Hot Springs Hotels in Deqing

Environment: The surrounding area is mostly villages, and I was a little apprehensive about the environment when I first drove up, worried it might not be good. Fortunately, the hotel looked quite nice and spacious, with convenient underground parking. The facilities were relatively new, the welcome fruit was sweet, and the TV could be screen-cast. The outdoor area was perfect for taking photos, with lush green grass and bright sunshine. Facilities: I was dissatisfied with the lack of a mini-fridge and Coke in the room, which is typical of other hotels. Also, the tissues were only half-full; the toilet and living room tissues ran out after a few uses, and there were no spares. I usually bring my own, so I didn't ask the hotel for more, but it still felt inconvenient. French breakfast wasn't prepared per person; you had to order wontons, noodles, or dumplings at the front desk, and then the kitchen would prepare them. The breakfast felt a bit rushed. Because we had a dog with us, our hotel selection was limited; many of the options we liked were over 1000 yuan. Overall, this hotel was okay, but if you don't have a dog, I feel the price-performance ratio might not be high.

This was my first time visiting Moganshan, and I booked the Shangpo B&B based on Ctrip's ratings and reviews. I was really impressed by the welcome letter, which showed the owner is cultured and thoughtful, and it immediately heightened my expectations for this 'paradise on earth'... The B&B is nestled amidst mountains and bamboo forests, with a three-story, reddish-orange Tuscan-style exterior that exudes a vintage charm. It feels incredibly exotic being surrounded by the bamboo sea and mountains. The environment here is serene and peaceful, truly a 'paradise away from the hustle and bustle' as described in the welcome letter. The room was clean and elegant, offering mountain views right from the moment you open the door. Every detail exuded a subtle luxury. My favorite part was the artwork in the common areas – several Picasso-esque paintings by Dutch artists, paired with light luxury, simple European furniture, creating a striking visual contrast between modern and vintage that sparks a unique aesthetic romance. Both the Chinese and Western meals here were incredibly delicious, fresh, and exquisitely prepared. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner could all be customized to guests' requests; it truly felt like everyone was a VIP. The service at the B&B was also outstanding. Coffee and mineral water were provided free of charge and unlimited throughout the day! The housekeeper was warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive to every request. This is, without a doubt, the best-serviced B&B I've ever stayed at. I will definitely be back!

I stayed here during the New Year's holiday and had a great overall experience! 1) Service: 100 points. Attentive and thoughtful. They added me on WeChat to inquire about my arrival time and turned on the underfloor heating in advance. They helped with my luggage upon check-in, and when my car tire pressure was low and there were no repair shops nearby, they even borrowed an air pump from the owner, solving a major problem. 2) Facilities: The guesthouse's exterior and interior decoration were decent, and it was well-maintained. I booked this place specifically for the hot springs. The hot springs are private and circulated, with one hour per household, but that was plenty of time. I booked my desired time in advance with the owner via WeChat. 3) Other: The location is great, a 5-minute drive from the Houwu distribution center of Moganshan Scenic Area. The breakfast was delicious; while the selection wasn't huge, everything was good, just like my parents' lovingly prepared breakfast.

The service was exceptional; the staff were very friendly, responsive, and proactive in resolving any issues we had. The entire place was clean, and the outdoor pool was spotless.

10/10 would recomend this hotel to anyone coming to Mogan Mountains. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful! The hotel had vacant rooms so I received a free room upgrade which has an unblocked mountain view. Dinner & breakfast provided was delicious, especially the chicken soup! Amenities were great too! They have an indoor private onsen, air-conditioned tea room with scenic mountain views, private KTV room , kids playing area & an outdoor pool to relex and enjoy the mountain views. They even gave me some free local produce as a farewell gift! 🫶

Our two-day 'retreat' with my mom and grandma has come to a perfect end! A big thank you to our butler, Xiao Liu, for the thoughtful arrangements. He upgraded our rooms and every meal was delicious. The elders in my family are always so happy when they're in a natural, mountain setting. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed – we didn't have to prepare a thing. Plus, there were charging stations for our electric car, so all we had to do was relax. We'll definitely be back!

The B&B environment exceeded our expectations; the view was absolutely stunning, and the courtyard was exquisitely decorated and so relaxing – perfect for photos! Inside, it was clean and cozy, with tasteful decor and attention to every detail. The host sister was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, even preparing a local travel guide for us and explaining all the nearby scenic spots and great food options. It was quiet and pleasant at night, and we even saw fireflies, which brought back childhood memories. It was incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape from the city. The experience was top-notch, definitely worth a second visit!

They were incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating, ensuring I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to provide personalized recommendations and even shared some local insights that enriched my experience. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

Meeting the deer/cute animal interaction: The deer are super cute and friendly, and the place is very clean. Most importantly, the staff service is amazing! We missed breakfast, and the staff even asked if we had eaten and then cooked us a bowl of noodles. Highly recommend, will definitely come again next time!

The host contacted me in advance to inform me of what to expect. On day of check in the venue was easy to find and free parking was available. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very warm and friendly lady. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very calm relaxed aura. The room itself was bright and airy. A huge bath large enough for 2 people and a large balcony. There were lots of indoor activities to partake in or many cosy places to talk, read or work. Overall a very peaceful place with a fantastic host. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area. Many thanks for amazing service! ❤️
