From the minute we arrived to when we left, the service and staff were excellent. We have to give a huge shout out to Cleo. Her customer service skills are outstanding. She was there when we arrived & provided great info & hospitality, as we were early. She was also there when we left & came to say ‘goodbye’. The room was spacious & had everything we needed, umbrellas and a beach bag! The breakfast had an excellent choice and bar food very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would recommend & we will return. Thank you 🙏

Location is ok, around 17 mins walk to central samui.  Breakfast is good, many choices Swimming pool is gigantic The beach is just footstep  away however the sea current was strong, it’s a bit hard to swim The pool access room is good,  Hotel staffs were all very nice  Dinner at the restaurant for Xmas, it’s 5,000 bahts for 2 adults and 1 little kid. It’s quite pricy given the bad food quality. Really not up to standard but 4 stars, can’t expect too high tho.

My stay was super awesome with Samaya.❤️ Samaya runs a lot of wellness activities like Yoga, Sound healing etc almost on a daily basis except Tuesdays and Sundays without any cost. You will get Beach access, Infinity pool over here which from my POV is best among the other resorts. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, the staff is super nice and cooperative. What I loved the most is that they have Kayak boats to do Kayaking in the sea. Also the infinity pool is also well maintained and gives a good view to the ocean. The resort is also located in a quiet and peaceful area. The only limitation I faced is that they have not fixed their elevator which is why their bell boys have to do the heavy lifting of the luggage and carry it to the upper floors via stairs. So me and my friends preferred to carry our own luggages which is obviously not a problem. I have stayed here for 11 days and overall I enjoyed my stay and will come again next time for sure.

Great pool, clean part of the beach, close enough to walk to lots of cafes and shops. We booked as a family on one booking but were told at check-in we would have to stay in separate areas of the hotel… this was very disappointing as we had requested rooms close together. Manager wasn’t that friendly when we asked to change room to be closer together. Most staff working at resort were friendly and it was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great hotel in a very convenient location close to restaurants and a night market that happens every other day. Perfect if you are tired of the party Benidorm vibes in Chaweng. The reception is also very helpful and friendly. Please note that this is a very family friendly hotel so there are many kids playing in the pool if you don’t mind. The room is clean and spacious. The beds could be a little softer for my liking. There is also a private beach area, the beach has more coarse sand than Chaweng beach. Very great service overall and perfect for families.

Stayed at Chaweng Garden Beach Resort in July for 7 days in a Standard Triple Room in room 125. Although the resort is an older one, as a budget level hotel it has satisfied most of our expectations. The room was large enough, with the building close to ”Sue's Restaurant” and to the main pool and to the beach. Room and bathroom were clean. As we asked for additional pillows in the room, we were provided. The buildings, villas were surrounded by lush garden, including the restaurant and beachfront, assuring comfortable shadow for those searching for it. The main pool has a comfortable depth, comfortable for swimming/playing, it's water was clean, although we preferred to swim in the sea. Did NOT encounter any jellyfish in the sea during our stay, so do not be afraid from this point of view! Beach towels are provided near the pool. Breakfast was basically good, although I would suggest to the management to provide beside a single(same) type of ham also some variety of salami. The same would be the case also for cheese, to provide 2-3 types, not only a single one type every day. I guess this would be much appreciated by the westerners who make up the majority of the guests. Initially we were afraid from load music until late night from the neighboring Ark Bar Beach Club, but our fear was groundless, the lush vegetation absorbed most of the sound, it was barely noticeable. It was touching seeing how the much respected owner of the resort, Miss Sue, was visiting one or two times every day the area near the restaurant and the beach while greeting ”old” returning guests and entering with them is short conversions. All in one, I appreciate that Chaweng Garden Beach Resort offers an excellent value for money ratio, and I would definitely return the next time to the same place, hopefully next year! This is a lovely resort set in sprawling and lush gardens.There are x three pools to use as well as the amazing beach and views.Accomodation is varied We had a separate villa in the grounds bear to the breakfast restaurant It was spacious and airey with excellent daily cleaning 😀 The breakfast was great. Lots of choices.The staff team was delightful and worked tirelessly to ensure a great service . Smiling Nam often on the door, taking your room number. Lovely and an asset.Also, to Pan who readily engede in conversation. ALL THE STAFF at breakfast were FANTASTIC 👌 Thank you for a lovely 15 niggts stay. We woul recommend 1

CENTARA life, Koh Samui, Lamai Gleich vorweg: Das Centara Life ist m. E. kein Urlaubshotel, eher ein Business-/Wochenendhotel … ich hatte mich auf ein CENTARA-Hotel gefreut, aber:  Nicht überall wo CENTARA drauf steht ist auch CENTARA drin … es ist irgendwie ein völlig neues Hotelkonzept, Positionierung zwischen „high class“ und „normal class“  … Zimmer dicht an dicht, Balkon einer neben dem anderen, getrennt mit einer dünnen Holzwand … 4 Stockwerke hoch … damit sehr viele Zimmer, die aber sind überraschend groß, sauber und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet … Ich habe ein Zimmer mit großzügigen Balkon … jetzt das ABER: die Aussicht hat nichts mit grüner Natur der Insel geschweige türkisfarbenen Wasser zu tun, ich blicke auf einen Parkplatz, einen großen Strommasten und auf die Dächer von unzähligen Häusern/Hütten … einige von denen wandeln sich abends zu lauten Sport-Bars und Kneipen um … lautes Gedröhne von nah und fern bis weit in die Nacht, nein - bis in den nächsten Morgen … abends sitze ich mit Oropax auf meinem Balkon und versuche zu lesen… trotzdem dröhnt es … im Restaurant des Hotels ist dagegen nichts los … nur gut, dass ich nicht auch noch die vom Reiseveranstalter angebotene Halbpension gebucht habe … der Swimmingpool - klein aber fein … 15 Liegen finden Platz … der tolle Strand von Lamai ist fussläufig in  10 Minuten erreicht.  Unterm Strich: das CENTARA life ist ein modernes Hotel, gehobene Ausstattung, große Zimmer und ich treffe auf ein durch und durch kompetentes Personal; die Umgebung ist sehr laut, ist schrill, lädt zu einem „Massage- und/oder Bier-Marathon“ ein - promenieren, gemütliches Laufen in der in nur ein paar Schritten entfernten Hauptstraße ist ab 19:00 nicht möglich - dicht gedrängter Verkehr inmitten lauter Musik-Bars, Souvenir-Shops und Thai-Restaurants …

Good place, just a little far from everything. Not within walking distance to anything. They do have free shuttle to the main areas, but then you’re limited by the time schedule. Great pool, great staff.

I booked the pool villa. The villa itself is gorgeous and clean. The space is huge! View from the bedroom in the morning is lovely. However it was the rainy season so I couldn’t check out the gym. The breakfast buffet was normal. Location wise it was far from the main beach but they provide shuttle van at some certain timings.
