asked if we drove and were exempted from parking fees. Although it was close to the road, it was relatively quiet, but one thing I want to complain about is that the air conditioner in the room is a bit loud. There is still a clattering sound when it is turned on to sleep mode, which made it impossible to sleep. Later, we simply turned it off. The sound insulation is also average. It may be because there are more children during the holidays. We were tired after a day of playing, so we went to bed early, but from time to time there were children making noise in the corridor, and it was a bit stuffy without the air conditioner on, so we didn't sleep well at night. However, this seems to be a common problem in most hotels. If you are not very sensitive to sleep, it is not a big problem. The breakfast is also good, with Chinese and Western food, and everything you should have. The service is not overly enthusiastic. Overall, this price is very cost-effective.

We spent a very relaxing weekend as a family. The location and facilities are very family friendly. The children really enjoyed the pool and playground. The food was very extensive and delicious. The coffee was great and the service very courteous!
