Nice hotel but location is not very convenient unless you drive. Service is bad. The Asian lady is the best but the rest are unfriendly and unhelpful. Can sense that they had discrimination against Asian guests.

The hotel facilities are average and the location is not bad. At 200 dollars per night, the price/performance ratio is very poor. This time I encountered a boiler failure, no hot water and no breakfast. What I'm quite satisfied with is that the hotel refunded the full amount, which is kind of a courtesy.

Guest UserClean rooms, friendly front desk service. Restaurant and bar are closed but it’s right across the street from the tobacco factory and it’s food and environment are amazing! Great location and safe area to walk the streets too! We will be back for sure!
