This was by far the best homestay experience I've had while traveling. The service was absolutely top-notch, with a dedicated butler providing personalized assistance throughout my stay. Any request I had was met with an immediate and effective response. The room was clean and tidy, and they offered complimentary afternoon tea, a late-night snack, and a delicious and refined breakfast. The mini-fridge in the room was stocked with a great selection of free snacks and soft drinks. The hotel's location and environment were also excellent, perfect for photos, and offered a fantastic spot to watch the sunset over the sea. They provided free shuttle service to and from the pier, and even gave me a farewell gift when I left.

We stayed at The Reef Hotel for two days, in different room types. On the second day, our room offered breathtaking, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean right from the moment we opened the patio door – absolutely stunning! The service was also top-notch; they were always ready to help with anything we needed, including laundry and drying services, which only required a quick word with our butler. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the afternoon tea was particularly good, with the option to have it delivered to our room, which was a fantastic touch. Plus, the complimentary coconut-themed photoshoot provided by the hotel was a lovely bonus; they captured beautiful photos of my little sister!

I came to Weizhou Island with great expectations. The weather we came here was very good. The scenery on the island was really beautiful! Then I chose this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. From getting off the bus, I don’t have to worry about the luggage problem and just hand it over to the housekeeper! Entering the lobby, there is ice tea to drink, and ice towels are simply too detailed. The housekeeper will handle it directly. There are people responsible for the guide. The breakfast on the second day is booked in advance. Haha, after entering the room, the items inside are also full of details and the scenery is particularly beautiful. In the evening, we bought seafood to process, the color, fragrance and flavor are all available. I don’t want to leave after living for these few days.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The pool and hot springs in the courtyard are amazing, a favorite with the kids, and playing in the shade means no worries about sunburn. There's a dedicated driver for transportation, and the kitchen can process seafood for you. This will definitely be our first choice next time we visit!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The guesthouse is in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with a warm and stylish decor, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the details. The bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept really soundly. The host was incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to answer questions and even offered thoughtful recommendations for things to do, which made me feel right at home. The overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, and it's fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

I stayed 2 nights at Shangri-La, 2 nights at a B&B, and this was the last stop, so here's my overall review. Pros: 1. Newly renovated with new facilities, all top brands, and excellent hardware. 2. Right next to Silver Beach, very close to the sea, and easy access through the back gate. 3. Great room layout with a balcony, convenient for drying clothes. Cons: 1. The slide is unsafe. My child got injured and bled after going down it once. This is a deal-breaker; basic safety wasn't ensured. Luckily, it was on the last two days, otherwise, our whole vacation would have been ruined (although they offered a kids' playground activity as compensation, I'd much rather my child be safe. I still have to face criticism back home). 2. The hotel lacks depth. The swimming pool area has young trees and gets direct sun, so it's practically unusable during the day. The staff is younger than Shangri-La's, which is a plus, but something still feels off, probably due to a lack of experience. 3. There's ongoing construction nearby, and the entrance isn't enclosed, so it's a bit noisy during the day. If I had to choose again, I'd prefer an older brand, even if the hardware isn't as good. This hotel was pricier but offered the worst experience.

The farm has a very relaxing atmosphere and is not far from the seaside. The housekeeper will proactively contact you the day before check-in to understand the details of the itinerary and establish a service group. After arriving at the port, a dedicated person will pick you up and deliver you to the farm. After knowing the accommodation preference, we will promptly assist in adding extra beds. After check-in, we will introduce the distribution and strategy of Weizhou Island attractions in a clear and concise way. With the assistance of the staff, we rented an electric car, which is convenient for going anywhere around the island. Before returning, the stewards took the initiative to confirm the flight information and arrange for delivery to the station, and promptly reminded us that the ship was temporarily suspended to avoid unnecessary trouble. Give your children a souvenir before leaving the store, which is thoughtful and thoughtful.

The hotel is quite new and the decoration is very beautiful. When I checked in, the front desk lady introduced the tourist attractions on the island and gave the island map. The hardware facilities are also good and the paper quality is good. The drinks cabinet on the first floor of the hotel can be picked up by yourself and there are welcome fruits. There is a car rental at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient. Booked for two nights, the next day back to the room card can not be opened, go to the front desk to authorize, this is not scientific, or you can remind the guests in advance, go back to the room before the authorization.

Upon arriving at the hotel lobby, the luggage attendant, Zhu Xuan, was incredibly warm and polite! During check-in, Mulan, the front desk lady, was also very warm and polite. She asked about my preferences and assigned a room that I was very happy with! Room cleanliness was excellent, and the housekeeper, Sister Zhong Yuelian, was warm, polite, and very diligent and responsible in her cleaning! All three employees deserve a five-star rating for their service attitude! 🌹 However, for breakfast, they intentionally made guests queue in a long line, waiting for staff members to individually escort them to a table, even though there were many empty seats inside. I was even spoken to rudely by the staff member scanning codes at the entrance – that attitude is unacceptable! The hotel should really find a way to solve this embarrassing queuing situation for breakfast! I’ve truly never encountered such a scene at a high-star hotel! The staff member who showed us to our table, Hemu, is still worth commending. She was observant, warm, and polite!

Our stay at Dhawa Beihai Weizhou Island during our Weizhou Island trip exceeded expectations! The hotel environment is beautiful, with tropical gardens blending with sea views, and the pool opens directly onto the beach, offering a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding comfortable, and we received welcome fruit upon arrival – thoughtful touches indeed. Special shout-out to Amy at the front desk! She made check-in efficient and smooth, and proactively shared information about island tours, sunset spots, and the hotel shuttle schedule. When we asked about getting to the island, car rental, and clam digging, Amy patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions with a gentle and professional attitude. She was always ready to help and even kindly reminded us about important travel tips for the island. Any small requests were promptly addressed, making us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel also offers pier transfer services, making travel hassle-free, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The overall vacation vibe was relaxed and comfortable. It's a highly recommended resort on Weizhou Island, and we'd choose Dhawa Beihai Weizhou Island again on our next visit. A big thank you once more to Amy for her attentive service!
