"The hotel was everything my partner and I could’ve ever wanted in a new country .It was close to everything ,I was able to walk almost everywhere .There is a shopping centre opposite the hotel and a few stores near the hotel .The room was spacious and had a mini fridge,a wardrobe and a cute little balcony .The hotel staff were so helpful throughout our stay .I will definitely come back here"

"The hotel is in a good location, very clean, and the staff are friendly. However, there is construction going on next to the hotel, especially from evening until morning, and it was very loud, I couldn’t sleep well. I had to use noise-cancelling earbuds. Although the hotel is clean overall, I found a cockroach near the bathroom. It may not be suitable if you’re looking for a peaceful environment."

"Near Lotte Mall and VinCom,10 min walking. Not walking distance to Old Quarters. Room is big but dated. Happy with the location as I have been to Old Quarters before and this is another Hanoi experience for me."

"A strategic place if you are into cafe hopping. The hotel also provides tourist attraction tour so you dont have to find other places for alrernative. Overall its a good place to stay. "I stayed in this hotel for three nights as I was traveling through Asia and made a stop in Hanoi.  I was very satisfied with the hotel. Here are some things I want to highlight: - The room was clean and had a cozy vibe. - The breakfast was included in the price and very good. The variety was decent and on request you could get several kinds of eggs (scrambled, omelette … you name it). - The staff was very friendly and welcoming - Conversation in English was no problem. - I can totally recommend to book an appointment at the connected spa below the hotel. You get a special rate and the massages are really good. Besides the positive points, I want to mention two heads-up: - For extra privacy, be careful when choosing the room: Even if they have a window, it might be a window, which is kind of internal (facing the hallway and another room). Because of the other room and people walking by in the hallway, I kept the blends shut the whole time. - Although the stuff was very friendly, there was one situation that should not happen: after I arrived in my room, the staff wanted to hand me some additional information and she mentioned she'll come back in a few minutes. And that time I went to the toilet and without knocking at the door or mentioning that she is back, she use the master key-card to unlock my door and went straight into my room. After I mentioned that I'm on the toilet she was gone quickly, but in terms of privacy that should not happen and the ladder should be respected. Overall, I can recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to have a perfect price-value-ratio in central Hanoi. Additionally, I want to highlight that I was able to add one night very spontaneously and even got an upgrade to a bigger balcony-room for the same rate as my small room before. I value this flexibility very high, which is why the two heads-up don't change my recommendation."

"This is by far the best Hotel experience That I have had. I travel more then two hundred nights a year in hotels of all types and in many different countries for business. This boutique hotel rivals the large world wide hotel chains. The ambiance and vibe of the hotel just yells comfort from start to finish. You are welcomed with a detox drink and the fresh homemade banana bread provided by the luggage and door staff. The reception staff was friendly and very detailed to explain all of the hotel amenities with operating times and locations. A special thank you to Susan and Grace. They were always asking if I needed anything else to make my stay better. They even escort you to your room at arrival to make sure that the room is to your liking. You just do not see this level of hospitality and service these days. I will be traveling back to Hanoi in the near future and believe that I do not need to stay with any other hotel but this one. I will definitely be back. 5 star service, they have the right touch for making guest happy."

"Top notch service like what everyone else mentioned. I was skeptical before my trip and when I was there, I understand why almost all the reviews mentioned their customer service is excellent and it’s not a lie. The reception staff remembers your room number which I feel is a great personal touch. They try their best to resolve your issue, and makes you feels like home. Although there’s a small hiccup during one of my breakfast morning, the apologetic staff did their best to rectify the issue even though it’s not exactly their fault but due to the ignorance of other patrons. I got the bigger room and the space is great, with a separate sofa dining area, spacious bathroom and very huge bed. Only downside is the small tv for a big room and no shelter infront of the hotel that makes it hard for you to return or go out the hotel if it’s raining heavily. Their welcome drink and snacks is good- and thank you for the tea leaves and dried apricot when I was leaving the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel that is around the old quarters of Hanoi, choose this."
