The environment is very quiet, not noisy at all, if you don't sleep well, I recommend choosing this place
The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on, not too soft or hard. The attitude of the service staff is also great. Because I didn't have time to check out when I went skydiving, they helped me pack my luggage. Be prepared to pay 2,000 Thai baht when you check in

GGuest UserGreat location and excellent staffs. It was my second times to visit Pattaya. Khun Nok and Khun Sa were very nice and friendly helping me during my stay. The room is new and clean with the big fridge. Fitness is small but still ok. However , If I have a chance to visit Pattaya then yes I will come back to stay here again.
Tip: If you prefer tight sleeping then better to request the room at building 2 instead of building 1.

RReddevmelThis is a good hotel, about a 5-7 minute walk from Bali Hai Pier and Walking Street, with a large 7-Eleven nearby. The breakfasts are decent; while the selection isn't huge, you can definitely get a filling meal. There are 3 types of fruit, plenty of vegetables, rice, spaghetti, and various meats (curry, sausages, etc.). Room cleaning is satisfactory, and the bedding and towels are clean. The pool is small, but it's rarely crowded. The entrance to the reception with luggage isn't very convenient; you either have to use the stairs or go through the parking lot via the elevator, which requires a key card. (Upon check-in, the parking staff will provide their card to access the elevator lobby).

@@WinWithKWinAmber is a 5 star rated stay for sure due to its amazing location, cosy and welcoming environment, quality bed for a gd night sleep. Walking everywhere is a breeze, just outside is Soi Bukkhao, Giant food court & nightlife area, and Central Pattaya & Beach about 7 to 10min walk away. One of the best buffet breakfast I had in Pattaya because of the outdoor seating area overlooking the pool. They also had thai traditional coffee counter making fresh traditional coffee which was very unique and memorable! Will return again for sure!

GGuest UserThis time, after staying three seasons at Altera Hotel, I decided to change location and stay closer to Central Festival shopping mall. I checked the ratings on Trip.com — the hotel had very strong reviews, which is why I chose it. Honestly, the choice turned out to be a good one.
The hotel is mid-range — not luxury. I travel a lot (DIAMOND+ on Trip.com), so I have plenty to compare with. There are hotels with larger rooms and bigger swimming pools, but what really stands out here is the location — everything is extremely close and convenient.
The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff are polite, friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. The breakfasts were a very pleasant surprise — a wide selection, and everything was genuinely tasty.
The swimming pool is located on the 7th floor. It’s not large, but cozy and relaxing. Central Festival is just a few minutes away, and the beach is also very close. I stayed at the hotel for 10 days and overall really enjoyed the experience.
However, the check-out experience on February 20 at 10:00 AM slightly spoiled the overall impression. There was only one receptionist on duty, and she was busy with another guest, so I had to wait. When it was my turn, I was told I needed to pay additionally for a broken cup. I explained that I had already paid for the broken cup and the cleaning and asked them to check their records.
She then had to verify everything by sending messages and waiting for confirmation before finally saying “OK.” In a hotel of this level, there should be a clear and reliable payment recording system to avoid situations like this.
The service during check-out felt tired and impersonal — no smile, no friendly farewell, no “have a nice trip.” Just routine and fatigue. Against the background of otherwise excellent service during my stay, this moment felt disappointing.
Overall, my impression of the hotel is positive. If I stay in this area again, I would very likely choose this hotel once more.

GGuest UserThe hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it.
The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean. It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are quite generous, about 1.25 meters wide each, so it didn't feel cramped even with two kids.
The public areas of the hotel are also pretty good. There are three swimming pools, which kept the kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Around the hotel, you'll find 7-Eleven, snack stalls, and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient.
Most of the guests here are Russian, with very few Chinese visitors. Consequently, the breakfast largely caters to Western tastes, which wasn't quite to my liking.
Overall, for the price, it's an excellent choice, especially for families with two children.

MmosmoHotel is located nearby the city. It takes around 20 minutes walk to the shopping mall, Terminal 21 and around 10 minutes to Lotus supermarket. It really depends on your how fast one walk. It is hard to take the baht car on the road. But they have taxis and motorcycle outside the hotel. Only the hotel Manager can communicate in English and she is nice and accommodated. However, not all her staffs and the housekeeping teams respect her orders for our requests. During my stay, i can feel that tons of different chemicals including strong santiziers, air fresher and pesticides overused during the days and nights. My stuffs and clothings are all containmated by them. Honestly, i do not like in breathing in all these toxic when i was insid the room and when i asleep. I am very sensitive and allergic to the products they use. Especially, they should understand that it has toxic and chemical reactions if everything mixed together. It was so irritated and made me cough all the time. After I bought it up to their attentions, they sprayed more inside and outside my areas. The foods from the restaurant are not tasty and the restaurant staffs has no greeting. The restaurant is big, but it has poor condition. They has noodle soup on Sunday only. When I asked for something that is not on the table. They just responsed that they don't understand. It is not a luxury hotel and it is old. I do not like to see the molds inside the shower areas. In my room, the sink fault no good, vent was broken, air condition was not cool and very dirty. The closet has very bad smell from mixed with santiziers and pesticides smell. Their room rates are too high. The only thing I like is they have a microwave provided inside your room. I did not try their swimming pools since there was so noisy from the people and kids around. I did not enjoy my stayed.
