An amazing family holiday at Clay Beach Samui We had such an amazing holiday at Clay Beach Samui. From the moment we arrived, everything was just so easy and well organised, and the villa itself is absolutely beautiful. What really surprised us was how much there was to do without even having to leave the villa. We tried quite a few of the in-villa experiences and honestly, everything was done so well. The food, the private dining, the floating breakfast, the cocktails and the spa treatments were all fantastic. The kids also had an amazing time. Having the huge garden, trampoline, badminton and paddleboards right there made such a difference. And being directly on the beach meant they could go from the pool to the beach and back again all day. It was great for us as parents because they were having fun while we could actually relax. One of our favourite things was simply being able to spend the whole day at the villa. We didn’t feel like we had to go out every day to find something to do. We could have breakfast by the pool, swim, go down to the beach, have lunch, relax, enjoy a massage or a cocktail and then have an amazing dinner in the evening. The in-villa experiences are a big part of what makes Clay Beach special. We tried several of them and the quality and attention to detail were genuinely impressive. Everything we booked was organised professionally and delivered exactly as we hoped. We have stayed in a lot of places as a family, but Clay Beach felt different. It wasn’t just a beautiful villa where we stayed—it felt like we had our own private resort for the whole family. There was something for everyone, and we never felt bored for a second. Most importantly, we could actually relax and enjoy being together as a family, which is what a holiday should really be about. Clay beach samui is absolutely the best beachfront luxury villa on samui with private Chef with the best luxury in villa experiences and services that we as a family experience so far. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic clean massive room with everything you would need, gorgeous balcony and daily maid service. Brilliant evening entertainment and great cocktails all within walking distance of some of the nicest restaurants and bars on Koh Samui and right near Coco Tams for fire show and Fisherman’s village a vibrant night market. Oh i forgot to mention breakfast was lovely so much variety and all well cooked. The staff were all very pleasant too,

We'd like to thank this establishment for fulfilling every single one of our requests. We chose this place for our honeymoon and had a flawless and perfect experience. We know for sure that if we come back, we'll choose this place again. The only downside for us was the beach; otherwise, everything was great.

What I liked: 1) The room view and its size (but we paid a significant amount extra for it, because the initial room was impossible to sleep in - more on that below) 2) Quick problem resolution by staff 3) Daily, high-quality cleaning 4) Huge, comfortable bed, good pillows 5) Quiet in the new building, comfortable for sleeping What I didn't like: 1) Initially, we had booked a deluxe room with a garden view. Upon check-in, we were extremely tired after three flights and almost immediately fell asleep. We woke up at midnight to some wild noises (which turned out to be frogs) that didn't stop, and it was impossible to sleep. The old door had a huge gap, through which the sound barely diminished, as if we were sleeping outdoors. We had to urgently request a room change. Ultimately, they promptly provided us with a replacement in the new building, which was 1.5 times larger in area and 1.5 times more expensive, so we had to pay a significant amount extra, but it was worth it. 2) The breakfasts were terrible - stale bread and overripe fruit; the chef's eggs Benedict were mediocre. In the end, we went elsewhere for breakfast. 3) The air conditioning was very loud, making it impossible to sleep with it on, so we ended up sleeping without it.

The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and green. We stayed in room S07, which was close to the beach. It's a two-story building with four rooms, and we were on the second floor. We didn't hear anyone, and although the terrace was shared by two rooms, we never saw our neighbors, and the terrace itself was quite spacious. The room was simply fantastic, decorated in a Thai style with wood everywhere, including the floor. The bathroom had tiles. We booked a room with a bathtub and a shower with a door. I don't think I've ever seen a room cleaned so immaculately in my life. Please commend the staff member responsible. It was simply perfect. They didn't just clean; they beautifully arranged everything, including our glasses, towels, and bathrobes. Not a single grain of sand was to be found. My heartfelt thanks. The beds were good, and the linens and towels were white and new. The air conditioning was a bit noisy but very well-placed, not blowing directly onto the bed. For me personally, this is the most important factor when choosing a hotel. The breakfasts were delicious: coffee, tea (which you could brew in a kettle), pastries, eggs, soups, Thai dishes, and some European options. The croissants were fantastic. There was plenty of fruit, and some seafood dishes were also available. The beach is beautiful, but there are some rocks and seaweed to the right, so everyone tends to move to the left, which makes it feel a bit crowded there. It's important to note that there are clubs nearby with loud music playing almost all night, and planes fly overhead, with the first one acting as an alarm clock at 7 AM and the last one around 10 PM. They don't fly at night. There's a market, plenty of cafes, and a shopping center nearby. Overall, despite being in the very center and near clubs, the hotel managed to maintain a green and quiet environment, and it was perfectly clean. I recommend it.

The hotel is very old. There's almost no grounds. It consists of a main building and bungalows with a bit of greenery. The pool smelled strongly of chlorine, so we didn't go in. It's too small for swimming anyway. Room: Partially renovated with a huge, modern TV. However, the bathroom is long overdue for a renovation – the shower is rusty, the faucets are terrible, and the shower curtain has turned yellow at the bottom from rust! The balcony is nice, but the neighbors are so close it feels uncomfortable. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. The sea, though, is wonderful! The entry is very quick, the water is clear, and the jet skis aren't directly in front of the hotel. Cafes and shops are right outside the exit. Lotus Supermarket is about 700 meters away; they have a good and inexpensive food court, and the prices in the supermarket are the cheapest.

This is our second year staying at Ozo Chaweng 4*, and it's simply the best hotel on Chaweng for value for money. The grounds are very well-designed, the style is modern, and it's perfect for families with children, with a lovely family-friendly atmosphere. The beach is stunning, and everything is conveniently located nearby. There's also a gym. A few minor points: the rooms and balconies are small, an extra bed for a child costs extra, and there isn't much meat variety at breakfast. Upon arrival, the room only has bottled water (which isn't great tasting) and tea/coffee sachets. For repeat guests, it would be a nice touch to add some small amenities like nuts or fruit to the room.

Beautiful looking hotel, quiet and relaxed but also just a short scooter ride away from Fisherman’s village. For everyone confused about the beach situation: there is a long bit of beach by the hotel. The hotel itseld doesn’t have beds on the beach itself, however, the beds are just above and around the pool area that overlooks the beach. If you wanna lay on the beach, in the morning there is high tide so you won’t be having much sand to lay on, still good for a swim. In the afternoon/evening there is low tide so you can put your towel down easily.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights in January. It's located in the northern part of Chaweng Beach, away from the noisy nightlife. The location is convenient, but the sea itself in this part of the beach isn't great: lots of seaweed and rocks. The hotel staff were friendly and moved us to a more convenient room upon our request (the original one was on the ground floor, right by a walkway). The rooms themselves are spacious, everything is as described. For breakfast, the variety isn't huge, and some of the local dishes are quite spicy. I'd rate the breakfast 3 out of 5. Everything else was excellent.

It is a very good place to relax, quiet, peaceful, really relaxing. The accommodation is beautiful, the sunlight, the lights, the air conditioning is cool, everything is good. If I go to Samui again, I will definitely come back to stay again.
