Wanted to specifically shout out Isaiah (front desk). He was so great and made our experience at the hotel one of the best ever. We felt personally taken care of and very attended to. Isaiah, you’re a great person and deserve all the blessings coming your way. I hope they see how great you are and give you a promotion !

Excellent location for the event we attended; the hotel is connected to a parking lot which in turn is connected to the event center. Large and spacious lobby. The rooms were very well kept, it was great value given the location and quality. There wasn't any issue with noise or anything like that. Starbucks in the lobby was great. Kim H was very helpful.

The room was very clean and nice. However, the most memorable part of this visit was my experience with front desk representative, Kim H, who was wonderful and extremely helpful! I had traveled without my phone charger. I had asked a previous representative if they had a charger I could borrow to use in the lobby. The rep did look for one in the front desk drawers but did not have the charging cube that I needed. I was going to walk out of the hotel to buy a changer, but I then asked Kim if there was anyone in the back or office area/department that had a personal charger that I could use, and Kim said she would go to the back and ask. Well, lo and behold, Kim came back to the front desk with the exact charger I needed! I was able to charge my phone in the lobby, and then handed it back to her when it was charged. Kim saved the day, and she did it with a smile! I had emails and calls to make this morning, and I could not have done it without her help! I hope she gets acknowledged for excellent customer service and going above and beyond to help a guest in need! Thank you Kim, for your help, kindness, and professionalism!!!

This Marriott has amazing staff. I had trouble with my hotel room access and Kim H was so nice to go up and help me.

I had to unexpectedly extend my stay for business reasons, and Kim H, went above and beyond to help me. She made sure I could keep my room and extended my stay seamlessly, saving me the hassle of having to move to another hotel. She was professional, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout the process. I was especially impressed to learn that she is an intern—she demonstrated excellent customer service and initiative. Any organization would be fortunate to have someone like her on their team. I wish her all the best in her future career.

Dina was awesome and very helpful with getting me settled into my hotel. The gym was better than most hotels, the only thing that held it back from being better was the service on the tv being unwatchable. Otherwise, thank you Dina!
