CCharmaine’sWe enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and hotel breakfast was great too. Amenities were fully equipped as listed on the site. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the staff on shift in the morning. It’s a short car ride to the railway station so the location is quite convenient for travellers using train as the point of getting in and out of the city. Thanks for the warm hospitality.

SShadiespiritI had a great stay with Yezi apartment hotel. I had a great view of the sea and city. The apartment is close to old town where we often went for dessert and food. There are plethora of restaurants around. Honestly, you will not go hungry in this city. Great fresh seafood choices.
We were often in Silver and Gangqiao beach which is quite far with 20-30 minutes cab ride.
Otherwise, this hotel is convenient and clean.

If your friends go to the island to play, they will recommend it to their friends. By the way, before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me a souvenir (sea duck eggs, a local specialty). I hope to continue to follow up on some small details (there is a slight problem with the floor drain in the bathroom of the room where my friend lives).

The front desk staff were very welcoming; I forgot to ask their names, but they were a tall, muscular man with a buzz cut. When my child needed to go to the hospital in the middle of the night due to an emergency, they initially arranged for the hotel's own car to take us, and later thoughtfully provided us with water and plastic bags to prevent my child from vomiting – truly considerate. It was a very good stay overall.

ZzzzxccCheck-in is very slow. People are always asked to wait on the sofa. If they come back after waiting, they still have to queue up again. People often go to the front for consultation, and they call and call each other. It takes half a day to check in. The room of the person in front of the queue has not been cleaned yet, so the queue is waiting, and the people behind are not allowed to check in. There is no plan to deal with the large number of people checking in during the May Day holiday. An older sister couldn't stand it, so she went to the front to stare and urge them to speed up the check-in. If the front can't be done, you can check in the cleaned room type in the back first, and the back will be a little faster.
When booking the room, the requirements noted by Ctrip are confirmed at check-in. The room is larger than expected, and the overall hygiene is acceptable. The bottom of the bed and the bedside table should be further cleaned. The breakfast is satisfactory. If you need to use the mini refrigerator, the staff needs to go up and open it. The room type says no smoking, but there are ashtrays and matches inside, which is contradictory.
There are fitness, bowling, indoor golf, table tennis, billiards and children's play facilities in the negative one and negative two. You need to swipe the room card to enter, and some need to be booked. There are two access control points to the hotel beach, one for exiting the building and one for entering the beach. You have to swipe your room card to enter and exit. It is inconvenient to swipe it four times to go to the beach. I didn't know this when I went to the beach for the first time. I didn't bring my room card, which resulted in sunbathing between the building and the beach access control. I couldn't go to the beach and couldn't go back to the hotel.
The hotel requires room cards in many scenes. It should be standard to give two cards when checking in, instead of asking after checking in to open two cards when you didn't check in. In the elevator, I also encountered people entering the elevator from negative one and negative two many times, and they couldn't go up to the floor without a room card.
There are basically no people on the beach of the hotel, but the sand is coarse and there is a lot of garbage. It is not recommended to go there. Just look at it in the room. You can watch the sunset in the hotel at night, or walk on the plank road. When I went to the beach, I found that some of the few people were not staying in the hotel. This may be the reason why the access control is so troublesome.

GGuest UserThe environment and scenery are excellent. The beauty of South Bay is in full view. There is a lively bar street at the foot of the mountain and a quiet sea view garden on the mountain. The facilities are a bit old. It should be the first star hotel on the island. The lady at the front desk is beautiful and kind. The hotel has a pick-up service to the port, and you can also rent electric cars. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast needs to be improved~

The biggest draw for us was its private beach, renowned for its beautiful sunsets, as well as the swimming pool with water slides and engaging family-friendly activities. Upon arrival, a warm and friendly gentleman greeted us right from the taxi, helping with our luggage and guiding us to check-in. The front desk staff member was equally attentive, meticulously explaining all the details of our room package. Our room itself was spacious and bright, truly living up to its 'sea-view' name. Drawing back the curtains revealed not only the beautiful ocean but also a picturesque boardwalk stretching over the water. We even enjoyed a spectacular sunset right from our window in the evening – it was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel's dining options were extensive, featuring fresh ingredients and top-notch service. The family activities were thoughtfully curated, catering to children of all ages with fun and well-planned programs. The beachcombing on the private beach felt particularly safe and wasn't crowded; an early start even yielded some wonderful treasures. Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable stay and the perfect choice for a relaxed family getaway. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserVery good, must be five-star praise, Zhuo Zhuo Director service is super smiley face warm greetings, communication is smooth, the whole stay process is pleasant and assured, the price is super high, the environment is good, the location is very good, from the train station to take a taxi in ten minutes, It’s really convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There is a large shopping mall next to the Beibuwan Square in the city. You can go shopping and taste a variety of food. It takes 20 minutes to take a taxi with friends from the hotel to Qiaogang Style Street. It’s very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel room is very big and I like it very much, the bed is super comfortable, the layout of the hotel is very simple, all kinds of facilities are complete, and the hygiene is more meticulous. Very satisfied with a stay experience!

TTraveling Family from GermanyHad a really mixed stay at this Hotel. Only booked one night, with the option of extending, but decided against.
My wife and I came on separated flight, with mine delayed over 5 hours. I arrived at 02:00 past midnight to check-in. First they the reception told me I’m in the wrong hotel. I had to proof my booking with them and the fact that my wife is already in the room. After some discussion they refused to check me in, but told me to call my wife to let me into the room. First, not checking in and registering a foreigner is against the law. Second, why should I wake up my sleeping wife at this late hours? After insisting on being checked in the process went fast and smoothly, which makes me wonder, why the discussions first?
Room was spacious and clean. Nice view over the ocean.
At the breakfast buffet we were greeted by hordes of waiters watching over a half empty buffet, at 09:30. Nearly no western food options and no cold cuts. After asking I was treated to a plate of two pieces of Camembert, hard cheese and some kind of milk cheese. Not the standard for a Sheraton breakfast.
That’s also my final verdict. For this price and being a Sheraton Resort, it’s not up to the standards one would expect from a place with this name.
