Waiting until the day before yesterday, I finally came out to check in, and I didn't hear a word of apology for keeping the customer waiting, as if waiting for her. I have never seen a hotel with such a poor service."

"On the positive side, the location is excellent - in a peaceful neighborhood, yet I was in easy walking distance to the Convention Center and lots else, with a centrol location for pretty much wherever you’d like to go, as well as decent parking options. It is also a lovely historic property full of character. On the flip side of being old, it seems that every door sticks when you try to open or close it and it is not friendly for those who need accessibility, with stairs here and there you have to lug your suitcase up. Back on the bright side, the little black cat who hangs out around the place is adorable and sweet and made my day whenever I ran into it."
